I had my first counseling session on December 22,2023 in Georgia. I must say that Kimberly Williams was pleasant, patient and very knowledgeable! She answered all of my questions and concerns. She was very professional. By the end of our session she had a to-do list for me. Every interaction over the phone was pleasant and helpful. I am looking forward to completing this process and owning my first home! I'm walking by faith!

NACA is a hidden gem for first time homebuyers; its almost unreal. No down payment or closing costs. Competitive interest rates. I will say that it is a meticulous and lengthy process but not impossible. Be diligent in doing your part

Only can speak for the cleveland ohio office on 60 & Euclid, undercover Ghetto fabulous! Customer service is non existent, they clearly hired bitter women who have no desire to help the community. All phone appointments were either several hours late if at all, with no communication, representative looses paperwork and make you wait an additional month to get it to her again, and the crazy cycle starts again. Emails go unanswered, and if people get houses Im sure its not from the counselor i dealt with!

I was introduced to this program by a friend, which can assist individuals in becoming homeowners and does not require a down payment, fees, or private mortgage insurance. As long as you have all of your documents (W-2, tax return, bank statements, etc.), The procedure doesn't take too long at all. I'm working with a counselor who is extremely helpful because he makes the process easier and answers all of my questions. I'll write another review when I finally buy my house!

If you've struggled in the past with hardship, or even your credit scores and you're looking to buy a home. There is not a better mortgage out there than NACA.

This program is great because it helps make homes more affordable for people like me who may not make as much money. I will say that you have to be very committed because the process has been long and my counselor is very meticulous. So my advice is to be prepared, turn in all documentation before each session and ask questions about anything you're uncertain about because getting another appointment can take months.

NACA is a great program for first time homebuyers. Really anyone who would like to purchase a home but may not have sufficient down payment or excellent credit. They take care of down payment and closing cost but the program also help you get your finances in order. I think that is the biggest help, because once you're an owner if something goes wrong you're responsible. Nobody wants a big nice house and no money to keep it up. That's where the budgeting comes in. NACA is a great program for anyone looking to purchase home. Not just for those with bad credit

A friend of mine told me about NACA home buying program. With no down payment, no closing costs, no fees, they don't look at credit scores, help with saving funds and can help people become homeowners. I've already started the process and almost at the finished line. The Columbia SC team has been nothing but amazing.

My partner and I are going through the NACA program to help us own one of the most important things in life: our own home. So far the process of applying has been incredibly easy. Their website is set up to be very straight-forward where everything is labeled. My experience with NACA for the past five months has been very tedious. I am remaining hopeful that this will be worth it all. Initially I was told that because of the Pandemic all offices were closed so I understood however at this point offices are open and things are almost back to normal. The lack of response and inability to get a timely appointment has me concerned if I'll continue with the program. I love and appreciate what the program stands for so hopefully I can be included. I would like to go into 2020 being approved and with this process behind.

Since the first workshop, it has been a great experience. Informational to the point where I felt like I had all the knowledge I needed to make an educated decision about buying a home. For some, gathering all the required paperwork can be time-consuming, but if you truly want it, there will be no more justifications. Join NACA and stop making excuses. Join a group that is dedicated to helping you achieve your dream home.

Great info session provided by the NACA personnel. I do wish they had a bullet point list of, "You need these things in order to qualify." Instead of, "come listen to me and I'll share the information with you." Nonetheless, they are bridging the gap between being house poor and poor.

This experience has been very fulfilling. The amount of support I received has been great. Everyone is professional and they genuinely care about helping me fulfill my dream of being a homeowner. I would brag about them to everyone I know that is on the same path. I highly recommend their services.

We went through my file for 4 hours. Mr. Coronado in a very professional manner made me understand the depth and the seriousness of the NACA's review system. I really appreciated the advice on the budget aspect.

Hello everyone, I am a future first time buyer with NACA. So far my experience with everyone has been wonderful. Everything has been explained very well. At first I thought it was something that was not going to end up being real. I questioned it, like what's the catch? It sounded too good to be true. I found out about the program through a friend they actually went through this program a couple of years back and they were like no it's real. They'll be able to help you buy your first home. So far I have submitted a lot of the information they are needing from me with a proper timely manner. As of now I have been given the information I need to proceed with my purchase. I said at the beginning when I took the first class online and I'll say it again, it's like having an angel on earth. Thank you NACA for helping me find my forever home in the location I always dreamed of.
