I am shocked at how terrible this experience has been. We paid $110.17 for two pillows. Not only is the quality of the pillows very poor, but the customer service has been even worse. The pillows arrived with snags in the fabric and the filling is extremely lumpy (see photos). The customer service rep was rude, dismissive and said that because of the snags they would allow us to exchange, but if we wanted to return we would have to pay for return shipping.

Here's what they said regarding the lumpy pillows: "All of our pillows are filled with shredded foam they are going to be lumpy to the touch. Per the terms and conditions you agreed to on returns the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for ANY reason within the first 60-days."

I really did not expect treatment like this, especially given the fact that Mike Lindell represents himself as such an honorable guy. His business clearly does not reflect that.

I bought five my pillows on one order.i should have sent them back.i put them in dryer like they sead.they fluffed up nice.i used them and after one night they flatten down you have too fluff them up every time you use the pillow
I'm telling every body to not waste your money on my pillow. You will just be wasting your money
I should have sent back all five pillows but I didn't I'm stupid I just didn't want to go thru trouble of sending them back
But I will never buy them again.if they were great pillows I would not be weighting this review.

Pillow didn't work as advertised. Did not hold its shape and was actually uncomfortable. Based on previous reviews, did not even try to return.

Have purchased several my pillows and have always been happy. Bought 2 of the new ones. It's like the case is only 1/2 full. Absolute junk and dam sure not cheap! Very unhappy

The pillows is not good, they go flat soon as you lay your head on them. I bought 2 of them west of my money

I bought 2 pillows using a buy one get one, for the latest model 2.0.
When I received them my first impression was that I may have been scammed and was set on the return process whole heartedly. So I begun the unwrapping careful to keep all packaging, removed pillows and let them take their shape from the compressed packing. While waiting I unpacked the pillow covers, they smelled terrible from the factory, I could sense the company was cutting corners, but kept going. The covers felt thick and color matched the room perfect so I was going to keep them, and feel the buy one get one deal is a good value, these turned out being very good.
I chose one medium pillow and one medium firm, (green orange), medium firm was perfect, the other softer medium is the con. It is so obvious that the way they made it less firm was to use less fill. But the problem is the pillow is same size, so fill is same just less and is floating around inside like something is missing. That's not a professional concept, that's kicking the can down the road, if you can't make a proper firmness choice don't make it. It would be a disaster to see what the soft looked like. I have kept both to conduct a service life review and to thoroughly test them, to see if I am missing the genius in the floppy one. I have slept well and haven't thrown them away when sleeping.

Have given away or thrown away all but the sheets. " bought a rollup and go pillow that I COULD NOT even fold in half. Pillow case for it had MY PILLOW embroidered on it. TACKY

Since I've been seeing My Pillow on TV More and More. I thought it was time I've shared my personal experience with this brand.

This product is terribly overpriced! I have purchased both the firm and the medium for myself and my 91 year old Mother. This was 6 years ago.
I thought any pillow that causes much money and promise what they promise had to be great cause I too suffer from a little insomni. My mother said "they were junk" She preferred her Pillows that she bought 10 and 20 years ago. Or maybe a Sealy Pillow at $10 to $20 a from one of the major dept stores.

My mother was brought up not to complain but she said you could not beat a good night's sleep. I loved her dearly she passed away last August.

But for "goodness sake"how can this guy get away with selling this junk on-line and on TV forever?

I have owned several pillows in my life and paid a considerable amount of money for those high-quality pillows I decided to try My Pillow based on all the claims that are made and how great they are I ordered two King size, My Pillows that were delivered in a tightly rolled and vacuum sealed bags When I unpacked it looked like a cheap bath mat Then I read instructions about sticking these two pillows in the dryer Once I got them out of the dryer I notice a limp, poorly constructed and an odor that comes from the content of the initial part of the pillow Tried this once and well I ended up with a neck ache, a strange order from the inside material of this pillow and poor support for my head I believe you get what you paid for and can't be believed I sucked I believe the hype of this inferior product really is I guess you get what you pay for I since threw this crap in the garbage Buyer be ware

Pure trash being peddled by a drug addict and criminal. Complete trash by a scam artist. Shameful Trump considers this con artist a friend. A good reason not to vote for Trump again. Hopefully zyrump will wake up to the trash product and trash salesman.

It too expensive! For a damn pillow! You can go to Walmart and get a pillow for! $ 10.00 or $ 5.00 hope no one going to pay for these damn pillows!

I have bought so many products from Mike Lindell. I will always buy from him and never from any of the retail outlets that tried to silence him and his faith.

Bought two sets of split king sheets and they do not fit properly. Mike says his bottom fitted sheets fit any mattrass - wrong! These sheets are not deep enough to be tucked in. The top sheets are not sized correctly for a split king. You have to rotate the sheet so the wide hem is on the side (should be at the head) so that they fit and can be tucked in. Should have returned them but too late now. Never again.

I ordered the queen size my pillows. I use for pillows. I love them. They are a blessing from God. Your head never touches the bed. They're light and filled with different forms of fluff that cradle your head all night long. When it used on one side, flip it over and use the flipped up other side. I've never experienced a pillow like this. I love it I recommend it I'm a picky person sometimes, but God is good to me through his grace, and he led me to this site. Do yourself a favor and purchase on my pillow for not only yourself, but for your entire family. You will never, ever, regret it. Peace.

I ordered the MyCoffee product from the MyPillow website in December. I paid close to $50. Delivery date via FedEx was set to deliver to my home in Georgia January 6th, 2023. We are entering into Mid February and I still do not have my order. FedEx lost the package, it even shows they hadn't delivered, they refuse to file for lost claim. They said shipper (MyPillow) has to file. MyPillow refuses to file, they refuse to refund my money, and they refuse to send out any replacement. I placed a dispute with PayPal, and PayPal is just sitting in the dispute and they keep moving the resolution date up. This is the most insane customer service experience I've ever had!
