The site auto changed my shipment address, I had to email several times and was ignored for 3 days until they said alright we will change it. 4 more days later I am given a tracking number that doesn't track $#*!, no info, they say check back several days, I said shipping is 7 to 12 days its been 16 at this point in my email reply. I am filing fraud on my credit card if I don't have a real update by tonight. I would have never bought from China, site is misleading I thought I was buying from London. Ignorant jerks...

I ordered 3 dresses from this site for my engagement shoot so I could decide on outfits. Two were here later than 7-12 days and one item was missing. When I emailed about the missing item (which was the one I wanted the most)! When I emailed them about it I magically got an email about shipping on the third item.

I emailed asking them for return on the two they originally sent that do not suit me. One you can't hardly move or your boobs will pop out. The other looks like a cheap costume not the thick pillowy look of the dress in the photo they have advertised.

Instead of giving me return information; they literally tried to barter with me offering me $15 and I can keep them... I spent $104. Why would I want to still pay $89 for three dresses I didn't want anymore because they were so late or awful looking that I ended up going with a dress on amazon that I could get to me in two days because this site couldn't be here on time for my engagement shoot.

My engagement shoot has come and gone yesterday and I STILL don't have my third item!

I placed an order with 8 items. They shipped to me in NYC from LA. Unfortunately 4 of the items don't fit. One item was not even in the delivery.

I contacted Oshoplive via email (as instructed on their website) for a return address. They wrote back and ask for the reason of the return and whether I wanted to exchange. I wrote back stated each item I want to return and the reason, adding the missing item.

Their reply asking for clarification (I purchased 2 sizes of one dress knowing one will fit better). They said the missing dress was out of stock. That's the first sign they were trying to scam me. Item was out of stock. It didn't ship. But they never issued a refund. More on this later.

I replied with clarification which size of that dress I want to return. I informed them for four items which don't fit plus the item which never shipped to me, I was due $181.95. I, again, asked for return instructions.

Then they started to ignore me since I clearly stated I did not want any exchange, only return.

I wrote them again 4 days later.

This time they change their tactics.
Firstly, for the out of stock item which was never shipped to me I paid $25.99. They gave me a refund of $22.09. I told them they subtracted the shipping fee. YES, they want to charge me SHIPPING FEE EVEN WHEN THEY DID NOT SHIP ME ANYTHING!

Secondly, for the $155.96 refund I was seeking for the returns, they asked me if refunding me $50 and keeping the items would work. WHY WOULD I KEEP ITEMS WHICH DOESN'T FIT AND I WOULD NEVER WEAR?!?!

It is a nightmare which is wasting a lot of my time. If their response is still trying to give me $50 for $155.96 of merchandises that do not fit, I will just call my credit card company.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM UNLESS YOU ENJOY PROBLEMS, HEADACHE AND THROWING MONEY AWAY. ONCE YOU MADE YOUR PURCHASE, THEY JUST WANT TO KEEP YOUR MONEY EVEN WHEN THE ITEMS DON'T FIT.

I don't like giving bad reviews but wanted to warn others. I wish I had looked at these reviews before spending 72. On this site! The dress I ordered wasn't like shown on the website, the slits are small and directly in the back NOT on the sides as described. Two of the shirts are to small even though according to their size chart they should fit. All the items were very poor quality. One had threads hanging out everywhere. When I first contacted them I wanted a full refund for the dress and exchange two of the shirts for bigger size (even though they are cheap they are cute and I had already paid for them). You can't return anything and they offered me $4 for the dress. Are you kidding me?! Then they wanted me to give $30 more to order bigger shirts after telling me that! This website is false advertising and POOR customer service. After 10 (!) emails back and forth they said I would get an $8. Refund for the dress, I don't know if they'll actually refund it but at this point I'm over it. The dress was $20. And I had originally 15% off total order making it $72. For a dress and 3 shirts. I can't wear three of the items and may or may not get $8 back. So now they get yet another bad review. Save your money please!

I like the fact that a lot of clothes are really cotton I got a top and bikini cover up/robe/duster it can be worn many ways

This dress took over 7 weeks to be delivered. On top of that, it was NOTHING like the picture. The dressed looked like something from Little House on the Prairie! It took 2 weeks before I was able to get an answer on how to ship this back. When I did, I was told "How about we compensate you $8 on your acct as you need to ship it back to China and its costly" Took the item to my post office (I am in USA) and it cost $40 to return it. The dress was $55. Just a rip off. Will be donated this piece of crap dress.

Oshoplive is a SCAMMER! I will NEVER EVER buy anything from this company. Their products are CHEAPLY MADE, POOR QUALITY! The dress I ordered and the dress I received are two different dress. Contacted "CS" & got a reply with an offer of $5 refund & she suggested I should try to resell the dress to cover my cost. How crazy is this! I refused the offer. CS offered $10 refund or return the dress to a return address in China. I am upset and wished I never order this ugly dress from them. Ladies, do not order anything from this 0 integrity company. They do not deserve a penny from us! I do not trust this company at all. They have 0 integrity! 0 honesty! 0 accountability! Behind their products.
