I purchased a pavilion puppy in November. I was told that I would be receiving a packet of information with the shot she had received so I could tell my vet what shots she had received.
I never received the information. I have called numerous times. I have e-mailed them. NO LUCK!
I was told one time when I called that they would email me the information but it never came.
VERY POOR service!
I was interested in a puppy and inquired about it. I was told that the customer service rep would be in contact with me to set up a time to meet the puppy and breeder but the person never got back in touch. I then reached out to inquire about the puppy again, only to be told that the puppy was sold to someone else. Very poor customer service. I would recommend that if you are looking for a puppy to go somewhere else that has better customer service and responds quicker.
I purchased two Australian Shepherds from Pawrade, the entire experience was wonderful from working with the sales staff, to the staff giving me information about how to prepare and then travel. My puppies came home within 3 days and they were wonderful to work with as well, I picked ground travel and it was a great company as well. Thank you for my puppy experience and my lovable dogs.

Absolute false advertising of puppies.
DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING or put a reserve (full payment) in until you SEE all breeders pictures of puppy - on all sides of body and face AND sire and mother.
I first asked for pictures of the puppies mother and father. They said they would request them from Breeder … did not give them to me until AFTER I reserved the puppy for full price - THEN sent the father and mothers picture, of which, looked like crossbreed dogs of low quality.
The breeders (after payment) pictures of the puppy looked nothing like the adorable puppy in the Pawrade advertisement. VERY deceptive! I will enclose the breeders pictures of a $4,000 + all taxes, fees, travel, etc…. Pure bred, registered, King Charles Spaniel and her parents.

Jody is leaving out a lot of relevant facts. You can see the marketing pics of the pup as well as the updated pics the customer demanded immediately. I am sure everyone can understand there may be some difference between the professional photos and the pics the breeder scrambled to get with her cell phone. The breeder also hurriedly pulled the parents from the outside where they were romping with the pups to get pics for the customer. Naturally they look as you would expect a long haired breed to appear that only moments earlier was outside playing. It is also readily apparent that the parents are the correct breed as represented. How anyone would believe them to be "crossbreed" is not reasonable. The customer was refunded all of her money except the deposit that she was very well aware of as non refundable. The refund policy was presented to her and agreed to by her in writing before her purchase. The buyer has now followed through on her threat to "slam" us anywhere she can post her skewed version of events. To my shock, I woke one day in September to find my 5 year old dog dead. I've had dogs all my life, but they all lived long, healthy lives. Not this time. I was frantic; I had never been dogless before. In a near panic, I looked online for a puppy, and found Pawrade. I chose a Havanese; my friend had one several years ago. He was delivered to me one evening and, to my surprise, is a terrific puppy! My experience was fantastic! I would recommend Pawrade to anyone looking for a new canine companion.

Being a first-time dog owner, my experience with Pawrade was excellent (including the new puppy guide)! I initially communicated with Pam, who provided detailed information about coverage and what to expect. The rest of the team, travel and concierge, promptly responded to any messages I sent, providing updates on my puppy's current weight. Puzzle Pieces kept me informed about any changes with delivery, even informing me of an earlier arrival. The drivers, Chris and Lisa, were kind and caring. These two rock! My puppy arrived to me calm, well fed, and hydrated. I'm very satisfied with Pawrade and the concierge services they provide. I would highly recommend them.

