I appreciate security measures in place to protect customers, but your verification process is beyond crazy.
So i provided my mobile number upon registration, confirmed it by entering pin code ive received from offgamers.
Completed purchase by using my paypal account witch went smoothly no problem.
5 minutes later i get a message we need to verify who you are send us images of your passport, driving license, id card and selfie.
Is this some sick joke?
Do you want me to send you my house transfer details and bank login details?
Your job as retailer is to complete purchase and by me logging in to my paypal that is already sufficient information for you to know that i am who i say i am.
You do not by law require to ask any more information or even worst ask for photocopies of my id documents.
Your job is to protect my data (data that i provide you) and i do not trust you to handle my id documents safely lol
Im still waiting for my 2 x $20 neosurf vouchers, i got messed around after making 5 purchases on Thursday got my money back for the last order i made 2 days later thought hmmm ill give offgamers another shot! Boy was i wrong... I was up late after work i could have went to the service centre and got my vouchers instead im told by chat representitves my order will be processed soon and i continue to wait until i finally lose it and a chat represntitive tells me hours later after waiting up early hours in the morning that it will be well over 8 hours before my order will even be looked at. I must add this took a lot of beating around the bush and continious attempts to recieve imformation... And to top it off told there will certainly be no comoensation for this horrific ordeal and yes more ands...
I still dont have my bloody vouchers!

I bought the wrong game. I immediately emailed them to tell them not to send me the game key, because I bought the wrong game, but they still sent it to me. Isn't this a problem with your program?, And then I asked for a refund, but they did not refund, because they said I had checked their key, I want to say that I wrote before and said not to ship me, you still send it, I am using it for the first time, Their process is very complicated. If you buy the wrong one, you have to reply to the email and cannot check their KEY.
Otherwise, you will not be able to refund, and then I ask for a refund and they will not refund me. I am really sad. Even if I checked it and I didn't use it, they still didn't give me a refund. I called and the staff said they could refund me, but I emailed them and they changed the staff and said they couldn't refund., I'm really tired.
Then there is another order. Steam really has no way to activate in my account(my account is steam based in china), but their product is sold global, but my steam really can't activate, and their efficiency is very poor and they haven't solved it for me now. NO refund AND NO ANY SOLUTIONS FOR ME! They are in very programmatic replies, communicating with them manually is like communicating with a robot, angry!

To address the first issue, unfortunately, the codes we sold are digital Xiao, which means it will be sent automatically once an order has been completed. The only way to stop this is to cancel the order when it was still verifying. Also, since the codes are digital, it will also be encrypted when it was sent to you. Accessing the code will then remove the encryption on your end, and simultaneously void any cancelation/return as the code has then already been decrypted.
As for the issue with the Steam Code, we apologize for the inconvenience caused. Please do email us at support@offgamers.com with the order number and our team should be able to assist you with this. We can also check on the current status on the investigation into this matter if you have previously filed a report on this.

I've bought a lot of game cards from this site, never had any issues except for when I was in error and the customer service team were great(and fast)
Verification is a bit of a pain, but simple to do and necessary I suppose.

I moved from Singapore to the Netherlands last year. I had already bought my Playstation in Singapore five years before, and selected the Singaporean region for my main Playstation account. I have been comparing the recharge price from the game and a few external sources and i found that OffGamers is the most cheapest one, trust me! Absolute joke, you have to do kyc and wait hours for a neosurf voucher. Also the site is charging Australians GST on top of the voucher value so a $50 voucher which should cost $50 Inc GST they are charging $55. If you want your neosurf quick don't buy from them.
