I bought a *******yen iTunes Giftcard, and what I got was a redeemed code. So I asked them for a refund, not in store credit cause I will not buy from them again, when it was clearly their system fault. Yet they refund me in store credit. They told me to rest assured as I ask them for refund not in store credit.

Had to take photo many times, failing a lot of the time. Too bad you need photo. Code Worked. Experience not so good.

At first, I didn't think the websites kyc would work, took about 5 mins altogether and worked perfectly. Had my game card within 10 mins.

A day after I wrote a 1-star review, I sent an email to support as the rep suggested. I am happy to report that they verified my account manually. I didn't have to submit additional documents anymore.

I've been buying from Offgamers since 2015. My user status is currently Gold. This recent KYC verification has really pissed me off.
I've sent the selfie photo that they asked from my mobile phone 3 times. Upload from my mobile device stated that it was successful, but their web panel stated otherwise.
Live chat did not even offer me an alternative to verify my account even if I asked several times. I refused to do the selfie verification anymore.
It has been a good run, but I won't be coming back anytime soon. You've lost one customer in me.
As soon as I placed my order I got the code and it's working... Great prices too.

Terrible payment confirmation. I paid via paypal, it still waiting for verifying since 24 hour, not for this one, this one is ok.
