Garbage product sold by a garbage human being. This clown not only lies about the quality of his product. When asked why their website doesn't post a full list of good, bad or ugly reviews. Their excuse for only showing "Good" ones was, "Why would we do that". So there you go. They lie, the product is garbage and you are supporting a scam artist getting rich. Your call, but I'd buy a gunny sack full of hay before buying their garbage.

I ordered size 12 slippers ( I wear 11.5 but they don't offer 11.5). 12 was too big so I asked for an exchange to size 11. The product was new, never used but they refused to exchange. This is not stated in their TV ads and no wear was I told that I could not exchange. I've written and called them, now they will not discuss with me. Mike, you are a disgrace to the Christian community acting like you run a legit business. I'll never buy from you again and will pass along my treatment to everyone that will listen.

Ordered 3 pair slippers for Christmas presents, Sizes 6-6-8. Received 6-8-9. They would not exchange the 9 for the 6 ordered. Three months of inside wear the 6&8 came apart at the ribbing exposing interior layers. Customer service very rude and refused my request to refund or exchange. $450.00 for 3 pair. Your cross sold me Mike. Shame on you for displaying Jesus' cross to promote your sales. Horrible quality. Horrible customer service. Where is your Christian integrity?

My pillow does not honor their return policy. You will get 1001 excuses and end up eating your purchase.

They're my pillow 2.0 is garbage yeah it's cool to the touch that's about all the first time you touched it that's it otherwise it becomes just any other pillow you have to flip it at night and keep flipping it don't buy it

Decided to order some towels. Faded badly are not that absorbing. Made in Pakistan with cotton from the USA. What does that tell you. Cheap cotton sent to another country for the cheap labor. Owner pretends to be a Christian, but I have my doubts based on his actions.

I ordered sheets and slippers. A week later they were finally delivered, but to the wrong address. That day, I contacted FedEx and was directed to contact the shipper. I talked with "customer service" at My pillow. After 40 min of holding and "checking with supervisors" I was told that it is company policy to wait 24 hours before anything can be done. At this point, I told them that I do not want the products and just want a refund. They refused to do anything until I waited the ridiculous 24 hours. Well, here we are 24 hours later and I just got off the phone with My Pillow. I was told the order can not be refunded until after it has been re-shipped! They no longer have the color slippers I had ordered and I made it clear that I do not want the products and just want a refund! They kept saying it is "company policy" to re-ship the order. This time though, there will be a signature required! I explained that I work full time and will probably not be home when the delivery that I don't even want arrives! They didn't care at all! I will NEVER do business with My Pillow again and I would strongly advise anyone considering ordering from them to just go to HomeGoods or Amazon instead! I am beyond upset and very frustrated. What a horrible company!

I've watched Mike Lindell with Trump in rallies. I have also heard him speak. I'm also a recovering addict, sober since 1987. I'm also aware of all the controversies surrounding him. Out of a need to replace my worn-out slippers, I took a chance and purchased a pair of MySlippers slip-ons in chestnut, size 11. At the time there was not a close-out note next to the ad. When they arrived, I found them to be too big. Felt more like a size 12. But I liked them because they felt nice. Didn't want to give up so I called Customer Service to see if I can return, She said no because it was a close-out sale. I asked to see if I can exchange them for a more expensive pair but she said no. Nothing they can do. Now I gotta eat my $40? So I went back to the website, and sure enough there was the note next to the slippers on your site. (Strangely it seemed to appear after my sale.) What a crock. I live alone, there's no one else to give them too. I was so mad. I work hard for that $40. To let you know, CA law requires the seller to refund, exchange or offer credit. You did neither. I see you have a poor BBB rating and lots of bad Google reviews. I thought about it, and decided to add to those bad reviews. Too bad. That's what happens when you rip people off. You call yourself a Christian? Yeah, I'm thinkin' what Jesus would do. And I'm pretty sure he wouldn't swindle people. I've had some bad experiences with "Born Agains", and you've just solidified my bias. How can you live with yourself?

STAY FAR AWAY! Head still gets & stays hot, the guide to buy is ridiculous and pillows are extremely overfilled, pillow cases are way too big and come off as you sleep. They CHARGE you to send their garbage back! These are grossly OVERPRICED and are FALSE ADVERTISING! DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!
I guarantee you will need to see a chiropractor after using and you WILL be frustrated from your head STILL BEING HOT! This company is robbing people by selling lies with false advertising and I'm reporting this to the BBB.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS. They may be Make America Great Again advocates, but they sure do not walk the walk. I ordered via website, ordered King size. They shipped Queen size. How can you trust someone that inept? So I sent it back for a refund. Since I want a refund, they charge fees. I DID NOTHING WRONG, THEY MADE THE ERROR, YET I PAY FOR THEIR INEPTITUDE. I ordered the All Weather Slippers from MY PILLOW because I love the MY PILLOW that I have and I trust the recommendation I keep hearing. I also wanted to support Mike Lindell as I also am a Christian. HOWEVER, I am really upset because the slippers I ordered are way too large even though I ordered a size down. When I called to get a refund or exchange; the customer service representative said she was very sorry but I couldn't return or exchange them?! I will NEVER order from them again. The slippers are very nice, and comfortable...just HUGE. I had ordered a 6W and I usually wear a size 61/2 W. They are supposed to be a Christian Company but, for an unused and unworn item...it's RIDICULOUS!

If hard and lumpy is your thing you will love this pillow. If you are a normal human don't waste your money or time!

The pillow is junk and has very little stuffing in them and I can't stand the man and spends all his money on lies with Trump and just lost his lawsuit for 5 million dollars. Pay your employees more and stay out of politics. U notice he only advertised on the Fake right fake news Fox!

These pillows are probably like $2 to manufacture in China or whatever sweat shop they are made in. They sure as sh!t aren't made in the US like they claim. The pillow shrunk in the dryer, was lumpy, and without a doubt the worst pillow I've ever bought. You're better off buying the cheapest pillow from Walmart.

Their customer service is even worse. You're better off throwing the pillow into the nearest garbage can or fireplace, than deal with their reps. First, I was told the sale was final and I couldn't return it. Then they put me on hold yet again and told me I could return it for a re-stocking fee + shipping. Yeah, no thanks. Also, their reps aren't located in the US either.

I called my cc company and got a full refund after disputing the charge. I tossed it into my fire pit and enjoyed watching it burn.

Don't waste your time or your sanity buying their products. It's all a scam.

My disabled wife placed in order of over $900 worth of stuff pillows sheets and we never received anything we sent them the check the check was cashed by them they never sent us nothing we're calling the police now..

I'm amazed I found a pillow as don't and comfortable as this one. Being in my 50s, i really appreciate it's cooling abilities.

I fell for the hype on TV before reading reviews. The My pillow 2.0 is no better than what you can buy at any local store for about $10 and I paid $80 for a My pillow. This is truly not a good product and not comfortable. Don't waste your money!
