I ordered flea meds on September 4 that we NEED BADLY. Had no indication of expected arrival date on website and provides no tracks no number. It's sept. 10 and still no product. Me dogs and subsequently me are going crazy. I will NEVER use this company again. Waaay too SLOW. Now reading bad reviews and feeling even more nervous.
Don't buy from this company. You will never receive your product and when you call to complain, the customer service claims to not have any record of your order.
Ordered the 10 pack of Frontline Plus for cats. Two perfectly healthy cats after two months of treatment not only still had fleas but also developed serious medical conditions resulting from the unknown chemicals to which they were exposed. Agitation, anemia, nervousness, ear, eye and sinus complications, intestinal complications, heavy panting, shortness of breath. It is disheartening to think that after hundreds of dollars of vet bills I had been slowing poisoning my two cats month after month thanks to PETCARESUPPLIES.COM. They conveniently have very stringent guidelines and time requirements so as to never have to refund anything. BUYER BEWARE
10/05/17 original post. I have since used the product on my 4 cats (mostly, as directed. I don't treat Oct-Feb in Southwest, OH for indoor cats) but have had no adverse reactions. Bio Spot is a product that irritated all four of my cats terribly, but not FrontLine. Again, my packaging was a little different than pictured on the website but it did, in fact, have an ingredients list (fipronil) with slightly higher percentages than here in the US. I wanted to confirm that I received my product in a timely manner and had no issues with treatment. I recommend at least giving petcaresupplies.com a try. You might be a happy customer like me!
I purchased a 12 dose supply of Frontline Plus for cats from Petcaresupplies.com because it was the cheapest I could find online, I got a 20% discount and shipping was free. There was nothing in my confirmation email about how long it was going to take, so I started snooping around to find out where their corporate office was so I could guess. I found out they were in the UK. I was a little disappointed so I did some research online and read reviews to make sure they were legit. The reviews are mixed so I decided not to cancel the order and see what happened. Ordered on 9/26/17, shipped on 9/28 and received on 10/4! The package was slightly different than on the website, but the active ingredients (fipronil) were what I was looking for and they were actually slightly higher percentages. So overall, I'm pleased as punch! I haven't used the product yet, but I can't imagine I will have any issues. If you are a representative of petcaresupplies.com and you're reading this, I do suggest making international customers aware that you are based in the UK and that an international shipping fee (less than five US dollars) will be incurred before they purchase. They may have had issues in the past with other customers, but I am a happy recent customer and recommend them!
I placed an order for Frontline for 2 dogs and a cat. Unfortunately when the product arrived the packaging was different than the package advertised on their website. I have no idea if this is legit or not, but I wont take any chances with my fur kids. (If it was legit, why not show the packaging they sent me?). I'm not going to even waist my time trying to get my money back. This company is not honest for two simple reasons: no where does it inform you that they are based in the U. K., and the packaging did not match what I ordered from their website.
Unfortunately I bought it before I read the reviews, when I tried to cancel it was already on their way. I called the credit card to let them know I bought a fake product without my knowledge. When package arrived, I called the company and told them that their product is not even close to the original when put both side by side. It is not only the packaging, you can not find the ingredients, and it is made in South Africa.
The company is sending a return label package to return the merchandise otherwise the credit card company will not pay them. Make yourself a favor an buy somewhere else even if you pay more.
Ordered the frontine only to read the reviews after the order (dumb me) then called back within 10 minutes and requested a refund and after being told my the supervisor named Kevin I would have my refund in 3 to 5 days and called back after 7 days and was told that they submitted the refund from there end. If they did after 2 weeks of waiting why haven't I recieved it? Also I tried submitting a negative review multiple times to their website and it claims it was sent successfully yet when checking afterwards it was never posted. All they do is post 5 star written by the company reviews and block the negative ones. Learn from me and don't make the sams mistake I've made. DON'T BUY FROM PETCARESUPPLIES.COM!
Never again---their "Frontline" irritates my dogs skin almost immediately--poor baby was trying desperately to get the stuff off of him. Clearly it was not really Frontline. I had to wash it off of him and his skin was red and the hair where I put the stuff was stiff for weeks. Never will buy from this company again to save a buck!
I ordered Activyl from this company. When it arrived, the packaging was different and did not reflect what I had ordered online. After reading many one star reviews on here, it is clear that this is what they do and because they are in the UK, making a return is expensive. Wish I would have looked at these reviews closer. Because there are so many (suspicious) 5 star reviews, it makes the overall rating for the company look decent, which is misleading.
Ordered frontline from this company. It took many weeks to get here from Africa. The frontline is labeled for south Africa use. It is not labeled for usa. Beware of this company
I am thrilled to have found Pet Care Supplies Company! I order my Pet Flea Medication from them and I couldn't be happuer! Best prices in town! I highly recommend them for your pet needs! Buy with confidence! 5 STARS!
