City Link attempted to deliver while I was out. I used their website to reschedule as instructed but they came on a different day when I was again out
Ordering was easy and the product turned up as promised. Instructions to assemble the chair were easy to follow and the product is better than expected. Totally satisfied.
In one word EXCELLENT... My chair arrived next day, was easy to assemble and went straight into service - I'm sitting on it as I type... Well made and well up to expectations!
Purchased a bunch of desks for our office because of the next day delivery. The next day, I was emailed being notified that the delivery was 'delayed'.
I had to call them to find out an expected delivery date as you are provided with no tracking & no delivery slot. Two days in a row I was fobbed off with the same thing... "it's out for delivery", and both days, the order never arrived.
When the goods eventually arrived, all the desks were the wrong colour. I called again, and again I was supplied with ZERO information on what to do, instead I was told somebody would call me back at an undisclosed time.
When speaking to the customer service staff, they have to then ring their various suppliers / couriers to find out information on the next steps., which takes days.
I eventually got an email back, telling me I had to repackage the pallet myself and take it outside for the courier to come and pick it up the following day (No time slot given of course).
And... You guessed it! The Courier never showed up. We stored an office full of unwanted flat-pack desks until the courier showed up 2 days after.
I waited another week before calling to get an update on replacements. They couldn't update me so I just cancelled the order.
If even a modest level of service is important to you, or your business, then avoid this bunch of amateurs.
Had issues with order but they worked it all out for me with a lot of effort from their side. Good people.
First class service, the delivery was very prompt and I would recommend to anyone looking to purchase from this company

They were delivered on time.
Good value, comfortable chair - most of all good video on construction. Instructions on paper are useless.
The Office Chair I ordered was delivered quickly and assembly was quite simple and I was using the competed chair soon after and find it to be just what I needed
