The pillows felt like they had those packing peanuts in them. Way overpriced. Do not be bamboozled into buying these. As much as I admire Mike Lundell, I would have rather given his company a donation and bought some good pillows and sheets at a local WalMart. I am also complaining to Jesse Kelly who advertises these worthless products. Also the customer service on the site is nonexistent. There is no real person running the ordering site. The sheets were oversized for our pillow top queen size mattress, the pillowcases were so huge for the standard size that the bed looks messy after being made. My "pillow" ends up on the floor every night, and the two we put downstairs for our adult children when they visit and spend the night, guess where I found them (as I was making the bed today)? Kicked under the bed! That is how you truly know that people don't like the pillow. Never again. And I will make it my mission to tell everybody how hucksterism reigns in regards to advertising Mike Lundell's products.
LOVE the Gina sheets but not as happy with the Percale. They are good but wrinkle alot more than the Giza, probably a little high even with the discounts But are nice sheets.
I was gifted 2 firm standard/queen pillows 5.5 yrs ago, I love how they wash & dry. I was buying pillows every 3-4 months, having said that, these pillows never go flat! I've slept better with these pillows than with any other! Best pillows I've ever laid my head on! The 10 yr warranty is great. I've discovered other products on their site & so far I'm happy with every purchase! The customer service is great, quick & knowledgeable!
I purchased the My Pillow slippers for a Christmas gift. It was brought to my attention that the sole was coming apart from the suede slipper (on both slippers). I called My Pillow and because it had been 12 days over the one year warranty they told me there was nothing they could do. I expected more from $100.00 slippers and from My Pillow customer service. They just didn't care and this was very frustrating and disappointing. I will never purchase anything from this company again. I actually thought the owner had integrity and I supported him by not going to Kohl's, Bed Bath and Beyond because they kicked him out for political reasons. How his company handled this situation tells me he doesn't have integrity and doesn't deserve my support. I would stay away from this company who claims to have an excellent product when in fact it's horrible quality.

Should be called the worst pillow ever! Don't believe the five star or the three and four star as well, probably employees. Save your money go buy a good pillow. Just like his shoe story when they're gone they're gone till he gets more from China.
On December 8th i ordered a pair of house slippers for my wife for Christmas, my order stated they would ship in 12-14 days, on 12/27/2022 i contacted customer support regarding purchase and was told order had shipped but was sitting in shipping for 7 days, on December 30 2022 received a call from Customer service stating the slippers i ordered were out of stock, so somebody lied about the order, was told i could get shoes either in Pink or black agreed to black they said the order would go out that day and be delivered by the 12th of January 2023, today is the 14 and still no slippers, i believe they lie about their products being made in america and get them from China or somewhere over seas. Complete lies, never order from these lairs!
After seeing all the complaints and one star reviews I am very proud of myself for not falling into Mr "I'm off drugs now", "holy man's" trap! I feel bad for the people who got shammed by this guy, his little "oh everybody's against me now and they're not going to buy my product", well looks like your product wasn't worth buying to begin with and I'm sure a lot of people came to the rescue and helped you out when that all happened I can guarantee you're back on your feet and then some thanks to the generosity of people who actually have a conscience! I hope you're proud of yourself, glad you can sleep at night on your stupid pillows! Junk! Wish you were close by so I could give you a good smack in the face, why don't you give yourself one for me
I have found the pillows are of great function. If you like the percale weave sheets, they have it in 100% cotton (Egyptian too), rare, as most are a cotton polyester blend. I usually purchase sateen 100% Egyptian cotton or sateen 100% cotton. Company expresses knowledge in design and functionality. What is an amazing grace problem?; seems irrational.
His pillows suck and so does his company! Would never do business with a liar NEVER please don't trust this man ever!
I purchased a pair of moccasin type slippers. They were not wide enough for my teeth they wear uncomfortable. Wanted to return them for a difference size maybe wider? But with them incorrectly wording what I had received I don't know if I would trust them to get the right thing to me? Besides that cost me $10 to return what I purchased. Processing fee? One of the very few businesses that charges this to their potential permanent customers? For this reason I will not recommend my fellow anything to anybody. I am disappointed in this process.
Great product but order at least three months in advance the USPS is so.bad! How about using UPS OR FEDEX.
Ordered 4 pillows which arrived and were extremely flat and cheaply made. The quality is terrible and my husband and I immediately knew they had to be returned. I started a return and promptly received my shipping label. The 4 pillows were returned. Six (6) months later I received a "bill" for the shipping cost as a return fee and re-stocking fee. Contacting customer service was an AWFUL experience and I would NEVER recommend ANY product from My Pillow based on the rude behavior of the customer service representatives, the quality of the pillows were highly inferior and the fees to ship and return are disappointing to say the least.
I have had many many pillows and my cheaper pillows give me more support than this. I got their to Xmas and ever since using it my neck and back hurt like crazy and it's barley a pillow no matter how much you fluff it you are still sleeping in lumps or fabric with no filling. I was so excited for this pillow and now I'm thankful I kept my old one because as much as I hated my old one now it's like a luxury pillow compared to this.
Although I have never met Mike Lindell but I admire his passion for his business and feel badly that his politics led his company to be shunned by the major retailers.
I wanted to support his business and ordered a pair of slippers on December 12 and finally received an e-mail confirming shipment on December 22nd.
10 days to ship a pair of slippers that according to the commercials "Lots of stock in all sizes, colors … blah, blah blah
It is now January first and I still haven't received my slippers!
There is a 'Track You Order' tab on my confirmation of shipment … BUT THERE IS NO INFORMATION THERE OTHERE THAN THE ORIGINAL ORDER, NO TRACKING NUMBER … NOTHING TO SEE WHERE YOUR PACKAGE IS!
I WOULD NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN … I DON'T CARE HOW GOOD THE ADVERTISING IS OR THE PRODUCTS ARE TOUTED TO BE.
AND GO AHEAD AND CALL THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE … THEY DON'T KNOW RHE MEANING OF THOSE WORDS 'CUSTOMER SERVICE'

I ordered slippers on the 9th of December for a Christmas present and was quoted 10 to 14 days for delivery. I was charged $13.95 for a delivery charge on top of the slipper charge. To date I have not received the slippers. I am very disappointed in their customer service. Wondering if and when these slippers will ever arrive.
Answer: Instructions are on the tag. Wash in automatic washer with half the usual detergent. Dry on high heat. They come out nice and fluffy.
Answer: I called immed after I opened the slippers & tried them on, they were too big. The cust service rep sent a label to my email to return, I got the label before we got off the phone & told her my size & recvd my slippers exchange within 5 days.
Answer: My pillows have never turned yellow, I have zipper pillow covers on all pillows under the pillow cases. I've had mine for 5.5 yrs & never yellow. I wash & dry them. No issues.
Answer: You can go online, or call to place an order, there are two lines one is for new orders and the other says customer service, if you call customer service a robot ask if your over 50 cause they want to send out some sort of monitoring device with your order, i hung up and called the ordering line much easier. Hope this helps i bought two queen size for 74.84 with discount, regularly 139.96 so its a good time to buy now while this is going on, and I believe Mike Lindell is extending his sale till 03/2021
