My Experience with Optima Tax program was one of a kind professional service. They. Walked me thru with great detail, and explained everything to me. All of there staff were very professional. And my out come was very positive. All. My questions were answered as well. And all my appointments were kept. No time wasted. And I managed to reach my goal in stopping any kind of garnishment, and prevented any kind of account freezes that could have happened. And also now has bought me a lot of time to pay back the IRS. Please if your having issues with the IRS, don't hesitate to contact an Optima Tax Relief Agent.

When I first called optima tax they gave me someone to talk to we walked through it you said don't worry you're in good hands now nobody's going to be able to do anything to you will taking good care of you now and I had a lot of stress come right off my shoulders and then when optima tax called me and said we settled everything is all set you owe them nothing and they owe you money so I'm waiting on the IRS but that's okay but
Optima tax is the best if I could give you a 10 star rating but again optima tax is the best and if anybody asks me who do I call to get help cuz I got the IRS chasing me I tell them call optima tax they will help you walk you through it and take a lot of stress off your shoulders thank you optima tax sincerely Robert paolino

During pre-enrollment, an Optima representative informed me that Optima provides state and federal tax debt assistance. I eventually learned from another Optima representative that Optima only helps with federal tax debt. Though I felt duped by this misinformation, I stayed with Optima for two reasons:

1. I paid most of the service fee before learning about this misinformation.
2. I experienced less stress due to the partial support.

I had given up on your company, not contact from you, lack of call backs, and a worsening tax situation. That was until I called and talked to Atia. She was so helpful and had a sense of concern. She took the time to explain the delays and then immediately began to work on solution. She made me feel like your company was there to help me out of my problems and gave direction. I hope you take note and develop more employees like Atia.

For months I tried to resolve the issue with the IRS and all I got were papers to fill out every time I called them. I even got an IRS advocate who never contacted me when she said she would and did not really listen to my concerns-did not do much to help me. I found Optima by accident when I was researching ways to get in contact with the IRS. Right then I called Optima, gave them my info and immediately they got to work. Before you know it they had taken care of my problem, set up and payment agreement and I never heard from the IRS-I used to dread getting letters from the IRS-what a relieve to have Optima staff deal with IRS instead of me-that in itself was a great experience and if I ever have problems with the IRS again, I know who to go to-OPTIMA

Note that all those who helped along the way did a great Job, but in the outcome of the solution i thought by those commercials you have on the TV i would be able to get a better reduction on the taxes i owe, but that was not the case.
As per Optima, the rules are needed to be following IRS guidelines and i did not Qualify as i understood, but again i thought that i would get a better deal, when i asked Optima representative i was told that Optima states in the fine line that Optima is not responsible in the final word from the IRS, all is understood, but i will have to pay more that 30k in 72 months, so this is only issue i had with Optima, every thing else was good.

I was going through a difficult time in life. In and out of work. Still trying to keep up with existing financial obligations. Then came tax time and didn't have the money to pay the taxes. Thinking that a permanent job would come but hasn't. Ended up selling our home, started collecting Social Security but still had unfiled taxes. Lots of stress. Called Optima to see what my choices would be. They were very willing to listen and understand my situation. They got all my information and were able to stop any aggressive actions by the IRS. Always explaining what the process would be. I am now current with my IRS filings, and am on an affordable payment plan with the IRS. I understand the process and will make on time payments and file new returns in a timely manner. Stress is better now

I never write reviews but I don't want anybody else to go through the expensive and stressful experience I had with these people. It starts with a positive phone call made by a professional salesman promising you to fix everything.
Over 3 years went by and they were sitting on ALL the paperwork they'd requested from me, every time I called to see what's going on nobody had a clue and they'd promise call backs that never happened.

Once they finally "closed" the case they made an deal with the IRS that I CAN NOT AFFORD!
BUT EVEN WORSE!
They didn't set it up right so after two months the IRS IS NOW THREATENING TO DEFAULT the agreement and I'm even worse off than when this started.

STAY AWAY... THEY RUINED MY YEAR..

My experience was very good, I'm so glad that I got all this out of my way, and I wouldnt have gotten this behind me without Optima Tax Relief.

Optima Tax Relief was the solution to my tax dilemma. I had been plagued with tax problems for several years. I tried to manage the tax problems, unfortunately all of my dealings with the IRS were unsuccessful. With the assistance of the Optima Tax support team--Becky, Isabella, Gregory as well as others, I no longer have to worry about tax garnishments or other sanctions levied by the IRS. I cannot adequately express my thanks and gratitude to Optima Tax Relief for giving me my life back!

After my initial call to Optima they went to work for me in a way that left me shocked. I got a call from them telling me what was needed from me and what to expect in return. I was amazingly surprised by what they told me. But they were amazingly correct and my troubles with the IRS became a problem of the past.
