It was overall very positive. They did their job to perfection. The process was lengthy, but that is to be expected I think. It was easy working with the different departments. All the reps were great.
A young lady named Kayla helped me with some of the documentation regarding past tax years and current expenses, I was having some issues getting filled out. Kayla was very helpful in helping me get everything filled out and up to date,, she was very professional and quite nice to work with.

She assure me we could get through the filing procedure together. She provided form numbers and locations for obtaining them. She insisted that I take each blank and each form one at a time and not allow myself to get overwhelmed by simply taking one question at a time.
