I am going to second what many others have said here. My Frontline arrived today and I was suspicious of the packaging so I called Frontline's 800 # The woman I spoke to was wonderful and said that this product is manufactured overseas and may not be up to US standards. She said do not use it and Frontline will send me a new product if I send back the African labeled item. I wish I had checked here first.
These guys are awesome! I was bit skeptical about the website and it's services considering the surprising rates they offered but now I can recommend this site to anyone without hesitating for a minute. They stand by their promises and the products are top quality.

Ive had my dog on Frontline Plua for her entire life (10yrs) and have never ever had a problem with this product. Ive always purchased from a local pet store. My dog has never, ever had fleas. Well, this Frontline Plus that I purchased from this company is worthless. My dog now has TAPEWORMS because she ingested a flea from her body while using this FRONTLINE PLUS. I shouldve known it was not the real FRONTLINE PLUS when I saw the box. It looks totally different then the REAL product. Then, to top it off this product comes from SOUTH AFRICA! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SELLING FRAUDULENT PRODUCTS! U GET WHAT U PAID FOR...

I have been getting my dogs flea meds from this site for several years. They have great discounts. It arrives within 10 business days every time. And best of all The flea meds work!

My dog Frontline came without box. Instead 6 sealed vials. No instructions, either. My cat frontline came with box of 3 along with instructions. The instruction paper actually indicated (CAUTION
South Africa, Namibia, Zambia & Zimbabwe reg. Numbers)... Very creepy, to say the least. This company looks seriously shady! Rating should be -0, however, did not have that option.
I have been purchasing frontline plus from this site over a year now. I happened to stumble on this site while trying to find cheap supplies for my pet. While navigating through many categories that the site has, I found that they pretty much have everything which my dog requires at remarkably low prices. Misleading.
Product does not meet US standards.
PetCareSupplies does not offer free returns.
Returns cost more than the product is worth because you are limited to mailing back returns through the United States post office because the return address supplied by customer service is overseas and to a PO box. Most services do not deliver to PO boxes.
Seems that they go out of their way to make returns as difficult as possible in hopes the customer ends up just keeping the product.
So much for their 100% guarantee.
Very shady.
Hopefully my experience helps keep someone else from making the same mistake as I did.

No matter what other people have to say about this site, I have been purchasing all my cat stuff from here and I have never faced any issues regarding their services or the quality of the product. In fact, I love the auto-order service and they also have a lot good stuff to read on their site as well...
Ordered Frontline and didn't realize this was coming from outside the US. Product is made in Africa and packaging doesn't look at all the same. That made me nervous. After reading the reviews I called and asked to return the 100% guaranteed product. It cost me $24 to ship back $61 worth of product that weighed 1/2 pound to the UK. The customer service team was very helpful, but just know the free shipping only goes one way. If you're unhappy with the product, you have to be willing to pay a lot to return.
