I purchased a coffee maker online. They sent me a coffee maker in an open box, that was damaged, used, and dirty, with coffee stains still on it, not even washed. I called customer service and they informed me that they would not replace it, and I would have to repurchase it, and they would not even expedite the shipping. Meanwhile, I paid for a new item.

Bought a pair of pants and on the screen by the register it said free hemming when you buy pants. I go and get them measured and I am charged $24. I ask why and was told hemming isn't free for clothes that are on sale. YHGTBFKM? NO other place that I am aware of does this. Normstram used to be the best customer service and now this? I will never shop at Nordstram again.

This is the best company I have ever ordered from. No issues with shipping very speedy and if you need to return an item its paid and very easy. I love this company. I've ordered from a lot of companies and this is by far the best company I have ever ever dealt with.

I should have read all of these reviews before I placed an order. The item i received was not what was detailed in the description and each time I spoke w/ someone they told me that is not what I ordered. They do not have the full set and of course to return it I will have to pay. Very, very disappointing.

Shipping is always free. You can return to the store. If you return to the store, any associate will re-order if the sizing was not correct and the shipping is still free! Items are always as they are pictured. They never give you a hassle and the customer service is terrific!

I will never buy clothes from anyone else. Everything is stylish and affordable and so many choices! I love everything I buy there: shirts, purses, skirts; pants, belts, you name it. ONE PROBLEM: my teenage daughter keeps stealing my clothes!

I bought a suit ( form walnut creek nordstrom) alteration did a very bad job, suit too small and defected. Went to store try to exchange or return it manager told me she can't do nothing about it and told me please leave the store...
So it's buy on your own risk.(when I went to pick it up no one offer or ask me to try it they hand it to me like and said here you go)
Called corporate and every time they answer me and say: ooohh my god ooohh no we don't want this to happen we will call u back and no one called ( i called over 5 times and no help).
No signs in store says we do alteration on customers risk... ill see them in court soon if no reply and if they don't give me my money back...

I recently attempted to purchase an item on line with a store gift card. Even though the purchase was less than the amount of the gift card, the online site requires the buyer to enter a credit card. I fine this offensive as the store already has the money from the card payment, yet wishes to store your credit information though not being used. If the company has already received payment, there is no reason to require more personal information from the buyer. The brick and mortar store does not require a credit card be presented when a purchase is made using a gift card and neither should the online site. They insisted that the card will not be charged and is perfectly safe. However this is the same statements shared by other retail stores prior to being hacked. I recommend never buying a Nordstroms gift card due to this type of policy.

The reviews scared me a little, but I took a chance and the product arrived. Liked that during the pandemic, the product arrived as stated on the site, without the delays that I expected. Item tracking is very accurate.
I liked the quality, I thought that the quality of the goods would be worse. The support team works great. The product is of very good quality, I am very happy!

My experience was with Nordstom Rack online. In all honesty I found good deals and the customer service for the most part was helpful. But they are slow slow slow at everything. Placed my order on Nov 30 of an outfit to wear for my birthday Dec 15 got order Dec 17 returned most of it cuz it didn't fit Dec 19. After several call to customer service I got my refund Feb 2. I do a ton of online shopping and never has it taken this long to get my product or my refund. Never again!

If you're looking for a high end hand bag, this is not the one. I purchased this bag online and was sent a display model. $2500 for a bag that had scratches on the hardware, there was no dust bag in the shipment, and there wasn't even filling on the inside of the bag. It was apparent that it was used, yet Nordstrom sent it to me. When I called and spoke with a supervisor I was sent out a brand new replacement bag. Three short months later after receiving the replacement, it is now tearing at the seams and the handle is coming undone. I would not spend this kind of money on such poor quality. And what's even worse is Nordstrom is refusing to replace/return the bag. I have been on the phone with several people and no one is willing to replace this defective bag. Shame on Nordstrom for initially sending me a bag that was used on the floor, and then not standing behind their product. I will continue to spread the word that Nordstrom is not the place to purchase high end handbags.

I bought a joseph abboud long coat that cost $600 about 3 years and the material around the button was tearing. I was with sales and sales manager at woodfield mall in Schaumburg, IL and they offered a card for outside tailor and after telling how much I spend me and immediate family and friends spend they called their tailor and he said he can threaded but it will show. No help their and sales manager insulted by telling I bought at Nordstrom Rack, so what, great service always, but not this time. First time I felt Nordstrom have hired the wrong people.