This occurred Nov- Dec 2023 and Jan 2024. We have had an unbelievably terrible experience with this company. Prior to purchasing the puppy, the staff were amazingly helpful and promised us we would be able to zoom and connect with the breeder. After we purchased, communication significantly decreased. It took 2 weeks to have our first zoom with the puppy and it was an inconvenient time as my children were unavailable. Breeder agreed to reschedule but that never happened. It took 2 more weeks to get two 10 second videos in which you could not even see the puppy's face. While one employee remained somewhat communicative and responsive (Holly), she did tell me that I should be working with another employee. This employee, Destiny, was extremely rude and dismissive. When I complained about not getting the promised zoom or longer engaging videos of the puppy, she told me that just because something was promised before purchase, it does not mean it will happen.
We waited 8 weeks with minimal communication from pawrade and zero communication from the breeder. The week before we were supposed to get the puppy, we received a refund with no explanation. Upon finally being able to reach a manager, we were told that the breeder changed his mind and was not comfortable selling us the puppy anymore, apparently because we asked to zoom and for a video. There was no discussion as Pawrade agreed to the cancellation and unbelievably allowed the breeder to re-list the puppy!
It was a horrible experience and in the hindsight, we are grateful that the sale was canceled as the entire experience was shady and it became clear that the company does not care about the customer or the puppies, but only the money.
We are sorry that we were not able to meet your expectations. But in fairness we doubt anyone could. Your version of events here is simply not fair or accurate. In fact your requests and demands were unreasonable to the point that the breeder chose to void the contract as he did not feel he would be able to make you happy despite his and our beat efforts. I am a family of three with two dogs (including the one we just got), two cats, three lizards, and chickens. He was great with all of them and is extremely friendly. This business is a great business that should be used more! I just got my pug puppy Preston. When we got him he was happy and healthy. This business cares about the dogs, they took him to the vet before we could have our dog. When our dog needed surgery before he was given to us they didn't make us pay for the surgery. They told us exactly what would happen and when it would happen with our dog. I seriously have doubt that they use puppy mills as my new pup was extremely healthy and no overbreeding was used. As a pug his nose doesn't look like it was bred short, his nose is a bit longer and he has no breathing issues.

I got a dog from pawrade that right off the bat didn't come trained as he was described. Was supposed to be potty trained and cat friendly, but was nowhere near potty trained or friendly with cats. They say you can return your pet, but you basically loose out on all the money you have spent, and we wanted to try to make it work. The way our dog acts is terribly unsocialized, as if he was barely around people and he has bad anxiety. I have doubts that the breeder he was from was credible or trustworthy. What kind of breeder makes zero contact to the person they are selling to? I think he could've potentially been from a very shady backyard breeder. Also, the website has phone numbers that link to questionable sources. Although I love my dog, he has come with a host of behavioral issues which makes me think he came from somewhere that he wasn't socialized with people or treated with any sort of love or given a lick of training.

I bought a beagle puppy from your company and with that you offered a free month with metlife for insurance for my dog so because you sponsored them I signed up for 1 year but the rep made a supposedly mistake and made it monthly he said I would be refunded my 75 dollars after 1 month I checked my bank statement No refund I called and was told it was now 63 dollars due to an enrollment fee even I was granted 1 month free thru parade, it has been 2 months still no refund so I canceled my 1 year subscription with the company my opinion is that they are not someone I would do business with and send a warning to anyone who does pick them to protect their pet

They walked me through every step, including taking a little more time as my furbaby of 15 years had just gone to the Rainbow Bridge. When I saw a puppy I was interested in, no asking me to pick a more expensive one, just ok, let me tell you everything. Not only that, I have severe anxiety, and yet not once to my numerous emails or phone calls did they ever sound annoyed or impatient. The only thing I would change, is to require the transport team to letvyou know they have left, and thus could be text, and a text once a day to let you know where they are. But this is minor, and could be MY wish due to the anxiety. I will post again after my darling gets here from Southern Middle American, to the beaches of Cali. Almost 2000 miles.

