Some areas could be improved.

We love our new puppy! Pawrade was a bit cumbersome. I appreciated the encouraging help from Donna. However, I feel like every time I opened the posting board. I had a message from a different person. One regarding billing, one regarding travel, one regarding Pet insurance, I think I even had a message from a manager. It made it very difficult to get all the needed information from one person. I would've preferred having one representative help me with all aspects. One of the drawbacks of the Pawrade Puppy site is that there is no indication where that puppy comes from. We wanted to go and pick up our puppy in person. It was very expensive to go all the way to Indiana. If we had known where the puppies were from, it would've helped immensely to cut down the cost. An example of not getting information from one person was finding out the area where the Breeder was at the last possible minute. It was nerve-racking, making travel plans and not knowing exactly where we were headed until 5 o'clock the day before our plane took off. I know there is security concerns for the Breeder, but a city location should at least be provided. Also on the site, it should clearly state that the puppies are for family pets only. We were interested in getting a dog that could be bred. We found out after the fact of purchase that approval had to be given by the Breeder. Someone from Pawrade helped us figure that problem out, and we were told that the Breeder would be informed. When we arrived to pick up the dog, the Breeder was totally unaware of us purchasing breeding rights. We worked it all out, but it was very stressful not to have that provided information in advance. I do hope that my experience will enhance your business and make purchasing a puppy from Paul Reid a little less stressful.

Hey Carla, thank you for choosing Pawrade to help you adopt the perfect pup for you. It is true that there are a few steps to our process, but that is how we make sure that you get a quality pup from a reputable breeder with no worries of fraud or scams. Because there are a lot of moving parts to getting a happy, healthy pup, fully inspected, and transported hundreds or even thousands of miles from the breeder to their new home, we have found it is best to have "experts" in each department to make sure all goes as smoothly as possible. Frankly, the process just has too many separate areas of concern for one person to handle efficiently and effectively. We are also open 9 AM EST until 9 PM West Coast, 7 days a week. This would also make it impossible for one person to always be available to help. It is true that you cannot filter by location on our site, but a sales associate can do that for you and also tell you the region of any breeder as well. It is also true that all of our pups are sold as pets, without breeding rights. This is indicated on each puppy listing under the "Registration" indicator. Most breeders will provide breeding rights, but it does vary from breeder to breeder and breed to breed. We can see that this may not be clear, and we appreciate your feedback so that we may make adjustments to our site to improve the user experience. Third Puppy With Pawrade
August 22, 2025

Brie arrived a week ago 8 weeks old, my second Shetland Sheepdog after Honey. Brie was well taken care of, the private vet completed her wellness exam the day she arrived. Brie adjusted perfectly eating, drinking, playing and sleeping.
She already understands to potty in the fenced backyard. She brings me endless joy!
My Honey and My Beau, a Basset Hound were also adopted from Pawrade.
The breeders are trustworthy.

Great Service From Front to Back

I had a great experience with this Pawrade. I appreciated the professionalism, caring attitude, and clear communication provided throughout the entire process. I found the staff to be helpful and knowledgeable which made the adoption process smooth and stress-free. I also appreciated the regular updates and coordination provided, ensuring a positive experience. The transportation service was excellent. Upon arrival, my puppy was clean, well-adjusted and healthy. I appreciated their timely updates, arriving at the designated time, and ensuring my pet arrived safe and sound. Our new family member
August 10, 2025

After our pup was ready to leave mom we received our new little boy in two days from the transport team Wag's on Wheels. He traveled well and was a happy and bathed little guy when he arrived. He is already using the potty pads! Communication with the Pawrade was great every step of the process. Extremely satisfied with our new bundle of joy.

Amazing In every way

I had a great experience with Parade. Everyone is knowledgeable and very helpful. I found my puppy and I reserved her. They guided me through the process and she was delivered to me at my home. Every thing was so smooth! We had the best service rep Lois who answered every question and reached out frequently! The transport company was so caring and stayed a few minutes to answer any question we had, Christien was the best at Puzzle Piece Transport. I love how Pawrade does everything to ensure the pups go to a good home. I highly recommend!

We bought our second furbaby from Pawrade! I really felt they gave me peace of mind at a time when I emotionally was experiencing a difficult time in my life. We are so happy with our new frenchie baby! I took him to my vet and ended up recommending them to another person who noticed our baby was so happy and healthy. As a military mom, we prepare ourselves for the worse but it's nice knowing they were there as a steady hand when mine was too weak. Thank you Pawrade for the excellent service... again!

PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT this company! They are about the money! I lost my chihuahua fur baby and decided to purchase another… I came across Pawrade and thought ok I might not have any issues! The breeder in Arkansas Amber Sullivan had taken her chihuahuas to her Veterinarian who checked off that the chihuahua did not have an open fontenelle… when I took him to my Veterinarian he clearly had one! I even felt it and so did the technicians…this was falsified documentation on the breeders part! This Chihuahua was not cheap in price and this is something that could end up being a concern later on down the road… I took him back to my Veterinarian and there is no change! I gave all documentation to Petpal who deals with all this including the money you spend on the pet and they could care less knowing both documents were in front of them! IF YOU HAVE PROBLEMS YOU BETTER KNOW THEY WONT DO NOTHING FOR YOU! THEY GET YOUR MONEY AND YOUR BASICALLY STUCK! That is not only heartbreaking but it's LYING and being DECEIVING to customers! I WILL NEVER REFER ANYONE HERE! You don't gamble with things like this… this could possibly be heartbreaking for me clearly after I told Pawrade about Loosing my fur baby! DONT TAKE A CHANCE bc clearly this veterinarian was in a rush for this breeder

Toni, we’re truly sorry to hear about your experience and the loss of your fur baby. And we thank you for choosing Pawrade to help you find another. Unfortunately, much of the information you are sharing here is not accurate or fair. Your pup was assessed by a USDA vet before coming home to you. This vet did not note an open fontanelle; that is true. But the facts are that there would be absolutely no reason to fraudulently say there is not an open font. That condition is considered normal and to be expected in this breed. It is actually the small minority of Chihuahuas that don't have this condition. It is so common, in fact, that many recognizing organizations consider it a breed standard. Much like a Bulldog with an underbite. Though technically a defect, it is to be expected and is normal for the breed.

We started looking for a ShihTzu pup recently. We were almost scammed by someone and then found Pawrade. I loved that you could browse through pics and mark the ones you were interested in and go back later and look again. Once we decided to go ahead with the adoption, it was so easy. Pawrade associates kept me updated on every part of the process and were always available for any of my questions/concerns. I would not hesitate to use this company again when we decide to get our little Bogey a sister.

The perfect puppy!

We got our little pug puppy through Pawrade and we were very impressed with the entire process. There were no surprises along the way as to the contract, the cost, the responsibility on both sides and info on the puppy we wanted. We were kept in the loop on everything right up to a phone call today, five days after getting our little guy, to ask how we all are doing. We've never gotten a puppy from another state before, but it's all good and I highly recommend Pawrade!
