I ordered 3 balloon flowers. They were puny any 1 was 1/2 dead. I contacted them and got no answer. I was at Home Dept garden department and found balloon flowers that were 100 times better and for less money. I bought them and replaced the crappy ones from new Garden. They were all dying anyway. Out $37.00. Never buy from these people.
This is possibly my fifth order from this company and each time I am so happy to get this order because each time I see the succulents, they are just flawless and none are ever damaged. I adore this company so much and will keep ordering from here for all my plants from now on.

Monday morning, I find that what I had purchased was not what I was after so I canceled the order
Wednesday I get my refund and was short 10%, when I contacted the owner, Janet, what I'm told is that I have to pay for my change of mind
Really so this is how we make them great!?

I received earlier orders that were quick and healthy plants. I really wanted a butterfly bush and ordered 3 of them. I kept getting notifications that they were on the way but NOTHING came. They had been sitting in a warehouse for days. They finally arrived a week or so later and appeared to be dead. I notified Dave and he promptly sent me 3 healthy plants at no charge. I hope he was reimbursed by the shipping company. These plants seem to be thriving. I will definitely be using this company again. Thank you!
I've ordered plants 3 times this year. The plants were reasonably priced, shipped promptly, and in excellent condition on arrival. Going forward, this is the first place I will look to find plant(s).

We ordered our coneflowers on Sunday, they were shipped the next day on Monday, and we received them 3 days later on Wednesday. That was fast! Not even superman can deliver them that fast. The plants arrived healthy in their own pots with labels. We also received a free dwarf butterfly bush. We're impressed. We'll definitely order plants from them again.
They were the best plants and the best packaging I have ever received online - 2 orders of rudbeckia and coreopsis
I ordered 28 plants from New Garden Plants in Hudsonville MI on the 8th of December and received the plants on the 15th of December. After spending a day on the web trying to find a vendor that would ship immediately and not wait til Spring, I was ecstatic. I received the plants today. NOT ONE PLANT WAS LABELED! I have 28 pots of plants and have no idea which is which. I tried to call and got a recording that tells me to send "Pete" an email. Which I did. I buy a lot of plants and am experienced in using dot-com companies for plants. I do not recommend anyone buy from this site. It is irresponsible to not mark the plants and not have a telephone number I can speak to a live human at. Shame on you New Garden Plants nursery and shame on you "Pete".
Added Comments: After unwrapping the first 11 plants, the rest had labels on them. So I was able to discern what 11 of those unidentified plants are. The 12th plant was a freebie. The label was stuck down in the pot. I'm still not happy with that kind of mistake. I'm not sure I'll use New Garden Plants again. I still have to get over my homicidal anger!
Answer: In my experience, I have found the plants to be as good, if not better than other nurseries I have ordered from. The pricing was better too. I would look no farther than New Garden Plants.
Answer: I ordered 3 plants, one completely dead upon arrival. No response as well. I guess their "Guarantee" is false advertisement.
Answer: The first time for ordering and problems were very responsive. Following up with order issues... they just ignore you.
