I bought 3 items from here.

None of them were sized per their sizing charts (I even went up a size when I ordered to be safe).

On trying to return, the Cust Service takes 24 hrs to write each time, and they provide minimal information. Initially they offered me $15 refund telling me the return shipping was too expensive. Then they told me return shipping was $30 (my order was $76 so I'll let you do the maths). Then they refused to give me the information for shipping and when I asked for an update they feigned complete ignorance to my questions at all.

It's a complete sham - avoid like the plague.

I ordered an expensive dress from Oshoplive. They sent the wrong one and after many emails, they said that I could return it. I had by this time posted it back to the address on the bag it came in. It was different from the address they eventually gave me for its return and also told me to lie about the cost of the dress to the customs. I couldn't afford to post it tracked (would have cost me half the cost of the dress) I believe I have wasted 104.00 NZ dollars. Not a good firm to deal with and its put me off shopping online. You have no come back.

It took two weeks to revive my dresses. I was so disappointed that not one item I ordered looked like it did in photo. Two of the items had rips, and the sizing was so off! I can't believe how bad these items are. I have read the reviews and I feel getting a refund is going to be very difficult, but I bought 6 items so that was no that cheap. Never again will I use this site, and I will make sure to let everyone know that's asks about it.

I order 2 items on 2nd, Aug and received them today. A little disappointed it took 10 days to get my package. But the 2 boho dresses are wonderful, same as the pictures, good quality, right size, stunning design... I like them very much. Deserve waiting!

These sites should be shut down. They lure buyers with photos of garments that look nothing like the photos when they arrive! The QUALITY is POOR the COLOURS GARISH the FABRIC CHEAP. Its a disgrace just a blatant RIP OFF. As for returning the items it's just not worth it as the cost is expensive from Australia to China and don't these site know it. Getting a REFUND IMPOSSIBLE. ALL sites with similar Boho clothing are advertised from various companies under different Chinese sites are probably the same. Look up website reviews first. OHOLIVESHOP BURLAP BUYER BEWARE

I ordered my items on July 5th and it's aug 12th now. Still waiting for packages. Every trims I email them, it's the same cut and paste response. I'm nervous to see what the items will actually look like based on other reviews.
When I track the package, it only tells me that it is in transit. They were quick to charge my credit card immediately the next day but it's been 5 weeks and I'm pretty discouraged that I will receive my items.
Most companies based in china should be taken with caution. It appears they are for the majority scams.

This is the the most disappointed online shopping shopping that I ever that I have had. L order something that it not fit me. When I contacted with Juliette she wants to exchange me the same dress for $22.00 dollars. After several conversations the return shipping is my responsibility and I have it to China at the cost between $60- $100 dollars Finally I TRY to be resolved the matter if she send me a blouse but again she wants to $10.00 dollars extra. In that way she lost the costumer and I waist my money and my time.
I sure will never order from this site.
