I ordered frontline for my cats. 3 weeks later they still have fleas. The stuff did not work now I am wondering If it is fake which is why its so cheap
So far it has been 2.5 weeks and still have not received my item. I will now have to purchase flee meds from an expensive retailer because now my cats have been without for a week.
After having a disappointing experience to shop from Ch*wy.com, I thought to shop Capstar for my dog from PetCareSupplies.com. This is one of the most reliable sites recommended by one of my friends. So, I ordered Capstar tabs and was extremely happy to see that they offer free shipping and besides that my product got delivered exactly on time.
The promise of ship date of 2 days is total LIES. You're lucky if you get your items TWO MONTHS LATER. They'll post on your order that your item shipped and it never does. You have to continue to hound them. They posted my item shipped Aug 9th, today is Aug 24 and it's still not here.
I ordered bark collars before and it took 2 months to arrive. I gave them a second chance because I figured they had a shipping mistake. But noooo, this is how they do business.
If you have an urgent or expedited need, do not waste your time or money.
I have been using this product on my dog for over 3 years and the quality has always been consistent. I trust this treatment to protect my dog, Cal, from flea and tick infestation. Also, I usually get the product during discount offers so it is quite affordable for me. Thanks, Frontline Plus for always keeping Cal safe from fleas and ticks.

If I with are read the reviews before I would never ordered the sorest collar. The price was great don't get me wrong. Now 2-3 weeks later my dogs are scratchy like crazy. When I brought collar last year from petco it was expensive but well worth the money. The collar lasted the entire 8 months. They only give money back if the product is not open. You don't ave a chance to try it. Stay clear a away!
I am in USA & I ordered frontline plus from this online business & after reading all negative reviews I started my own research & I reached out to frontline & I researched flea medications outside USA & www.petcaresupplies.com is fine they abide by all laws & their product is not fake. They are on Pinterest & they do affiliated marketing just because some geek does a site review or their domain is masked by same one some other big businesses use what's the deal? These reviews had me scared to death go review Hartz sold by Walmart that should scare you but this online store is legit & I contacted them on Facebook and on their website. My dogs are fine & so am I except the stuff you read and find on Internet is not always right so I suggest go a step further & their frontline plus has diff rules based on country but if it has date on both box & vial & has stickers & info inside & no funny looking stickers or something don't match heck yeah research it but the gray box w blue is checked out fine so please stop writing horrible reviews & based on your dogs health it is recommended that you don't play vet God & put crap on your pets without a vets visit. My Dachsador has a flea allergy & this has helped him greatly.
This business is 110% the definition of a SCAM. Not only is it not real products, there are extremely dangerous and harmful chemicals in them. Unfortunately, I did not do my research on this company and a horrible mistake on my part. I applied the topical medication to two of my cats and the next day both of my cats were lethargic, crying out and having extremely troubled breathing. I took my cats to the vet and was told they were POISONED by their flea and tick medicine. My cats are still sick and I knew I had to write this review ASAP in hopes that someone else will not poison their cats/dogs from the medicine I bought off of petcaresupples.com.
PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE I DID. This medicine WILL hurt your cat/dog or kill them. There products are made in AFRICA and are NOT GENUINE PRODUCTS!
I was very concerned after reading some of the other reviews about this company, but my seresto collar arrived on Monday and has been working like a charm! The area I live in has tons of fleas, and I was despairing about ever being able to get rid of them! But this product works!
Bought flea pills for my cat and they never arrived. I called to get the shipping tracking number and they couldn't even say what company it was being shipped through. Said the order shipped aug 6,2019. I will never order another product from them. Then my total was $27.89 and they charged an extra. 89 cents for no known reason. Buy pet products else where!
I place my order on July 5,2019. They said shipped on July 8,2019. It's August 1,2019 & I haven't received my order. I call customer service & all they give me are excuses. The warehouse was on strike. It's coming from the UK.& the order got stopped by customs. They said they would reship it today. Its not worth the hassle..
I came across this website only 6 months ago and have been ordering from them ever since. What I love about this online store is their services and how they always listen to their customers. Once, my dog had gotten sick because of intestinal worms and I wasn't sure which product to get. So, I called the customer service for assistance, and they recommended few of their best selling treatments for my pooch. It was of great help because after surfing on their website, I found the product I was looking for. Moreover, that product cured my dog completely within days! I will keep buying from this website and also recommend it to others. It seems their competitors are putting bad reviews to spoil their online reputation, that is why I decided to write my experience over here.

Ordered a Seresto flea collar for my 14 week old puppy and after 2 weeks he has fleas. Contacted Bayer and it is a fraudulent collar. Do not use!
It is made in India and ship from India, but the office is in United Kingdom. It will take you two weeks to receive it. Totally Scam. Deal with local. If your pet get sick or dies you have to deal with Indian Government. Refund policy; if you do not open the package just guess if the product is good or bad they send you the refund which it will takes one month or more and you have to pay for shipment to India. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
Negative stars SCAM not a legit company. Don't get ripped off. FAKE product manufactured in South Africa I purchased a Seresto flea collar. Bayer advised me to not use this on my US dog. Notified company awaiting a return envelope should they want this collar returned. Disputing the charge through my credit card company.
Ordered Capstar for large dogs arrived in a timely fashion. Product did exactly as it is suppose and what was expected was spot on. Will highly recommend! And the price was just the icing on the cake.

Easy to place an order and they have very reasonable prices. Shipping takes a bit longer than other places, however, with a little planning you will get the same great products for a much cheaper price.
