For first time domain registration and first time webhost user the process was very easy and quick. I ESPECIALLY liked the online videos that NameHero provided to help people walk thru the initial phase of ordering, setting up and getting started with their chosen website tools. I chose the WordPress plugin and was able to find a suitable template to create my first site. I am somewhat familiar with computer systems but have never built a website but was able to create a business website for a restaurant I frequent including adding social media links, pictures, contact information, maps and links to our menu system all within a day or two. Thanks again for all of the helpful information and the included products like the SSL, auto backups, etc... which made life easier for me!

I have a resller account with Namehero and occasionally I run into situations where I am in desperate need of help. I submit a support ticket and usually within the hour I get detailed and personalized response of what do to OR they took care of it for me. I dont think I have dealt with a Company that takes their customers concerns so serious. Their support is TOP NOTCH I will remain a "lifer" with Namehero as long as the Internet is around and they are still in business. I cannot praise this company enough they dont only "Fly above the Competition" they fly circles around them too. Pretty impressive operation the owner Ryan also has endless amounts of content on YouTube and even though some of my questions are easy to handle for them not one member of their staff has ever made me feel stupid they have also never treated like a "simple" issue they truly care about their customers. If every Company was run like this the "Buiness World" we live in would be a much better place. Kudos to you Namehero! You guys all ROCK! Thank you!
