I have been coming to PixelFilmStudios for many years. Their plug-ins are always easy to install and work
Seamlessly with FCP X. Whether it's Graphics or Effects, they always seem to have what I need. Now I see they offer updates on the products. Even better! Their customer service, either on the phone or via live-chat is terrific. I ordered something that was discounted a few days later, they were happy to refund me the discounted price!
At least some of the people in the comments received their products! I was informed if I went to the purchase history page (which was blank although I purchased) then my email would be validated in the product. Did exactly what they said to do and wala! Nothing! Site is awful and a fraud. 0/10, Stay away.

I purchased 3 different plug ins. Two worked wonderfully. The third purchase however I could get to open. I contacted support online chat support and they helped me fix the issue rather quickly. Turns out I had my plug ins in the incorrect folders. I would highly recommend PFS!

I use Final Cut pro for several years. It missed a lot of helpful options like tracking and others. When i bought Pixel Film Studio plugins, it changes my work and it's really awesome. Its worth it. For every penny.

I just purchased the Lyrics Template but it was giving me an error message. It took a while to resolve, that is on my end. I watched the videos but it was a simple change that I overlooked. I needed to change the privacy settings in my motion templates folder and that did the trick. The customer support was friendly and helped me every step of the way.

I purchased a plugin which I couldn't get working on my new M1 iMac. I used the live chat feature and instantly got through to a customer service representative. Purchased 5 sets of plugins that looked decent in their video samples only to find that most of them look like amateur hour and bad Windows Movie Maker effects and transitions. Stay away from these. 90% of them are unusable in even a semi-pro production.

So my computer hadnt installed the plug ins properly and I was getting the red error warning that meant plug ins were missing. I waited for the support help (4pm UK time) and was quickly helped to resolve the issue. Using screen shots it was very easy to resolve. I can get back to editing now. Thank you

I was having an issue installing an effect. I tried troubleshooting via a link provided on the website, but that didn't fix my problem. The chat support person was super fast and clear in providing the solution to my problem. We had my issue solved within 7 minutes!

I purchased Pixel Film Studios' AutoTracker 2.1. At first, I had issues where several tracking values and scaling didn't work, but the support chat was amazing. They broke down the issues, gave me several suggestions, and personally had the developer take a look into the issue immediately from my screen recording. The support agent was very helpful and friendly and although there are a few bugs, I am loving the plugin and already had recommended it to my friend!

After constantly watching the videos over and over, and reinstalling my Plug-Ings Chat Support walked me through the issues I didn't notice I had. I have been using PixelFilmStudios for a while, and I've always loved their products. They're easy to use, easy to install, and they offer excellent quality!
Recently, I kept getting an error screen in Final Cut Pro, so I reached out to customer service using the chat. Not only was I connected to a human being really quickly, but they were kind, they helped resolve my issue in literally minutes, and they were super patient with me while I walked through the steps to fix my error message.

FCPX plug-in ecosphere has many options... but Pixel Film Studios ranks among the highest for me. They have a wide variety of products, and a very exhaustive FAQ and video help library to get you going. As new Mac OS's have evolved, security and privacy issues have caused some to have some trouble with installs, getting plugs to appear in libraries, etc. This has happened to me on a couple of occasions. Recognizing that every developer has some responsibilities to keep up with Apple's changes in the OS, Pixel Film is diligent and efficient when it comes to maintaining their entire library of offerings, and the help chat has made it clear to me that they care about their customers. Big thumbs up!

I had a problem where a plugin stopped working after a FCPX update and none of the recommended actions worked. But instead there was another way to go which the support localized instantly and a big project was saved!

I have already bought several pixelfilmstudios plugins and I cannot be happier, it has saved me a lot of hours of work and it is super easy to use and install. The technical support is also great, any questions are resolved the same day or at any time using the support chat. I don't put more stars because there isn't, but it deserves more.
