If you buy a code that's doesn't work then they won't refund you, i was a long terme consumer but they don't care at all, i have been scammed by them.

They take up to 24 hours to deliver the code and they always give me the excuse that my payment was manually flagged, I state that I am a "PLATINUM PLUS" user and that is useless.

Bought an iTunes card. They accidentally gave me a google play gift card and told me to redeem it though google store. They refused to refund me for their mistake. I didn't even use that crappy key which they accidentally sent me. Will not deal with these people again as they do not prioritize their customers.

The support of offgamers are not helpfull they do what they want do whithout see what good for costumers. I buy somthing the support required me to give my personal ID. He think him self work for police. I happy that i just spent 5$ dollar which is not big. Not recommended
