My shoes are to small, I need to return them, how do I do that

I liked the site and the selection. Along with the price

Do not order anything from this company if you're a consumer who likes updates. I messaged the computer before my order had ever been sent out and I STILL have yet to hear a respond from them. I messaged them again to get US tracking info, because the company is international and only provides shipping/tracking info for China. My shoes landed in the states Sunday. Today is Wednesday and I do not know where my package is or when it will arrive to me. Had planned on ordering another pair once I received this but I am not a fan of giving companies my money who treat their customers like they don't matter. They TRULY need to do better!

If it was easy to order but y'all don't have the right size you don't sell them in seven wives and that's what I needed and I don't appreciate that getting back just $20 on my credit card when I paid 5

The shoe are amazing. I love them. They very comfortable and lovely. I get comments from other people.

Sneakers are not made well. The tongue of the sneaker was all tattered.
Minimal support.

They are comfortable i like the color would by some more tell my friends about them

Sneakers were delivered right to my door. It took a while to get them but it was worth the wait.

Ordering was easy returns are Unreasonable with a restocking fee and paying postage

I loved the shoe style and the socks are great. However I did have an issue with sizing on the shoes even with ordering up a half size.

I received several emails before my shoes arrived. One response to my return request, and now one asking if I received my order.

This order came in a timely manner and the shoes are comfortable and fit well.

I ordered the wrong size which is absolutely my fault but there was no return label with the package and the shoes themselves seem like really bad quality shoes. They shipped from China so they took like 3 weeks to get here which I did not expect. I'm very disappointed in these shoes I definitely won't be ordering from omega walk again.

I would definitely purchase from here again. I appreciate the fast shipping and the quality of these sneakers.

Order was completes quickly. Shipping took a bit but they were coming from China.

Shoes very cheaply made and not comfortable at all

These did not fit and I want to return them but now no one will respond to my email about how to go about returning them. I received multiple emails the day I ordered and now nothing. The colors look nice and bright and I would have liked the shoes but the toe box is too slim and crushes my toes. Buy shoes from a reputable dealer not this site!