I bought a puppy through PetPay/Pawrade and after picking her up and taking her to her first vet visit, I have no doubt that this puppy came from a puppy mill. For starters, only after purchasing the dog (paying FULL price) through the website and waiting until 1 day prior to scheduled pick up was I given the breeder's information. I was given no information on the breeder's practices or pictures of their facilities. I should have known that this was a puppy mill situation at that point - but then the breeder would not let me pick the puppy up at their facility nor was I permitted to meet the parents and I knew there must be a problem. No reputable breeder keeps people from seeing their dogs or their facilities. When I picked the dog up, she was completely filthy and smelly and her ears full of gunk. I took the dog to my vet today and she has ear mites. The dog is also being fed a brand of food that no one I have spoken with recognizes, including my vet. I am going to begin to file claims for the ear mites and hope nothing worse happens... Will update review after going through the claims process.
Just like many of the other reviews I've read, once you put that deposit down everyone goes silent. I immediately became concerned and started messaging and I began calling as well. It was not until I messaged and asked to cancel for a refund of my deposit did they start messaging back explaining that would not happen. I received conflicting information on delivery, received incorrect invoices, and still didn't have questions answered. I was told by one of the reps she did not agree with my opinion, which wasn't her place to say in my opinion. I asked to talk to a manager and Charlie was no help. I could see why his employees act the way they do. When I explained how they breached contract and didn't do their part, the lady, Kelli said, so we made one mistake! Yes, one that cost me almost 700.00. And still no answer of my questions. I was told by Charlie he would call me back the next morning with no call. When I questioned I got Kelli again and she said he's in meetings all day. Get real.
This place is a joke, very shady and unprofessional. I filed a complaint with the BBB and sent my contract to my attorney. I would stay away from this company. Attached is my text conversation with one of the reps. I would also be Leary of text conversations vs what is saved in the portal.
Brenda, we are sorry that despite our best efforts we were not able to meet your demands. But at no time did anyone go silent. In fact the message center shows an exchange of sixty (60) messages between you and our staff. And as you stated many other text messages and calls as well. I was advised that you wanted to speak to manager on the afternoon of 2-7-2023 and called you on 2-7-23 at 848pm est. You didn't answer so I left you a detailed voicemail and assured you that I would address all your concerns. You returned my call the next morning but I was not able to answer so I asked Kelli to call you and let you know I would call you later in the afternoon when I would be able to speak to you uninterrupted. By 4pm when I was able to call, you had already insisted to cancel the sale and moved forward with posting inaccurate information online. The contract that you signed is very clear on our cancellation policies and the policies were reviewed with you verbally and in the message center to be sure you understood and you acknowledged and agreed. A minor discrepancy in a travel date that was quickly corrected and confirmed is not a valid reason to cancel a sale. We cant discard a contract because you have buyers remorse and feel the contract you signed shouldn't actually apply to you. This site wont allow me to post images in my response. If I could it would give a far more accurate picture of our actual interaction. It would show that we went above and beyond. This is best illustrated by our thousands of 5 star reviews and 4.8/5 rating on Trustpilot, the most trusted, respected, and widely used review site.
When we decided it was time for another dog, we discovered that there are new and interesting ways to find one! My wife found the Pawrade website, where you can search for pets, and get connected to a breeder. We fell in love with Simone, a Cavapoo, but almost canceled the deal when we realized they'd have to fly her to Seattle from St Louis. We thought that would be pretty tough on the little dog.
The people at Pawrade - and they have quite a team - were all very helpful, friendly, and professional. But their overriding concern is the safety and well-being of every little critter. To them, it was all about safety - from scheduling the flight, to giving us detailed instructions for caring for our dog following her arrival. We felt much more prepared to receive this puppy than we were to receive our own first-born child!
The good news is that she arrived in great shape, with no ill effects whatsoever. You'd think she'd just had an afternoon drive in the car. I recommend this company, more than for any other reason, for how they take care of these animals, and the concern demonstrated for us, their customer.

I got a Cava-Tzu from Pawrade, he came via flight nanny and the experience from purchase to delivery was wonderful. My travel Rep Shannon G was wonderful and responded quickly with information about a very nerve-wracking purchase, it set my mind at ease! I got my Old English Sheepdog from this site and couldn't be happier! I initially worked with a "puppy concierge" named Tania and she set up a conference call between her, myself, and the breeder Meghann, who was based out of Florida. Everyone was beyond helpful, professional, and able to answer my MANY questions about the process and specifically Meghann's breeding credentials and background. I had my new friend flown to me within two weeks and honestly couldn't be happier! They require a vet check within 3 days of getting your pup and my vet says that he looks great and is very healthy.
