Have been paying line rental to tru telecom for almost 2years, they don't provide any calls as they are unable to sort our number out. Ezy talk have our calls.we have been trying for 20 months to get calls transferred My husband rang up about broad band, we have found out we are tied in to a 3 year contract, waiting to hear call log as don't believe he agreed to that. They do not respond to emails, and have stopped trying to change calls. Spoke to os communication,(ombudsman for tru) who says unless there is a complaint logged they can't help. We have now managed to get them to log a complaint and look at all my emails and calls to the company.
They are supposed to be a communication company that doesn't know how to communicate.
I was contacted yesterday by phone, and thought it was BT/OpenReach that were calling me with special offers. It all sounded wonderful, and I would save approximately £25 per month. When I asked questions, I was put on to another person, (I spoke to three different people) and eventually they admitted they were not BT but "a wholesaler", but that they would put all the offers in writing, providing I gave them my bank details, to enable them to also send me a mandate. I refused to give this information, and was then transferred to a lady, who tried yet again to get this information from me, explaining that with the information I would give them, they could only put money into my account (as if!) I told them in no uncertain terms that I will not be giving them my bank details, so they told me they cannot send anything in writing then. Reading all the reviews, I'm very pleased I didn't relent.
Onecom must be exceptionally busy at the moment. Livechat responded immediately and answered my query very promptly. Straightforward and to the point.

Whatsapp costumer service is quick and easy. Good responce time and solved my questions and demands. I don't know what else to say about it but it seems like i have to use one hundred carracters for this review which is a little bit annoying
I phoned vodafone to discuss my current tariff with a view to cancelling. I spoke with Karl Davies who was very keen to listen to my issue and quick to offer a solution to my issue. Karl listened attentively and was happy to discuss options available to me, he was patient, well informed about the products available and very polite. Karl solved my issue today and when I need to update my plan in the future it would be a plwSue to deal with him again.

Beware if you deal with this company. I was cold-called and told that we could have new phones and reduce our monthly costs. We listened to the the deal. It came out at slightly higher than the the deal we were on but with the discount of £70 each month, it would be a decent reduction. All benefits were explained in detail. What was not explained in detail was the £70 discount was for a limited time of the contract. After the discount period my bill would be much higher for a further two full years with no getout. At the time I asked the question directly, "Will this discount be for all the time we are with Vodaphone?" The question was skirted around with the answer "you can review your contract in 24 months and save even more money". This is classic mis-selling tactic, add in the fact you get no written contract to read or sign shows what type of company you are dealing with. I don't believe any of the five star reviews on this site are genuine.
I have had various issues with other Onecom employees generally making my life difficult over the last 2 months, but Eurika Zukaite, a customer service administrator has restored my faith in the company with her helpful and reliable attitude.

I emailed *******@onecom.co.uk a few days ago asking could I cancel my Now T. V. I got an email back saying that this was not on my mobile bill which I was certain it was. Eurika Zukaite a Customer Service Advisor was fantastic at helping and working me through that it was not on my bill as it would be on separately which I found out was. I apologised to Eurika for all the bother I caused and she was very nice about it and said anytime I had a problem to email, Live Chat or phone and someone would help me.
We don't have an internet every December.
They liar about our contract! Don't helpful. Liar about everything.
Costumer supports very bad. They don't answering phone.
I was not very happy when I first called due to various problems that were down to Vodafone and not Onecom. But within a few minutes of talking to Karl Davies I was a lot happier he was honest and put my mind at ease, he said he could try and resolve the issue with the upgrade and he was true to his word, he worked hard to get me the best deal possible so much so that he was a lot cheaper than Vodafone. Can't thank Karl Davies enough for all his work, Top Class

Waited a while until the call was answered but when it was i was politely greeted by Karl Davies he was brilliant throughout the full conversation and was very efficient and helpful and a pleasure to speak to thankyou for you help Karl!

Keep away from these as they are shocking for miss selling and just want to tie you up in a long contract and charge obscene amounts of money to get out of it.
Bad customers skills and not even cheap deals AVOID THEM
No one will tell you that the cashback is only for 17 months. The only way to continue is to upgrade on 24 months for another 36 months? Hahahaha tadaa. Not a chance!
My advice do not take any contract ever with them.
One star is only because I can't give them less
It was a quick process no messing, very helpful and saved me some money. Im a silver server but felt confident with todays sort out and if ive any more queries will be happy to use the chat site

My calls were blocked while travelling abroad. Vodafone were absolutely useless as usual, but Simon W from OneCom (Live Chat) sorted it out in 5 minutes! What a life saver.

Trying to run a business, had no phone for 7 days, was told by one person i could not re-direct my calls another wanted to charge this company is a joke
I was about to give notice on my account and Karl Davies came up with several options that made me sign up for another 2 years. His customer service is excellent and a credit to the company

No sooner had I been enticed away with too good to be "true" deals when tey got my tariff wrong and said the correct tariff would then be more expensive, locked me in for 3 years when I agreed to 1, were incredibly rude on the phone when I asked for an email confirming they would pay ALL fees for me leaving BT early, which they failed to do I left and they pestered to the point of making me ill. LEAVE WELL ALONE! They are NOT what they seem. "TRUE" is a joke. Don't suffer at their hands like I did, PLEASE!
Answer: There is no mention of the 3 year contract when the salesman cold calls you.
Answer: Ignore them. You cancelled the contract because it was mis-sold. You have cancelled the DD, just make sure it is not re-instated by them. Given the reviews I have just read I doubt they will take it down the legal route. You can always try threatening to sue for harrassment but, personally, I would just ignore them. Don't delete emails though - they are evidence should you need it.
Answer: If you can't through on the phone send them an email - what they do with it is their problem but it will be proof you cancelled in time. And if later than the cooling off period, you were mis-sold anywayso have a right to cancel. Then cancel the DD and go back to your old supplier. Good luck
Answer: They are very carefull with the way they word things for instance "we will endevor to waiver your ETF" so what there saying is they will try, And this was done by there legal team (consists of 2 people with no legal experance calling BT and pretending to be the customer saying because BT have up there prices your legally allowed to leave the contract free of charge, with BT just saying the charge is valid, and now they dont have a legal team atm so there not to concerned about customer happyness its a fly by company
