It's pretty easy! But I didn't see how long it takes to deliver!

The online purchase was easy. However, my order didn't ship right away. There were emails from the company asking if I wanted to add to my order. No; if I wanted more, I would've added it when I placed my order. The shipping took longer than expected.

Nice website but persistent emails when I did not place an order. When I finally placed an order, I got more emails asking if I wanted to add more items.
The shoes arrived 2 weeks after I placed the order. I tried them immediately but did not feel the comfort as claimed on the website. In fact, my lower back, hips and shoulders were aching after I walked in the Arch Support Casual shoes.
When I tried to return them, I was told the shoes had to be in pristine condition, would be inspected before a refund would be approved minus a 15% restocking fee. I would not order from Omega Walk again.

The shoes are good and good price. However, delivery is slow and hope that you get the correct size. Read their return policy carefully. There really isn't a return. You just pay extra money to cover shipping for another pair.

The ordering process was easy and the shipping was quick. Unfortunately the shoes haven't lived up to the hype. They are a little narrow in the toes. Not as much support as I had hoped. My plantar fasciitis is still very painful.

Not as comfortable as the ad suggests and I can't believe I ordered these.

Keep up the good work... Making shoes is not an easy feat/ skill or job. SO. When we shop from our friends and relatives from other overseas and other countries purchased products be prepared for that hiccup. Online. Cute and pretty... In person, you maybe disappointed and wished you'd did better researching for your online sneakers/ walking shoes purchases

I ordered a 9. Normally wear an 8.5 but everybody on the reviews said order a half size up because they run small. Still too small. They are cute but I can't tell you if they are comfortable because I can't wear them. Order a whole size up!

I love the way they look I have worn them about 3 times and so the back of my heel lifts out of them and then my toes are completely cramped in the front so I really think these are made for people that don't have wider feet I guess I would love them if they would have more room up front

I don't usually buy shoes online. My feet are wide with tall instep. One pair will work fine, the other will be a project.

Took too long to receive. Did not tell you when ordering they were coming from overseas. Shoes ran smaller in size.

Waited six weeks for sneakers to arrive, finally got them, ( strangely enough with 5 random teaspoons?). I ordered a size 6 and they sent a 5 1/2. I have sent several e mails all with no response.

I needed to return 2 pairs of shoes. Because of the long wait and high cost to return them, I chose one of a few options, which was to donate the shoes and receive a 30% credit. I have stated that several times, donated the shoes, and heard nothing further about receiving any credit for either pair. Update: I finally got the return credit, very small and took a long time.

Arrived in a pretty good amount of time, no issues with product or shopping experience.
