I ordered the Women's Hiking & Trekking Sneaker on Dec 28,2020, they did not arrive until Jan 23,2021. I was instantly disappointed when I opened them and saw how cheaply they were made. The website stated these were made of a leather suede upper but they are definitely not, instead a plastic or synthetic material was used. They also had a tacky stamp that read "FASHION" on the front toe area instead of the brand name. These honestly looked like something you would buy at Payless shoe source or Walmart for about $15.00, not the $45.00 I shelled out. Then when I tried them on they were very tight and too small. I ordered a size 8.5 according to my foot measurements and the website's sizing guide. When I looked at the size on tougue of shoe it read US 7. I emailed the company that night about the issue of them sending me the wrong size. They responded 24 hours later and asked for a pic of the size on shoe. I replied back with the pic, they then replied that was the right size as these are unisex shoes and the size listed is a Men's US 7 which is a Women's Size 8.5. These are black with hot pink accents and definitely not Unisex not are they listed on their site as Unisex but as Womens shoes, they did not fit me and I was also disappointed in the quality and would like to return them for a refund. The reply was that I would have to ship back at my own expense and it would take up to 3 months for a refund and they would charge me a 15% restocking fee, or I could keep the shoes and they would refund me 30% immediately. I was not happy with the offer and replied back telling them this was deceptive business practice and if they truly wanted to make it right they would give me a full refund. After a few days, they responded back saying they were sorry I was not happy and the best they could offer was a 50% refund and they would send me another pair of shoes if I paid the shipping of $14.99. After realizing that I was getting nowhere with the CS rep, I contacted my credit card company and they reversed the charge for now. I had to mail in the emails from them and pics from the website and shoes, hopefully, they will side with me and the credit will stand. I would not advise doing business with this company to anyone.

Run small. But not all shoes are the same size

Shipping took 22 days. I ordered 3 pairs of shoes but only received 2. Customer service via email was good. 3 additional weeks to receive the missing pair. Shoes have 2 packing labels as they were sent from China to California first. It appears the bag was opened and re-taped. One pair of shoes was still in the plastic wrap and in the canvas omegawalk bag, the other pair were opened and the plastic ripped and stuffed back in the canvas bag. They do not come in a box. They seem to run narrow and small. I am a size 8.5 and ordered a 9. One pair Fit like and 8 in width and 8.5 in length, although another pair fits like an 8.5 in width and length. Shoes are not more comfortable than cheap store-bought shoes and seem cheaply made. Look nice in the design but I would not call them comfortable or good quality. I will not be ordering them again.

I recently received my order after 5 weeks. I can understand the delay with Covid but, I wonder what the deal is since Omega's headquarters are in Singapore, the shoes come from China and I received my package from another source from New York City. Mainly want to let people know that the product is very light weight but, I could not fit the inserts into the shoes AT ALL. Very disappointed. I'm not going to return and wait another month to get a smaller insert or larger size shoe. Just another reason that it pays to shop local and try on the brand. You get what you pay for. I'll be carefully looking at my credit card statement for any fraud.

Sore feet

I purchased 2 pair. Both pair are not comfortable on my feet at all. I can feel the lines from the molded sole. My feet were so sore after 4 hours or wear, I was so thankful I didn't wear them to work first. I can send them back to China, which will take up to 2 months to receive 30 percent of what I paid. I didn't realize they were coming from. CHINA, or I would not have purchased these shoes. Coincidentally I tested positive Covid. The shoes?

Fraud

Shoes never arrived and tracking numbers were all fake when I contacted the Chinese delivery company, no such number. Emailed 15x for refund and they are refusing. Reporting them to bbb, don't order. Wondering about the 'positive' reviews. I will be blogging them everywhere as a fraud co.

Bad service and sneaky

I bought a sneaker from this company. As soon as I saw it was going to ship internationally I advised them that I was not happy because returning would be very difficult. I rec'd the shoes after 6 of the 3 weeks noted and they were too small. I wrote for a return authorization and did not receive one. I disputed w/my bank and I received a refund. Then this company turned around and charged my card for the shoes. This is terrible business practice, they never reached out to me for the return. I donated these these new shoes and hope someone makes use. This is a HORRIBLE company. DO NOT BUY from Omega Walk and be sure to look for the shipping origin. BUY USA.

Buyer Beware!

I purchased 2 pair of running shoes for about $100. They arrived 2 weeks late which put me outside their full refund in 30 days window. One shoe was larger than ordered, and the other 2 sizes too small. What a scam. The return offers were: (a) 30% refund of the order less shipping, (b) pay to return both to China with 15% restocking fee, or (c) to receive one free new pair if I pay for shipping from China. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE.

Sizing is different.

I ordered these cute purple sneakers and I waited and waited and they did not come for 6 weeks. I did contact Omega Walk twice and both times they gave me a tracking number that did not work. When the shoes finally came I thought they were beautiful and looked like a wonderful quality. Their sizing is really all wrong. If you want to take a chance that is up to you but I would recommend an entire size up not a half size. If you want to order from this company you have to be extremely patient. I tried to wear the sneakers with thin socks but they are just too short. So the just of what I am saying if you are on a budget and need sneakers quickly do not go with Omega walk. I will wait until the Pandemic is over and just wear my old ones which are just shot. Best wishes.

We had a family vacation planned and I ordered 3 pairs of different size shoes After waiting about a months for shipping I received all 3 pairs the wrong size. After complaining they resent my order with 3 wrong sizes again. Never order from them again. It's not that hard to get a shoe size right...

Very stiff and hard

As i pulled them out of wrapping a stench of cheap plastic/burnt tire overwhelmed me. I had to leave them outside overnight to "air" them out.
Altho they say they are true to size, they are about 1/2 size smaller than should be.
And lastly, even tho they build cushioned supports into the bottoms, they are hard and stiff and very uncomfortable.
Would not recommend.
That being said, i put the free inserts into other sneaks and they felt good

Never shop here!

I ordered shoes on May 30,3020. I am still waiting. I keep emailing the company, you can never speak to a live person. They keep sending the same message 5-7 weeks it should be coming. I asked for a refund 3 times. No acknowledgment. They have the nerve to keep sending me advertisements. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I think the tracking numbers are fake and Susan Brown, customer service rep is probably a computer (fake). How do you run a company so terribly?

TERRIBLE

I placed an order on November 8. EVERYTIME I GO TO TRACK MY PACKAGE IT SAYS NOTHING. I HAVE SENT SEVERAL EMAILS. EVERYTIME I SEND ONE THIS LADY NAME SUSAN SAYS IT IS ON ITS WAY BUT HAVENT SEEN NOTHING. NOW THEY WONT EVEN ACKNOWLEDGE ME. IT IS PATHETIC AND IM REPORTING THEM. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL!.

Disappointed

When I first placed the order I was happy with my purchase, however now I'm regretting it. I ordered my shoes 3 weeks ago and never received any updates on if they've shipped and when I go to the order link it has a tracking number. Which is fine if you speak Chinese because that's all that updates are. Needless to say I'm not happy about this company at all. Starting to think this company is a scam.
