NameHero is really easy to use and the customer service is great!
Pricing was confusing with hidden fees. Even now the renewal has 2 different amounts. Once purchased there is no real clear I instructions on how to proceed with making your site. Once making the site the builder options are limited.

My site has been down twice in 3 days and your guys at customer service attributes it to DNS change which was caused by my using the email forward service provided on my NameHero page.
I dont buy that, however, its been cleared and i have forwarded my mails using the cpanel.
What is the use of having mail forwarding service if it will disrupt DNS setting?
Please every second my online site is down, i loose potential client.
