I ordered the polka dot bohemian spaghetti strap maxi dress in medium according to the measurements listed on the website. Dress arrived and it was too small. I took pictures using a measuring tape showing that the dress was 12 inches too short (40 inches long vs, 52 inches as advertised) and the bust was 31 inches versus. 34.6 inches. Customer service first offered to refund me $5 for my trouble, then offered me $7. I wanted a full refund, since in my opinion, the dress is faulty and the mistake was not mine. Finally, I got fed up and took the $7 so I wouldn't have to deal with this any more. This is what you can expect when dealing with this company.

I purchased a dress from this company. Received it in a timely manner. However it did not fit. The dress was for a special occasion. Given the length of time it took for the dress to arrive from China I know exchanging for a larger size wouldn't get to me in time. I tried talking with *******@oshoplive.com and I have received ZERO emails from them. After that I went to PayPal, since that is how I paid. I opened a ticket and I email the company, which is not oshoplive, but an International company. Then I discovered that I could "message" them on FB. I did that. I've been in communication now for 2 days and they are telling me to go to oshoplive.com. LOL! You can't return an item. There is no sales slip with the merchandise, no refund or return slip. You have to talk with the company to get a U.S. mailing addreess and they are unwilling to do that. This company is a HUGE FRAUD!

This is a good shop, I ordered three dress with beautiful design and I received on time. Then I again go on oshoplive and see sarees collection it have a good collection of sarees. By this impression I again order two sarees for my mother, which I want to gifts for my mom's and I received that on a fixed time.So when I give this gift to my mother she is so happy and very surprised. This all is possible through oshoplive. I really very happy for this that I give gifts to my mother without any notice I am successful to give suprise to my dear mom's birthday.And after the birthday I order three times through this shop. So I again want to thank s to oshoplive.

I do not know where everyone is getting such great products from as I believe THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD - I'd like to give zero starts if I could. This company, OSHOPLIVE, misleads customers in their product descriptions. I would never purchase from this company again and will let others know not too. Their lack of customer service and respect is one thing but to provide incorrect images/pictures of products and descriptions that are not 100% correct and not rectify it is major. I buy a lot of clothes online and this is the worst experience I've ever had. They have done nothing to rectify the situation, except say I can send the dress back for full refund if I pay for the shipping which costs the same as the dress I purchased - I would still be out! Horrible service and horrible products.
