I have been ordering on line from Nordstorms for a long time. Easy purchases, free and fast shipping and easy free returns. Great selection and sometimes great sales. Often I keep what I order anywhere from shoes to dresses.

Ordered a pair of sneakers paid 300$ was a gift for my sister. Then received an email that the package was received, and it wasn't so waited a little bit then called customer service they told me it was delivered but i havent received so the lady told me that she will process a refund request and guess what it was denied of course so called again they told me that they did an investigation and the package was delivered to my door step but gess what i did not receive it. So i asked to be connected with the shipping company and they sent me a list of companies and i asked if the package was shipped with all of them then they sent me another shipping company and gave me there website and phone number to contact as they don't have a direct contact person do you believe this $#*!! What.
Long story short thank God it was delivered to my neighbor or i would have to pay the 300$ without even receiving the package.
If you're smart do not buy from #Nordstrom

Excellent Service
July 2, 2017

This past Christmas I had sent an item only to find out my relative already had the item. I called the customer service at nordstrom and they stoped the package, processed my return and resent a different item expedited service. They went above and beyond in a situation I thought they could not. Love the service here.

Something very shady is going on with Nordstrom. I try to do a lot of our back to school shopping (especially for shoes) at the Nordstrom anniversary sale. This year, several days and weeks after the orders had been processed, I received emails that the some of my items were either backordered or no longer available. If I bought it, how can it no longer be available? I purchased a pair of boots at the black Friday sale last week and this week I receive an email that they are "delayed". I call and ask, when are the shoes going to ship and do you have them? I was told they will try every avenue to get the shoes for me and I am in the line to get them. Wait a minute, I have already bought the shoes, I'm not supposed to be on some waiting list. Are they overselling items like airlines oversell seats? What is going on? This has to be happening to other customers as well.

After purchasing items and then have them constantly canceled I'm done with this store. There is a better system for tracking and recognizing how many items are available or if any?! Huge chain companies like this should have more pride and guarantee a comfortable and trustworthy service to their costumers! Its unbelievable how messed up this website is. Reaching costumer service is so pointless. DONE!

I loved the Ivanka Trump line. The rhetoric about her line not doing well is complete fabrication(aka, lies). Let's see the proof. They have peperwork. Where is it? I'll never shop at Nordstrom again. Happy closings.

I bought some shoes online with them and they didnt fit well so i used their return shipping label that came with my receipt, i then did a live chat with them to ensure that they had indeed received the shoes and that the credit would go back to the credit card that had been used to purchase said items, and they assured me that the credit had been put back to the credit card. Next thing i know i get a gift card in the mail for the amount due, i did another live chat with their customer service and they claim that they sent a gift card assuming the original order was a gift, so hopefully i get the amount due to my credit card soon.

I tried buying a wonderful $39 Nordstrom brand straw hat for a friend in LA who admired it while on vacation. I ordered it online but the order didn't go through on my Amex. Tried again and went through a lot of rigamarole and was told maybe it was my Amex. Unlikely but I tried VISA. I had to fill out another form giving them permission and no one could tell me why Amex wasn't accepted. Incredible waste of time for a small purchase but friend received the hat and loves it. I will never use Nordstrom.com again but will only use the retail store. They wouldn't publish my review on their own online site.

Very disappointed
February 2, 2016

I just ordered pair of shoes Hunter brand the navy color for my boyfriend. He really love that color. But when I received my ordered I was very disappointed cause it was wrong color. It was green color. OMG. And in the package, I didn't see any receipt and return label in there. I don't know how can they put the wrong color in there. And then I called to customers service. And I told them that i want that shoes with the color that I ordered but they said It out of stock. So we can't send you that color. I am very disappointed the way they do with the customer. They did wrong color shoes that i need and they need to resend to me another one. They didn't do it. They just say sorry and that's it. I shopped at nordstrom and nordstrom rack a lot. But from now, if they won't solve the problem, maybe I won't come back and shopping there any more. And in my store list to shopping won't have nordstrom rack anymore. Very disappointed

I ordered a very expensive foundation online and realized the day after it was delivered I sent it to my old address. I called to see if I could pay to have UPS pick it up or something like that. Well, the told me they were sending me a replacement to my correct address - NO CHARGE! That's what I call customer service!

While on the Shiseido's website says Friends and Family 20% (once a year offer) that requires your email address to get exclusive code, Nordstrom is considered this as a private sales due to a email address required to get a promo code, so Nordstrom not honored the price adjustment. Good to know and feeling cheated

Sad, Sad, Sad a department store in business to serve all customers, a place to shop make you feel good AND then you have to get into politics removing a great line of Ivanka Trump clothing, my daughter who is a big shopper absolutely loves the clothes. Will no longer shop there... my advice be an American business create American jobs let all Americans shop and stay out of the political arena at the end of the day it is true hard working Americans that support the department stores

1. The store said I picked up a wallet that I NEVER did bc I was out of town and wasn't charged.
No help, I called their security Dept and asked them to review and nothing. Screwed out of money.
2. Three packages were delivered down the street to the incorrect according to USPS. USPS can't locate them and Nordstroms... won't help you AT ALL.
They won't help file a claim or do ANYTHING whatsoever.
Not only that, they did it via email.

Honestly, the worst customer service in the world. If you want a return/refund on your order don't even think about it. I wanted to cancel my order since I forgot something so I wanted to reorder it. They told me that the order was "CANCELED," but in reality that is a lie and they know it. Honestly, don't even buy from this stupid place, a lot of better companies out there that will actually listen to their customers. Go to Dillards, Macy, Jcpenny, Saks Fifth, they basically offer all the same things. They need to fire their entire customer service team.

I was looking at the dyson wrap@ roughly $600. They were out and the woman said if I gave her a credit card number it would hold it when they came in but she had no idea when they would be in. She assured me it wouldn't be charged. It would be to hold it in case I wanted it. SHE CHARGED ME without even checking with me. The item came in 11 days from when I was there (I guess that doesn't matter). I am so mad. The funds are tied up and not in my acct. 4 days later. Such BS

Careful is not a good service they don't tell you if is a delay on your order, you call to costumer service and they give you a diferent information any time, they pull a hold of the same amount of $$ so keep in mind you need more money available on your bank awful experience careful guys

My absolute favorite place to get shoes. Honestly, my rating here is based more on the store experience. The shoes aren't plenty but what shoes there are, are of good quality. I ordered once online because I couldn't find the shoes I wanted in my size at the store. The people at the store checked online for me and found them there. Delivery took longer than Zappos or Endless, but they've kind of spoiled us by not making us wait for our shoes. I didn't mind the wait.

Bought a piece of Nambe service item from them. Very expensive and I am slowly building my wife's collection, This was for a birthday. When I ordered it there was a free shipping and 10% off sale. Awesome! When it arrived it was a floor model, in rough shape and the two knives missing. There was a sticker on the bottom that said floor model. When I called I was told that I would have to buy the replacement at full price and no free shipping since that deal had ended.and they would refund the original price to me when they received the unit No amount pf complaining to higher and higher managers made any difference. Have never purchased anything from them since and have made a point of telling this story to everyone who will listen. Now they have insulted we "Deplorables" by dropping Ivankas line. Boycott them!
