So I had never heard of Nameheros before my webdesinger suggested them for a project we are working on. Admittedly I was hesitant at first cause there are so many companies and choices out there and in my particular business I deal with alot of them. Dont get me wrong there are alot of good ones but when it comes down to it Nameheros customer service and support is way beyond what you would expect. I have dealt with several of their tech support EXPERTS and they are all fantastic. I do want to give out a HUGE shout out to Mark who has helped me through so many situations and has gone above and beyond the call of duty and definitely out of the scope of what is "namehero's issue" I am floored at the experience I have had with multiple tickets and everyone has been so polite and never made me feel dumb or even insinuated that my questions were not relevant. This is a huge statement for any company and I will remain a lifetime customer and highly recommend them to anyone that use their services. Thabk you to the entire Nameheros team but specifically (Mark) he gets extra kudos because he has kept me saner through this daunting process of the project that is way over my head but still getting done and bugs are worked out. Thank you Nameheros, thank you, thank you, thank you!
