VERY easy and affordable would recommend to others if wanting a divorce
First off they told me if I paid platinum that neither me or my ex would have to show up to court, so I paid the extra. Well that was a lie because I got a paper from the court saying when my court date was and I had to appear. Secondly, when I received my papers from Online Divorce I got my papers signed and notarized and sent back within 2 days after receiving them, they took about 3 weeks after they were delivered to them to even reply back, then they sent them to my ex, my ex had them signed and notarized 3 days after receiving them and sent them back to onlinedivorce, they took almost a month to let me know something was wrong with the notary on his end by that time court was too close to get it fix, I still went to court and was declined a Divorce. It says on the website 100% satisfaction guaranteed, well I asked for a refund, they only refunded me $29 for the name change. I had paid $139 for the initial sign up plus an additional $269 for platinum and a additional $29 for name change. They told me that it was basicly out of their hands that the court wanted me to appear so they weren't going to refund me anything else, no that's not the point, I did go, they declined it and the judge had me send papers to my ex myself for him to sign. Not only the associate told me that neither me or my ex would have to appear if I paid for platinum which was a lie, but also the 3 week delay for them to even read over my papers and the almost month delay for them to read my exs papers. I called and asked for the manager but was getting the run around, wouldn't be surprised if they give me some bs answer of why the won't refund, DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE.
