Really quick service via WhatsApp. Was told when I started my contract, they can review it after 12 months, contacted over WhatsApp & they lowered my tariff by £8. Was done really quickly & lowered by more than I expected. Thank you!

I phoned today to cancel my sim only contract as I could get a better deal elsewhere. Spoke to a very pleasant guy called Karl who in fact got me an even better deal and I decided to stay with Onecom. Very pleased with my sim only contract as I find Onecom a great company to deal with and have no issues. Thank you once again Karl for dealing with me and getting me a great deal.

I called to discuss my current plan and hopefully reduce my monthly outgoings. I achieved this and increased the amount of Data usage in my package - a result all around. I wasn't left hanging around either, the call was answered promptly and the whole plan change dealt with quickly. A refreshing change to previous calls.

My experience with Onecom is mixed I delt with Kirsty via email and she was brilliant. My only complaint was Stu who set up my plan was never available to contact he never replied to my messages or calls and left me a month with no time scale as to when my order was arriving
I have never had an issues with Onecom. They always reply quickly and are always very polite. I mainly email Kayla who is brilliant and really good when it comes to making sure we are sorted with any requests or issues we have.

I worked for this company for little over a year on the sales floor and is a terribly run company.
They focus only on the sales floor with the ratio between operations agents and sales floor agents is about 5 to 1,
They provide a skeleton service only interested in the initial sign up then your screwed they don't have enough people in operations to provide you with the service they say they will.
If you have any issues from this company and would like some advice or understanding of there processes don't hesitate to contact me at *******@gmail.com and will do my up-most to help with your queries.
In short, after a cold call that sounded too good to be true, I told them what I wanted and could afford and they changed things covertly leading me to believe I would be paying a certain amount. Even though asking multiple times they cleverly manipulated me into the contract with no cool down period. They recorded calls without letting me know(which I now have a copy of for evidence). The said I was entitled to stuff that wasn't available anymore and I am set to pay a lot more money than agreed. Their customer services and care is vague and never answers your questions properly deflecting questions. DO NOT trust this company. I have an official complaint logged with ofcom/Cisas, and even though I know I will win I will waste a lot more time on this dis-honest company. Please avoid. I am also expecting a 'I am sorry yo are unhappy, email us' response even though they have not helped at all every time I have asked.
This is not a review of Onecom, but specifically a review of the excellent service I got from Elysia B this afternoon. I have had a persistent roaming problem with one of the numbers of my account and previous support staff from Oncecom and Vodafone have told me it was fixed, when it had not been. Elysia went the extra mile and checked something else on the account which proved to be a more likely cause of the problem. Hopefully it has been fixed now. Thank you.

Karl Davies talked me through the process very clearly and efficiently, everything I wanted within the contract and more was achieved through speaking to karl. As I explained I was going on holiday in the summer he was able to assure me my contract was very relative and compatible with my needs. Couldn't have asked for a better service. Cheers Karl

I was given a direct contact number and the name of the person who was helping me. I also like to talk to a human and not a computer.
This was very important to me as I work alone for most of the time and time is limited. When you have to keep repeating your problem to a new person each time it becomes very frustrating.

Answer: There is no mention of the 3 year contract when the salesman cold calls you.
Answer: Ignore them. You cancelled the contract because it was mis-sold. You have cancelled the DD, just make sure it is not re-instated by them. Given the reviews I have just read I doubt they will take it down the legal route. You can always try threatening to sue for harrassment but, personally, I would just ignore them. Don't delete emails though - they are evidence should you need it.
Answer: If you can't through on the phone send them an email - what they do with it is their problem but it will be proof you cancelled in time. And if later than the cooling off period, you were mis-sold anywayso have a right to cancel. Then cancel the DD and go back to your old supplier. Good luck
Answer: They are very carefull with the way they word things for instance "we will endevor to waiver your ETF" so what there saying is they will try, And this was done by there legal team (consists of 2 people with no legal experance calling BT and pretending to be the customer saying because BT have up there prices your legally allowed to leave the contract free of charge, with BT just saying the charge is valid, and now they dont have a legal team atm so there not to concerned about customer happyness its a fly by company
