As a regular buyer from this site I feel bad when I see these all kinds of reviews. I started buying from this site way back in 2015. From flea and tick to wormers I have tried all. I live with my pet here at Ontario and never find any need to go with another site for my pets care. There were once a late delivery, but their customer support team always helped me by reaching out to me and clearing any such problems. My poor old dog (12) has recently been infested with fleas and is miserable so I ordered Frontline Plus from PetCareSupplies, after 9 days and no package, I emailed customer support and was told that it takes 10-12 days for delivery. On what planet does it take that long to deliver a parcel. I get packages from China faster! It has now been 13 days and still no package I was forced to go to Walmart and buy the product so Cooper can stop suffering.
I was skeptical after I found out this company was in UK. However, I did not cancel after I found out. I thought I would give this company a chance. I got 2 different sizes of ADvantage for my cats. First, the delivery was faster than I thought, which was a great thing. Secondly, no more scratching kittys. I know I was scared after some of the bad reviews I seen.

Without reading reviews first, I purchased a 12-mo. Supply of FrontLine Plus for small dogs ("up to 10 kg"). I paid $89.00 by credit card. The bank charged a $2.67 "foreign transaction fee." I received the product in two weeks. I opened it and saw off-color pictures on the FrontLine Plus individual packages, and I read the fine print on each: "REGISTRATION HOLDER: Merial South Africa (Pty.) Ltd. P. O. Box 5924, Halfway House, 1685." I next read PetCare's online "Frequently Asked Questions" and saw that they claim their products have identical ingredients to those made in America. They said they can charge less because of the U.S. dollar exchange value. Then I read reviews. Some gave the company five stars. Some gave it one star. Some said the liquid they applied to their pets seemed to have no effect on fleas. I decided not to risk my puppy's health with foreign chemicals. I called PetCareSupplies.com *******124) late in the afternoon (their "9 a. M" opening seems to mean England time). I spoke to a person and got a "Return Authorization Number" and a London address. I used the same small box that I'd received from PetCareSupplies.com. I had opened no vial packages. As you can see from the title of this review, the cheapest postage (First Class) from Baltimore, MD., to London, England, was $22.50. If I do receive the $89.00 refund, I'll conclude that I paid a $25.00 "Stupid Fee" for not reading reviews first. Buyer Beware!
I purchase pet care supplies from this company every 2 months. Whenever there is any doubt I call them up on their toll-free number. Their customer service representatives are very friendly and nice. I have already recommended my friends and relatives to get pet care supplies from this company and will continue to do so in future too!
Rep. Wanted to argue and make all kinds of excuses and turn blame of bad product on us to get out of backing their money back guarantee. Would not order from them again. Also they are not based in USA took forever to get product. Bad customer service.
This company does not upfront and transparently state that your order is being shipped from the UK. I found this information from reading company reviews after I had an additional credit card charge (customs fee).
You have to go to the website FAQ to learn that items are being shipped from UK and could take a month to arrive in the U.S. I had ordered flea preventative but canceled the order the same day before it was even shipped. A refund is to be credited back to my credit card - the email states within 3-5 businesd days. It is past that time frame and no refund has been credited. I wouldn't have ordered from this website if it was clearly stated that items are shipped from another country and delivery may take 4 weeks. When your pets need flea preventative immediately, it is better to shop locally from a trusted retailer. Lesson learned - cheap products aren't always a good deal.

I ordered 12 doses of frontline plus for big dog on this website, the pictures and product info were exactly what I wanted, but the packaging i received from this supplier was completely different and it looked really cheap made packaging, my boyfriend has tried this one for a while and this product did not work at all, my dogs were bite by flea all over the bodies and I need to take them to see vet now. This site is 100% a scam. I ordered 12 months of Frontline flea medication for my golden retriever and decided to order from Petcaresupplies.com because it was about $10 cheaper than the other sites. Looking back, I should've paid the extra $10 because it has been a month and I still haven't received it, and customer service is basically an automated message. I've emailed back and forth with customer service about 6 times about the whereabouts of my package and/or if they could issue a refund. They said standard ship times are 10-14 business days, but they don't provide any tracking. After refusing to refund me the $100+ on the flea meds I didn't receive, I've decided to let my credit card disputes department handle it from here, since I really have no more bandwidth to deal with this shady company. Seriously, do yourself and your pets a favor and don't shop here. You will likely never get your supplies, and if the product is damaged or lost during shipping, good luck at getting customer service to help in any way.
It should not take over 2+ to 3 weeks from time of your order to receive your meds. I will never use them again.
I am very cautious about using my debit card online EVER. I made an exception with this company and woke up to no money in my bank account. My CC is in my possession and did not use it online ANYWHERE else. Doesn't take a genius to figure out! In addition to being scammed from an outside US company they don't say on website and slow shipping.
Being a parent of 2 German shepherds and a regular customer of PetCareSupplies.com, I have never had any problems with ordering any product whether it be Frontline Plus or basic amenity like oral care items. Its like my dogs have become accustomed to their products and me with their reliable and efficient services.
I read the reviews and found that many complaints are there regarding the shipping. I would like to say that whether the product is being shipped from US or not, if its working on your pet and your furry pals are getting good health then you should not care about where the product is from.

Thinks we are all idiots and morons, but if that is the case, why do the lot numbers on the Frontline Plus boxes shipped from this fraudulent company not match the foil packs inside? According to the EPA and Frontline, that is a dead giveaway that they are FAKES. This company is a complete fraud, and you are a complete fool to order anything from them, let alone to make repeat orders for more fake product. This company is NOT legit in any way, shape or form. I also have the product and packaging to PROVE it.

Answer: I checked with Bayer, the manufacturer of the collars after I got mine. They had me check for several numbers on the packaging. One that they asked for wasn't even on the packages. At that point Bayer advised me NOT to use them because even if they DID manufacture the collars... they couldn't even confirm if they were made by Bayer... they are not intended for use in the United States. I finally got most of my money refunded, but it took almost 2 months, and they did not refund an international fee that showed up on my bank statement the day after the original charge posted. I contacted them about that and they said that was a charge from my bank for ordering something from outside the US. Nothing on their website indicates they are not in the States or there will be an international fee added after the purchase. I did contact my bank and they told me they did not collect a fee for the purchase and Pet Care Supplies had added that on. The fee was only an additional $4.00 plus change so I gave up fighting with Pet Care Supplies but I will never order from them again, and I would advise anyone not to do business with them
