Their products are decent but the customer service sucks. Their 3rd party billing company Splitit is a scam company that will bill you twice and then lie about it. I purchased a 63 dollar item and it ended up costing me 89 bucks. Avoid them both

If you are ok buying a new pillow for the outrageous price they ask for this pillow then this pillow is for you! I followed the directions about how to care for it and it's a joke! That's why this guy is laughing all the way to bank with our money!
I like the towels, the problem is once you are a customer you will be overwhelmed with endless Spam emails every day for the rest of your life.
It's as if I'm being punished for being a customer. I am tormented with multiple massive amounts of emails that go into my Spam daily. I regret the day I patronize this business and I will never buy from them again because of this.

My husband and I received 2 MyPillows for Christmas from our daughter two years ago. Before MyPillow my husband was going to the chiropractor two or three times a month his neck pain is gone! I would recommend this product
I ordered a king-size Giza dream sheet set and wanted to exchange the 2 king-size pillowcases for 2 smaller queen- size. The customer service rep stated they would not do this even though they sell separate pillowcases. She even asked me if I had a sewing machine. This makes no sense as a business decision as I will never deal with the company again.

I was a bit skeptical of MyPillow ads, but I was really looking for alternatives to feather or polyester pillows. When I got mine and found it was filled with a bunch of foam chips, I was indignant, since I considered the filling cheap. But I turned into a convert when I discovered that the filling is adjustable just like a feather pillow (my favorite), but the pillow is easily washable, unlike a feather pillow. And unlike polyester pillows, mypillow returns to brand-new condition when washed as directed and dryer dried at hot temperature, unlike polyester pillows. (And you are not really supposed to wash feather pillows very often.)
At this point, we have 3 mypillows of different fill levels and love them. Something to remember is that, just like feather pillows, these pillows require daily fluffing, but that also makes them adjustable to whatever you need at night. Also, if you are not sure what fill level you want/need, buy the biggest, fullest pillow. It is easy to rip a part of a seam, remove some filling and stitch it up again. (The foam chips won't leak out easily, unlike the down from feather pillows.)
I bought the pillow thinking it was gonna be like my old pillow from 30+ years but my husband was sleeping on it and woke up in the night said something cut him found A cut across the side of his face and found a really big needle sticking out of the pillow. Very disappointed
I purchased a dog bed for my dog, it was expensive, but it seem to work well for her. We adopted another dog so I bought one for him. He is an older dog, so he is not rambunctious or anything like that. He does not jump around or bite on the bed. I noticed that the zipper wasn't zipped, I went to check it out and it was broken. It looks like the weight of the dog just wasn't enough to keep the zipper zipped. No help from customer service. I do not recommend purchasing any of these dog beds. It's hit and miss if you're going to get a good one.

Bought a pair of moccasins for myself and my wife. $167.00 and 6 months later they had to be trashed. The stitching broke on the front and both pairs came apart. The soles also came apart and they do not last. They are not for outside wearing. Notified MYPILLOW and got no response. Never buy anything else from my pillow.
I ordered a queen size mattress pad for my bed. When it arrived, my roommates told me that they had already bought one for my birthday. I called my pillow immediately and told them. They said I could return it but would have to pay for shipping. They emailed me two labels, that would not open so I wasn't able to print out. They mailed me a label, for a return. When they received my item, they billed me $41.73! Shipping was $19.99. They told me that it was $20 for the label?! Nobody had told me it would cost that much! Also, they said there was more tax on the return? I feel that this was unfair and
$19.99 should've been the fee for return. Otherwise, I should have been informed!
Ordered 2 pillows and 2 sets of sheets on 9/29/22 and never received them. Contacted My Pillow on 10/18/22 to inquire why I hadn't received my order. I received a couple of excuses. One, the sheets were on backorder and the other was because of the holidays they were backed up. Regardless of what their excuse is I paid for the items as well as to have them shipped to me and don't have them. They told me they weren't going to give me a refund because all of a sudden the items were being "picked and packed ". I am contacting my credit card company to dispute the charge since this is a fraudulent charge. I will never purchase anything from them again.
I talked my elderly father into buying a pair of slippers online. They were a little tight. He wanted to exchange them and bigger size was not in stock. They told him if he returned them they would only reimburse the cost of the slippers only. To return the sleeper, he was charged an additional $9.98 "processing fee" and he had to pay for return shipping. So, it cost him more than $27.00 to try on the slippers. On a fixed income, $27.00 is a lot of money. I would never purchase anything from My Pillow ever again. They could have done the right thing. If they had the bigger size, it would have been better - Who knows, maybe they would have charged $9.98 to send him the replacement pair PLUS pay for shipping again. The whole experience was bad.
Bought these for my bed and couldn't sleep. Pillows were too stiff and didn't really feel soft. Price was too much for the lack of quality. No thanks! Rip off.
Answer: Instructions are on the tag. Wash in automatic washer with half the usual detergent. Dry on high heat. They come out nice and fluffy.
Answer: I called immed after I opened the slippers & tried them on, they were too big. The cust service rep sent a label to my email to return, I got the label before we got off the phone & told her my size & recvd my slippers exchange within 5 days.
Answer: My pillows have never turned yellow, I have zipper pillow covers on all pillows under the pillow cases. I've had mine for 5.5 yrs & never yellow. I wash & dry them. No issues.
Answer: You can go online, or call to place an order, there are two lines one is for new orders and the other says customer service, if you call customer service a robot ask if your over 50 cause they want to send out some sort of monitoring device with your order, i hung up and called the ordering line much easier. Hope this helps i bought two queen size for 74.84 with discount, regularly 139.96 so its a good time to buy now while this is going on, and I believe Mike Lindell is extending his sale till 03/2021
