Documents would benefit from proofreading by a legal professional or someone that knows correct formatting. Docs margins were too wide on the bottom, signature lines were split in half and there were numerous "widow-orphan" sentences hanging at the tops and bottom of pages which made the documents look very unprofessional. Otherwise, content was fine

Took my money, gave me paperwork that I could not file with then refused to refund my money. Horrible customer service, nearly impossible to get assistance. Absolute Crooks. Now after paying them a total of $270 I have to start all over and get an attorney. Just what a single mom going through divorce needs. Do not do business with these crooks!

Purchased service and after massive wait to get forms for approval, they indicated that they couldnt file my forms, despite my paying for this. The few times I had questions it proved impossible to get any help whatsoever. Seems the only way to get their attention is to cancel. Ending up doing it myself

I was extremely frustrated with the lack of follow through, difficulty and reaching actual people who could help me with my situation and the inconsistency that customer service people had when they passed me along from person to person, only to have no resolution in the end. It would take days beyond this to get a call back or follow up. This did not help my situation as timing was imperative. What a waste of time and money!

I was using OntarioOnlineDivorce which is their daughter site. It's useless.

You are going to fill in a few answers like your name and what you want. Then it will be auto-filled into some documents and then you will be sent 70-80 pages of every possible form you can imagine.

You will then be given instructions "fill in the forms"

But you are going to have to sort through them all yourself to figure out which ones you even need. I just completed the process somewhere else and now know that they didn't even provide you will all the needed forms.

Don't try and ask for your money back either, the second you talk with them and see the forms you have "used their service and therefore wave your right to a refund" So the guaranteed satisfaction they promise requires you to just glance at their website, pay and then decide to change your mind.

Ontario government offers a free website that walks you through everything with great instructions. Just go there and they will help you through everything that this website promised you...

Mine was a simple divorce. We had already settled everything. Just needed the formal stuff done. For it to be so simple it took way too long. Then my spouse was out of the country and they advised they couldn't serve him due to that. Along the way I found out that ALL of the documents I needed were on my local County website. Wasted my money on these folks. I ended up finishing the last half of the process myself. At one point when I called they accused me of cursing. I don't curse on the phone. I just wanted answers. Like I said I took over and finished it myself. Save your money.

This has been the worst experience ever. No communication. You can not get a hold of a person to speak to unless you are on hold for HOURS then the person is less than concerned cause they are JUST a customer service person. They have no information and do not care, and they will charge you without your permission.

During steps 1 and 2 great online support; however, once I hit step 3 not so much. I have called twice with 2 different questions. The first rep didn't understand my question and the second one was very short. Didn't really listen to my question.

Do not use this service. They put you on hold, don't answer your questions, provide a very basic service that doesn't really add much value. I suggest choosing a service that does the full filing for you, but not these people. They are scammers and bull$#*!ters.

You have a great website! My uncontested divorce went smoothly. I prepared all the necessary forms in advance and had them well organized. So I didn't have to spend too much extra time in the court clerk's office.

Then one of my old friends recommended me to this online company and I signed up for them. Fortunately, everything was great and they helped me a lot. An impressive platform. It is easy to use and my papers were ready in just a couple of days. I was also pleasantly surprised that they provide a detailed filing guide.

Purchased this service because I'd read good reviews. My divorce is uncontested, no lawyers, and I was just unsure how to fill out some of the forms (mostly the financial/child support worksheets). Thought this would help with that. Turns out it doesn't. They just fill in mostly basic information like name, address, etc. I ended up still having to struggle through the parts I had issues with. If I'd known before hand, I would've saved myself the $140 and not used this service. Plus I got a lot of emails about paying for other services and that was annoying as being informed once or twice is enough in my book.

An excellent application designed for specific tasks. I used this service and did not regret my choice. The documents are perfectly executed, and the local court excepted everything without any issues.
