The site is easy to navigate and is user friendly. The only thing is I couldn't tell how close our seats are from the stage and would be nice to know when choosing where we would like to sit.

Not sure why tickets came in under a different name other than my name hoping these are legit and not a scam.

Rip off con artists with horrendous customer service. The purchasing process is geared towards ripping you off and then customer services will be rude and offensive. Companies like this should be outlawed.

If I had realized that the price of the tickets was higher than the actual price of the seat I would've gone straight to the venue. Which I thought I was on their sight. The ticket price was almost double. Rip Off. The site itself was easy to use.

Prefer to deal directly with venue but since the online ticket companies buy up so many of the seats in blocks that we have limited options in getting a seat
