Ordered advantax flea meds on March 25,2017 and have still not recieved the order. (5/16/2017) Contacted support who will be issuing a refund although they want the order returned when (IF) it arrives. Not at all what their website states. Item was suppose to be free if it did not arrive within a certain time frame.
Will not be ordering from them again and can NOT recommend this company

I ordered flea medication for my pet, The day I ordered my credit card was billed. It has been 21 days since I placed the order and still no product. I received a miscellaneous small additional fee on my credit card because of a customs fee as the product was supposedly shipped from the United Kingdom. Last I checked the manufacture of this product is in Georgia. One of the 52 "United States". Please check out this website before you order from them. There are a lot more websites for pet medications available, anybody can be a affiliate of this website and make an alleged 13% of sale amount if they will just post their own website and be a third-party to the mother website of this " pet care supplies.com ". When I called inquiring about the product that I had already paid for three weeks ago, they immediately got defensive stating that it was on their website that it was being shipped from the UK, also their website states only 1% of their customers takes 21 days for shipping, i'm SP of the 1%.

After purchasing a 12 dose pack of frontline plus and realized it wasn't working I called manufacturer. They stated this batch was made for foreign sales and does not have the same effect on USA cats. Well weather that is true or not it did not work on my cats and I would not recommend buying this product from this company. The batch I bought did have an expiration date which said EXPIRY instead of expired. Guess that should of been a heads up.

I have been purchasing pet care supplies from this company since last couple of years and have always been satisfied with the products. The products are as described on the website. Once I had a confusion in selecting a product. Hence, I called on their toll free number. The customer representative at the other end was very polite and courteous. He understood my predicament and suggested me to go for a product that best suited my pet's needs. I am highly satisfied with the services offered by this company and I hope that this association lasts for long!

I bought Frontline Plus for my dogs through this company. I did a google search online to find the cheapest price for the product. This company was the cheapest. It took about 2-3 weeks to arrive and I was charged a foreign transaction fee on my credit card! Do not buy from this company if you are in the US. There was nothing on the webpage that made it clear that it was a foreign company.

I have always been a loyal customer of this company. Their services is top-notch with prompt delivery. The pet products are received in excellent condition. The one thing that makes this company different from other online pet stores is their affordable prices and zero shipping charges policy. I will continue using this company till I have a dog.

I purchased frontline plus for dogs from this website. First off, on receiving this package I was surprised since it was shipped from the UK. On opening the package, i discovered the packaging was different and the dosage was off. Immediately i called my CC company to put a hold on the payment. After attempting to reach them for several hours, finally someone answered. I was told i have to return it back for a full refund, but had to ship it to the UK, which they are not paying for. Therefore, i have to pay the international shipping. This is not 100% refund as you are told by the website. Beware.
