I had ordered a salwar kameez for the first time and I'm delighted with the product I received. The outfit is beautifully sewn and made exactly to the specifications. I have a good experience with panash.
I ordered a Lehenga for my engagement and it comes as shown in the picture and the stitching for the lehenga was excellent and fits me really well. I would definitely recommend panashindia for ethnic shopping.
I was initially skeptical about the delivery times and customer service due to the reviews I read. BUT my lehenga came through in record speed from India to the US. Very happy with my purchase and for the price I paid, quality was great!
I ordered a bridesmaid outfit for a wedding on MARCH 5th. I received email confirmation on March 25th that the outfit had reached my house, but no package was on my doorstep. I called Fedex and they were unable to provide GPS confirmation of delivery and said they could provide a refund but that I would have to ask Panash to file a claim with them. I called panash every day for nearly a month, having a deadline for this outfit, and they never filed the claim. I finally asked my bank to refund me the money and felt disgusted that I had to order the outfit again through Panash, but needed this as a bridesmaid outfit and had no other choice. I will literally never shop at this ghetto, sketchy clothing website again, and will not be recommending this to any of my friends. So upset.
The sharara I got today from Panash India was exactly like the one they showed in the image. What I didn't expect was the beautiful quality of the fabric. It feels really soft and the work on the yoke of the dress is perfect as well. A perfect 10/10 dress. Would recommend to anyone.

I ordered a peach Saree from them it came quite late and totally crumbled as if it was worn quite a number of times with a damp smell. The danggler that was on the Saree pallu was old and tarnished. I seriously cannot wear it before doing a dry clean and removing the danggler, just because I have spent quite a lot of money

Very bad customer service. Ordered my dress on Feb 12 and has not shipped yet. I wrote to the suctomer service, they said they will call back in 48 hours but no one has reached out to me. When tried to contact the calls are not answered. Poor customer service. Can anyone help Order PN*******

I've had good experience with Panash India so far. Ordered 3 kurtis and a gown, all were of good quality. I had put a special request for expedite delivery and received great service from the representatives. All n all a good spot for online shopping
I have ordered a lehenge for my sister wedding. While ordered, it says 19 days for shipment but my order status didnt changed till 21 days. I have called the customer service to check my order status. They have told that I will receive my delivery in 7 days. The next day I got the mail that there is failure in quality check. It was first and worst experience for me with Panash. I will never order from them again.

I want to follow up on my order pn*******. I've called, what's apped, and emailed. They only responded to one of my emails. I ordered it based on the delivery date they told me. I still haven't recieved a tracking number. Their customer service is HORRIBLE.

Item not delivered. Half baked and careless email was sent to me saying they can't deliver what I ordered 3 days before my wedding.
You might as well order from wish.com than here. I ordered a sherwani for my wedding more than a month in advance. They said the item will be shipped in 15days. A month later I am still sending them emails literally begging them to atleast tell me if they can't send it on time so I can go buy something else. 3 days before my wedding they sent an email saying they can't send it at all because, in their words, "item didn't pass our stringent quality checks & hence we are unable to dispatch the same.". What do I do now? But a cheap $#*! one on Amazon, and look horrible in my own wedding pictures.
I ordered some jewelry along with the dress, and they were damaged goods too. Never in my life have I paid someone 100s of dollars just to beg them to just reply to my email. One of the most dehumanizing experience in my life.
Ordered outfit of worth Rs. 4200 on May 13th. After two days they sent mail saying item not available and we will be refunding the amount. The very next day they sent mail saying item available please ignore the previous mail. On 25th May they sent a mail saying we will ship the item in next 24 to 48 hrs. Post that they are unreachable. Not responding to my mails, messages and calls. Worst experience i ever had. Lost trust on small or new sites like this. People like this are not trust worthy. Horrible experience. I recommed people to not to buy anything from this site.

We received the Western Indo Sherwani item and I tried it on. I am a tall and lean guy but the outfit was too too narrow. For example, for the pants, I couldn't put the pants on over my calves, so I'm not sure if the pants fit in the waist as I couldn't get it on that far. My arms and shoulders are also too big for the item and I cannot wear it. I tried to work with them to get a different outfit but they wouldn't work with me and repeated that their sizing was correct. I would willingly pay delivery fees and other costs but they would work with me to get me an outfit that fit. They never even asked my dimensions but would give me store credit. Poor sizing and very bad customer support.

I am traveling to Bangladesh to work with the Rohingya refugees. I do not recommend buying from Panash India due to the slow delivery. I emailed the company before I ordered because I was traveling out of the country. They responded, saying it would be shipped on May 15th. It is now June 7th and still no delivery. I have emailed them multiple times, received some replies, but not all to my inquiries. I am leaving next Tuesday and still no clothing. I ordered some of the same outfits from Saree Palace and received the delivery within 3 weeks.
Their goods stuck in Malaysia customs due to suspicious documents, but Panash doesn't care to sort the issue. They are only bothered to get paid then extremely slow response. The only one-time response through WhatsApp and then gone. Shouldn't they be responsible to work with the forwarder to solve the issue for customer?
