Had a wonderful person helping me in Erminia. It was really rocky and scary in the beginning but they all were very patient with me, and very kind. Things were tough during our unforgettable year but I am thankful and prayerful of the help and the assistance I received. I have already recommended 4 ppl to OTR and going forward I will definitely talk up OTR when ppl around me have tax issues going on.

When we initially spoke to a representative at Optima, we were assured they would do everything they could to assist us with our tax problem. We decided to sign with them, because we knew we needed help. It was a very stressful time, but we immediately felt better after talking to them just once. We provided all of the documents they asked for, and responded quickly to their calls and requests. We did our part. In turn, Optima got us a better outcome than we ever expected. Optima tax did for my wife and I what we have lived with for over 15 years our intentions were to pay all we owned but life happens and we were stuck interest continue to grow and we had no way out until I heard about Optima at first I had just hope we could just get it under control because I knew I couldn't pay 46,000 once Optima got on board everything was carefully thought out thoroughly planned through stages I really felt good each representative was smart informative and very thoughtful long story short they cut my debt in halve and took this burden off our hands It wasn't an over night thing but over the course of about eight months they completely solve this problem
We are in compliance and up to date now because we are not working now they were able to get us in non payment status until we get back on feet which is all I could ask for I always wanted to pay what I owed and Optima made this possible so in closing we really appreciate the hard work that Optima provided and God bless each person that help us became normal again

Our experience with Optima Tax was a very good one. The customer service was excellent, and from the beginning they took charge and handled everything. They are committed to providing the best service for their customers. You won't be disappointed.
I contacted Optima after hearing the glowing reviews on the radio. I enlisted their help in resolving my tax issues, this was in Feb. 2018. The case manager was very friendly on the phone and things seemed to be going OK for awhile.
I became concerned as time went on as i felt my case was not moving fast enough. Eventually i decided to buy a new home as i had always wanted. In Sept. 2019 i received notice the IRS was going to file a tax lien on me. I kept sending in my tax notices to my case manager and kept being reassured that everything was OK. Two weeks prior to my home closing the IRS filed court lien papers against me. I could not close with a lien against me. Now Optima had to scramble to make a deal so i could get the lien removed so i could buy my home. This resulted in me paying 24K on the spot to lift the lien and to make payment arrangements to pay another 12K
Over time to settle my case. My case from start to completion with Optima took 1 year 9 months and did not save me a single penny. I had to spend my down payment money paying the IRS to remove the lien and taking money from my 401K just to be able to purchase my home. This was an unbelievably stressful period of time. I would not wish this experience on anyone.

This company didnt come through with what they were suppose to do concerning my tax problems. They take your money and NEVER COMPLETE ANYTHING. They have unprofessional workers. And have workers that are not knowledgeable concerning forms. The worker are just there to answer the phones and collect money. Please dont ever use Optima Tax Service they are a rip off company
