I sent two messages to your complaint department about your My Slipper product. I have had around six months and only been worn in the house and the soles are falling off. Bottom line your product sucks and so does your customer service. I have been very supportive of My Pillow during all this Woke boycott BS and this is the product and the thanks I get. Will not purchase any items moving forward.
I purchased 4 for my bed, they became so lumpy and I was unable to sleep with them. I called customer service and never received any call back. I've. Thrown them away now, what a waste of money.
I've purchased items from this company both from the website and through personal phone contact with the company. The items that I own are excellent (pillows and slippers) and the customer service people have been extraordinarily helpful in solving issues and making helpful suggestions (I learned there is a "red" pillow that is even firmer than the blue pillow they sell. Returns are easy, though not always the same process (once was UPS a second time USPS)
Just purchased MyPillow Giza Dreamsheets (HA!) They come totally crinkled and wrinkled, which I expected...washed them and folded straight out of dryer. They are permanently wrinkled. Fabric manufacturers came out with Permanent Press in the early 1960's and MyPillow has never heard of this? I haven't had to iron pillowcases since the 1950's! Now in the 21st century we pay almost $100 (on sale) for sheets you have to iron? This man is a fraud and con man! What makes it especially galling, is he claims to be a Christian, with his Cross hanging out of his shirt and Jesus on the wall behind him in his ad. My attached photo shows my freshly washed MyPillow pillowcase on the right in lavender(supposed to be gray) next to the pillowcase, on the left in black, that I bought in 1994 at WalMart...reach your own conclusions. But, be warned...do not buy any of these overpriced, cheaply made "products" from this phony hyprocritical rip off
Your stuff may be great but you don't need to wear your cross on your sleeve. That'll keep me from buying stuff from you. I am religious I believe in God but don't think you should use the cross to sell your stuff
Well I purchased 2 king size pillows one for me and one for my pug, well it seemed to be some cheap pillow that wasn't that comfortable as stated,also my dog would not go near it she took a crap on it, she knew I would toss it and give her the old one back so I went out and got a feather pillow and I'm in heaven
When he says money back guarantee he only means part of your money.I ordered $49.95 slippers which ended up costing me around $63. They were very similar to $15 store bought ones and were uncomfortable. I returned them and received a $40 credit. It cost me $23 to try them and I got a lot of crap from customer service when I complained. Never again Mr. Christian imposter, cross wearing, customer abusing Mike Lindell.
I buy American whenever possible, but if my wife continues to buy merchandise from this manufacturer I will sleep on the couch and consider myself married to the remote. The pillow itself is just as bad as the commercials. You would think that there would be something appealing about it, but I can't think of it. I know my wife uses the other American made pillow that is mine when she takes naps in the afternoon because I can smell her perfume on it. Normally a reasonable person, she just refuses to admit that she got taken in by Mr. Annoying.
He has become totally annoying every time we turn on the TV. It's the same crap from time to time and time again I wouldn't buy anything from him if it was the last pillow on earth.
Purchased $90.00 slippers only to have them fall apart just over a year later. Conveniently AFTER the warranty expired. When I called after being on hold for 45 minutes, the last could have cared less that I was unhappy about my slipper sole falling apart. For $90 bucks, these slippers should last 30 years...

Can't believe Mike can show his face on TV after the mypillow deal. It was the worst pillow I ever bought. Hurt my neck. I won't bug a pillow off line or out off a b[ox now.
My slippers completely fell apart within 1 year. I've had much cheaper slippers that have lasted years. I would never buy from my pillow again.
I watch Fox News every day. When the commercials are aired, I mute the MyPillow portions of the ads.
I received my slippers in June did not start wearing them until November because they're too warm for summer slippers and I live in the south so when it started to become cold I put my slippers on I didn't want my feet to get cold they get cold quick after less than a month of wearing them and not wearing them every day they are now falling apart for $50 for a pair of slippers with $90 off the cheapest pair of slippers I ever bought I have slippers that I have bought from Walmart for $5 and they don't have holes in them I have written three or four reviews and I have never heard back from this company I will never ever buy from him again he's not a very good Christian after all he's ripping a lot of people off and I will not recommend them to people I will make sure I tell everybody. The slippers are so uncomfortable. Reaching customer service takes over an hour. Had to return them 4 times and finally gave up. DO NOT BUY!
These products are garbage, and when I tried to return them with his 100% money back guarantee he charged me 20 bucks to ship it back. That in its self is a manipulation figuring that you won't return it because you don't want to pay 20 bucks for shipping I paid it. I didn't want this garbage in my house Also I am a Veteran and a Christian It offends me terribly that this guy sits on his commercials with a cross hanging out of his shirt and a picture of Jesus on the wall - the Bible and the flag, the eagle and the whole 9 yards. I don't know how MyPillow got all the hype. I bought a queen size premium pillow. It came in a vacuum packed plastic bag. I followed instructions putting it in the dryer until it reformed into a normal pillow size. The thing is so lumpy I can't use it. It's like it is full of balls of wadded up material. It's just weird and very uncomfortable to put my head on. I replaced it with a twin pack of name brand pillows from Costco. Two very comfortable pillows at half the price of one MyPillow on sale. Sorry Mike, but your pillow sucks!
My pillow ripped at the seam in the washer. They refused to make it right because I didn't have the torn up pillow! It made a big mess! I did not save the wet mess! All I wanted was for it to be replaced.
Pillow is good…for a few…a few…weeks,,,,after that….it gets hard and uncomfortable…it's says to put it in dryer…that makes it worst……stay away from his products….this guy is a JOKE………I have two king size,,,,,a wrist of money
Answer: Instructions are on the tag. Wash in automatic washer with half the usual detergent. Dry on high heat. They come out nice and fluffy.
Answer: I called immed after I opened the slippers & tried them on, they were too big. The cust service rep sent a label to my email to return, I got the label before we got off the phone & told her my size & recvd my slippers exchange within 5 days.
Answer: My pillows have never turned yellow, I have zipper pillow covers on all pillows under the pillow cases. I've had mine for 5.5 yrs & never yellow. I wash & dry them. No issues.
Answer: You can go online, or call to place an order, there are two lines one is for new orders and the other says customer service, if you call customer service a robot ask if your over 50 cause they want to send out some sort of monitoring device with your order, i hung up and called the ordering line much easier. Hope this helps i bought two queen size for 74.84 with discount, regularly 139.96 so its a good time to buy now while this is going on, and I believe Mike Lindell is extending his sale till 03/2021
