I ordered 4 dresses to try for my son's wedding and was instantly disappointed in the product once it was received... cheap dresses tht didn't fit... I have tried over 10 times to get the return information to send the items back... receiving only I'm sorry... why did you want to return... over and over and over... it finally dawned on me tht oshoplive is delaying the information I require to run out the 30 days I have to return my product so that I am then stuck with cheap items I do not want... I've sent one final email to get the info I require to return the order... if I do not receive it promptly I will be taking measures to get my money back on my own with reports not only to Facebook but my credit card company and my local media... I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS RETAILER AGAIN... and hopefully, neither will anyone else...

Be wary... they want your money and nothing else... and the 1-866 number listed with their address info on your packaging is not in service...

With my first order, there was no problem. However, when I tried to exchange for another size, I received no response. I went ahead and placed the order for a different size, thinking I would just return the original after I heard back from the company with return instructions. It has been one week since placing the new order, and no indication that it has been shipped and no information on tracking etc. I have sent several emails and Facebook messages and gotten no response.

I bought a dress that has been advertised a lot on Social Media, one of the pretty bohemian styles. I checked the measurements and measured myself, then checked the measurements again before placing my order for a size larger than the size that should have fit me. I waited almost a month to receive my order and discovered it was made from sheer, transparent fabric that cannot be worn without a lining, it fits like it's two sizes too small, it looks NOTHING like the photos, and the fabric has no stretch or give, making it impossible to wear. After the US exchange rate I paid, it cost me almost $50 for a scrap of fabric. This is another typical Chinese fly by night scam company, falsely advertising and ripping people off. When I contacted the company for a refund they wanted the dress shipped back; for me to return it the shipping costs exceeded the price I already paid. They offered me $13 after two weeks of trying to reach a settlement. TERRIBLE. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE CRIMINALS! I would give them NO stars if this site had the option.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM! Anyone who put a 5 start rating up when the rest are 1 stars is clearly working for the company doing damage control on their rating. Don't let them mislead you, this is without a doubt the WORST online shopping experience I have had yet.

Placed an order on Mother's Day for 4 items with express postage. 10days (24/05) llater I enquired about time to expect delivery to which response was a hold up at customs. I explained that I was leaving on an overseas trip on the 26th and planned to take one of the dresses with. They provided the tracking number when Australian Post confirmed that the parcel was only posted on the 23rd of May, from Beijing. The billing address on the site is in London though. Parcel arrived on 30th of May. Upon return from holiday on 5th of June, second dissapointment as blouse was of appalling quality! I would not be able to wear it as the stitching is SO bad and visible on breast pocketand thre are slits on the sides that come up so high my skin is showing. The off shoulder dress is not chiffon and care instructions not found. Hopefully more people will give reviews as we are paying in US$ at various exchange rates prices that the items do not warrant from my experience.