Saw this site when researching for "Frontline" on line. I could not find an address for them because I wanted "made in America products for my dogs". I called and asked if their Frontline Plus is made in America and the guy with an indian accent immediately hung up on me without answering. So, buyer beware.
Me and my husband usually place orders from this site alternatively. Last month I forgot to inform him that I had already kept the orders on auto-mode. Unknowingly, he just placed the monthly order as usual. After I got to know about this instance, I called the customer support line right away and requested for cancellation of the order. They accepted the request despite the order had been packed and was almost ready for shipment, although it did take a while to cancel it. I was really thankful to them for being so patient and accepting the request even though they had to undergo such bewilderment.
I ordered flea medicine for my dog thinking it would be here in the next week. It has been 3 weeks and they dont even know where the package is or have a way for me to track it. They say the same thing every time I call, like freaking robots: 10-14 business days. PASS! I will send it back when it gets here and get it overnight from Chewy or PetMeds
When I finally got my order, I noticed something a little off about the box so I called the 1800 number for Frontline. They told me that the product I purchased was legitimate and made by Merial. So the product is not a fake! BUT... the product I purchased was only approved to be used in South Africa and NOT on dogs in the United States. They told me not to use it and that they offer a one time courtesy of sending the product to them with invoice and that they would send me the same product back but one that has been approved here in the United States!
I purchase Frontline Flea & Tick for my dog after seeing the low cost. I placed the order on 4/14/18. On 4/23/18 I checked the web site and all it said was that it was shipped. I sent an email to admin and customer service and did not get a reply. On 4/24/18 I called the 800 # and could not get a live person and was forced to leave a voice mail message. Again no reply. It was only after I did a dispute to my credit card and sent a 2nd email that I received a call on 4/26/18. At that time I was told that the product was shipped from the UK and will take 14 working days. I will not have the product in time to start on 5/1/18. Their web site is very misleading as they do not mention that products would be shipped from over seas. I will NEVER EVER order anything from this company again. Buyer beware.
Recently I become the pet parent of 4 birds. My friend advised me to give this MEDPET 4 IN 1 powder to my birds to protect them from harmful bird diseases. I searched a great deal about this stuff and found that it can be given without any diagnosis of disease. This tablet form of treatment prevents various diseases that are common in birds. Thus, I ordered this product from this site. My friend is a regular buyer from this site and saves a good amount of money every time he buys from here. I am happy with the site as my birds are fine with the treatment. Thanks Pet Care Supplies for selling such useful bird care items.
Bought Frontline plus from them price was great but, when I received it it was made in South Africa and did some checking online packaging and labeling suggested it was counterfeit. I opened it so I'm out of a refund but this problemly would have been a pain in the butt, just pay the extra and get the good stuff, I'D PASS ON THIS
This is not a U.S. company, although they lead you to believe this! Nowhere on their website can you find the county of origin. When making a purchase your bank will charge you an international fee so that will take away from any discount you receive. This is a very shady practice! How do you know the products they sell are legit? Is risking the health of your pet worth dealing with this shady company?
Tried to contact them, got hung up on 2 times.
The more important issue is their products do not work, that's the reason for the low price.
Absolutely horrible customer service.
P.S. Again their products do not work effectively or at all, their customer service is absolutely shockingly horrible.
This business should shutter it's doors and I'm pretty sure they are based in India from the sound of the recorded messages and accent of customer service representatives.
Answer: Well, Tommy D. Thinks we are all idiots and morons, but if that is the case, why do the lot numbers on the Frontline Plus boxes shipped from this fraudulent company not match the foil packs inside? According to the EPA and Frontline, that is a dead giveaway that they are FAKES. This company is a complete fraud, and you are a complete fool to order anything from them, let alone to make repeat orders for more fake product. This company is NOT legit in any way, shape or form. I also have the product and packaging to PROVE it.
Answer: Don't order from them. This is a horrible company and their customer service is even worse.
Answer: I checked with Bayer, the manufacturer of the collars after I got mine. They had me check for several numbers on the packaging. One that they asked for wasn't even on the packages. At that point Bayer advised me NOT to use them because even if they DID manufacture the collars... they couldn't even confirm if they were made by Bayer... they are not intended for use in the United States. I finally got most of my money refunded, but it took almost 2 months, and they did not refund an international fee that showed up on my bank statement the day after the original charge posted. I contacted them about that and they said that was a charge from my bank for ordering something from outside the US. Nothing on their website indicates they are not in the States or there will be an international fee added after the purchase. I did contact my bank and they told me they did not collect a fee for the purchase and Pet Care Supplies had added that on. The fee was only an additional $4.00 plus change so I gave up fighting with Pet Care Supplies but I will never order from them again, and I would advise anyone not to do business with them
Answer: Frontline Plus is safe and advisable for 8 weeks and older puppies and dogs.
