The shoes are very cute... nice to have an all black and an all white pair of shoes. They are lightweight which is good. But I purchased these shoes to help with my heel pain. Unfortunately, these shoes did not make through the first 2 hours I wore them. There is no arch support and no support for the heels. They give the appearance that they do, but it doesn't. The sole of the shoe is very slippery and looks to be made of plastic, not rubber. I will put an insert in them so I can have some use out of them. The shipping took a little over 2 1/2 weeks

I ordered the shoes according to their size chart. I ordered size 10. They sent me what they think is a size 10. The shoes are at least one size TOO SMALL. I paid $40 for the shoes and I have to pay the return postage. It will cost me $58 to return the shoes with the required tracking. DO NOT BUY SHOES FROM THIS COMPANY. They don't know how to size the shoes properly and your credit card company will NOT help you get your money back because their return policy is clear.

I came across your website and made 2 separate orders needless to say I am really disappointed in the quality of your product. The pictures on your website were deceiving and being that your return policy does not pay to return items I feel as though I have been taken advantage of. In my previous order you offered to send me a 30% discount instead of return due to the shipping cost. I don't feel 30% fully compensated for my loss. I will be reviewing your items and advising all buyers to be aware that the quality of product is poor quality. Not only was it poor quality the items are shipped from China so return is not an option because shipping to China cost more than the item

After receiving the shoes 19 days after ordering them, I see the quality is very cheap. The soles have absolutely no grip and they are glued. Very disappointed. I asked for a refund and I was told I would have to pay return shipping and restocking fees so they would give me a 30% refund to keep them. I really don't want them but they made it seem like it's not worth returning. I said I would take a 40% refund and not leave a bad review. They said they would but still only received a 27% refund.
DONT BUY OMEGAWALK SHOES!

I was hoping to receive the item I order within a week. However, I received an email that it takes 25 to 30 days to. Deliver. The package has been in the distribution center there e days so far haven't moved. I will. Come back with another review of how the shoes feel for walking and standing for long period hours.

First, it took a month to ship my shoes. Second they run really small. My shoe size never fluctuates. I'm a solid size 7 and it seems I'd need at least an 8 in these shoes. And third, they advertise returns within 30 days but they fail to tell you that you have to pay overseas shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee. I would have never ordered from them if I knew this.

I ordered these superflex on March 3rd. They hadn't arrived almost two months later and they refused to Jon our their money back guarantee if not received in 45 days, Telling me simply to wait. Eventually they turned up and they were nice and light and comfortable. I wore them often but not every day, but less than three months later both had holes in the toes. I have a pedicure every 6 weeks and keep my nails short but still they haven't worn well.

It has been almost 2 months. And I am still waiting. I checked the tracking number and for over a month, the shoes have been touring China.

First of all it took a week after my order (Aug 2) to reach Anyang on August 9.
Then it was in Beijing Aug 11
After touring around it's back to Anyang on August 24! And the tour starts again! Then it goes to Shanghai to get on a plane Aug 29 th. It is now September 27th and I saw on sign of my shoes.

Really the inefficiency is appalling! It is comical.
Seriously, you have to do better than that if you want international business.

And the shoes fit small and are not as pretty as in their picture.

I received my shoes today and when I opened the bag I could smell a slight chemical smell. I ordered 9.5 but they are very snug with no toe room. One shoe was missing the stitching design on one side and there was a slight chip to the color which makes me think the color will eventually erode. There is no shoe size on the shoes at all, so there is no way to tell if they are the correct size. The return policy does not make it worth my while to return. It has to within 7 days of delivery with proof of purchase. On top of the high cost to return them and a 15% restock fee, I will keep them as a lessoned learned. I'm displaying 3 photos.One with the chip on the edge of the shoe, and the other two showing how that stitching should be on both sides, and what the stitching looked on the other side. I gave them two stars for cuteness..
