Purchased several items and only wanted to return three. E-mail notification was received from OShopLIve stating products were shipped on July 10,2018. Reached out to them via e-mail, since they provide no telephone numbers, on July 16,2018, which is within the 14 days per their website instructions regarding RETURNS, but never received a response until AFTER the 14 days. Then they stated they could not return the items as it was AFTER 14 days... seriously! Their website states they will respond within 24 hours. FAKE NEWS! Now filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and filing a claim in Small Claims Court. So frustrating! Company is definitely not run but well trained business men and women.
Cheep Chinese garbage, do not purchase from this site, they do NOT accept returns. I would burn these clothes they are so bad but the toxic fumes from the garbage fabric would probably kill me. Buyer beware!
