BUYER BEWARE! I agree with the below comments the positive reviews have to be fake?! Trust pilot you need to check these reviews are genuine! Ordered a home desk week commencing 18th of May delivery date went by with no communications. I have emailed three times no response. You are not able to speak to any one on the after care department ( the option for speaking to after sales is even broken) just put through to a voicemail (after waiting 15 mins on the phone by sales team). I have requested a refund over a week ago and then this week I have had an email saying my product was out of stock and would I like to wait for new stock. I know these are challenging times but if you cant deal with orders, dont take them!

UPDATE: 25/6 The seller even tried to have these comments removed but I was delighted to provide the Trustpilot compliance team with the invoice and my unanswered correspondence to this company. If your reading this (thank you Trustpilot compliance team) you can be guaranteed if something goes wrong with your order, you will be sorry! Your warned!

Update 8th of July still no refund or communication! Credit card contacted to warn about this company.

Some timeline for reference:
Ordered a £350 chair on 27th Oct.
Received a severely damaged chair on 28th Oct.
The first Contact customer care 28th Oct.
The first response from customer care 29th Oct, advising to send a video of the damaged chair.
Video sent 29th Oct.
No response from OfficeFurnitureOnly until 4th Nov.
Raised a dispute with Paypal on 3rd Nov.
Received a response from OfficeFurniture on 4th that a replacement is being sent and faulty chair will be collected at the same time.
Replacement received 6th Nov.
No sight/information about the collection of the faulty chair since.

No response to emails.
No one to answer their phone.

Overall the worst seller to deal with. Not recommended!

I purchased a Silverline filing cabinet. It seemed ok at first, drawers opened and closed. After 1 week, drawers wouldn't open with all my medical patient notes inside. Took them 3 days to tell me how I could get into it. They sent engineer out who examined the filing cabinet carefully and he confirmed that it had been dropped. They wouldn't return it as it wasn't within 3 days and they said I couldn't prove that it wasn't me who dropped it! They fob you off with manufacturers T's & C's and take no responsiblilty themselves even though the contract is with them. I sent it back but they charged me £70 to do this and the original cost was £156. Will never purchase from them again.

We have used Office Furniture Online for the past 3 years and have placed over 100 orders with them. Every now and then, things haven't gone 100% to plan, but they have always sorted any issues very quickly and made sure we were happy with the outcome. The products are very good quality and are definitely designed to be used in commercial environments. Their prices are very competitive and we have found them to be very professional.

All in all, they are a valued supplier and the other reviews on this site seem a little dubious. Check other review sites and you will see they are very highly rated.

Ordering on the website wasn't working so I phoned and ordered three chairs. There were options available that weren't on the website and I was still allowed to use my discount code. Early next morning the chairs were delivered. The cardboard packing was a bit the worse for wear but the parts inside were fine and each chair took about 10 minutes to unpack and assemble. They were exactly what I was expecting and I am a very satisfied customer.

BEWARE. AVOID THIS COMPANY. UNFAIR POLICIES I bought a chair with this company and their service has been disgusting from the moment they had my money.
Next day delivery did not happen.
When the item did appear it was left outside my front door without anyone even knocking - I was in all day and only found it when a builder called at my door. I was sent an email that was alleged to be my signature as proof I had signed for it! (This is fraud and I am now inclined to look into this matter further.) I informed this company and received a generic "apology".
The chair is no good to me - it's too big and is not as adjustable as I need it to be.
I phoned this company to inform them I would like to return the chair by courier at my own expense. They told me that because I have assembled the chair they refuse to accept a return. It is impossible to tell whether the chair is suitable unless it is assembled. They are in effect saying "no returns on chairs" or other items that require assembly before you can judge their suitability.
I advise avoiding this company like the plague in case you have any problems with any of their items. You will find it difficult to receive fair treatment.

I FOUND SAME CHAIRS BUT CHEAPER ON OTHER WEBSITES!
IF YOU LIKE SOMETHING THEY SELL, GOOGLE FOR CHEAPER ALTERNATIVES!
COMPLETE RUBBISH AND VERY CR*P.
WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN
