They will not take returns on all items. I was told that Item is not eligible for return. The purchase I made was my first and My LAST PURCHASE from MY PILLOW!
I opinion of Mike Lindell is that he is a SCAM ARTIST!

My Pillow Gaza Sheets and Pillow cases are so welcoming, luxurious and soft. My husband and I are thrilled with Mike Lindell's Gaza Sheet Sets and Towels and Pillows! The fancy light stripes and roomy corners of our set of pink sheets and blue sheets help us make the bed easy-peasy. We look forward to our very soft My Pillow Sheets every night! Lucille & Felix H.

Pillows are crap - underfilled with cheap foam chunks/shreds. Provides no support, uncomfortable, smells bad, cheaply made. Called customer support for refund - very unpleasant experience. They wanted an insane amount for return shipping and, from the discussion, I had no confidence that I'd actually receive a refund. I threw the pillows away.

Check out some reputable product review sites - mostly one star products (pillows, sheets, towels, slippers) reviews with complaints about nonexistent or horrible customer service. The five star reviews are clearly fake.

We bought this 6-pak, and they are just terrible. They do NOT wick. They just smear the water around, and you end up just as wet, except in other places. They're some kind of microfiber cotton composite where the fibers do not work. Our cheap Walmart cotton towels are way way better. Washing them does NOT resolve this problem. When dry, they feel good, so it is a scam product, sold to unknowing buyers.

This company ripped my senior aunt out of mega dollars for a crap product all around. I'm disgusted with their marketing methods to continually call her to purchase more. She's now passed and I just think this company is disgraceful.( by the way, I am a compliance specialist throughout my entire career and I have no idea how this company even has a presence in anyone's life.)

Forgot to add promo code so contacted them as soon as I realized the mistake which was a (0 dolor mistake. They added the promo code and immediately gave me a refund. I will always buy from a company that does what they did. As for tie pillows My house caught fire and so did my pillows.with it. But gave me a chance to get new 2.0. I recommend this company to all.

My mom gave me some pillow options when staying at her house. One felt cheap, lumpy, and low quality and I assumed it was one my dad might have "accidentally taken" from a hospital. Laughably terrible. She then told me it was a "My Pillow". I didn't believe her. Nothing could be that bad. I tried it and it felt worse than it looked. It was not the firmness (which I like). It was lumpy but still loose, like an old pillow you'd find in a house that should have been thrown away a decade ago. I'm writing harshly because I can't believe this is a product that someone tries to convince people is a good product.

Twice I ordered KING size sheets and you sent me Queen. I can not send them back. Very very disappointed. I like your sheets.

Horrible cheap product. It smells funny like chemicals/rubber. After you wash it just like the directions say, it is even worse. I donated it to Goodwill and I actually felt bad for even donating it. I probably should have thrown it out. Just a waste of money!

I ordered 2 mypillow 2.0s and washed them immediately! One of them melted in my brand new ge dryer on medium heat! One is now hard and crusty! Contacted mypillow and was ignored! I love the 2 regular mypillows i bought previously! The 2.0s dont seem any cooler and am terribly disappointed!

It is a big scam, the stuff inside this pillow is literally cut up foam! Does not help with any of the neck pain etc - would not recommended at all!

When i saw the 6 piece bath towel set on clearance I figured...why not. So quickly went to the site and right there on the front page saw my target. I clicked the towel set, selected my color and added to cart. I added my 6 piece towel set promo code and hit buy. My phone dinged with the confirmation email and I sat back and waited for my towels. Days later what arrived was a single "bath sheet" I quickly popped open my email and saw that my confirmation did indeed say Single Bath Sheet. How could this be?When i contacted the customer support I was told...sir, our site can't just switch your product, you have to browse to it and select it. EXACTLY... unless i've totally lost my mind they pulled a fast one on me and most likely many others. As a worker in the tech industry I know how they can do this, it really isn't hard. They just need someone like me that saw the same price, and the accepted promo code and looked no further on my confirmation email. The refund they offer... after their "fee" and the shipping costs i'd be out the same amount of money with nothing to show for it but the hole in my soul. This company is a SCAM artist, I find this amusing from someone that claims to be sooooo religious and righteous.

Lumpy, poor support and left me with neck cramp. Sleeping on a solid rock would be preferable. Only a Trumper could like this awful product. I am an Independent BTW and regardless of its crazy owner, this pillow is seriously cheap and made with poor quality. Would give it 0 stars if I could.

I ordered two pairs of the fleecy-lined slippers Mike Lindell heavily advertised in size 8 (they say to order larger than your normal shoe size - mine is 71/2.) When they arrived, l found them so small that it was hard to get my hand inside, far less my foot.) The cost of the order was $113. What did My Pillow refund? $80. So they put $33 of my money (30%) in their pockets. They say "100% refund, less shipping." At commercial rates, for a small, light, box, l estimate their return shipping cost at around $8 max. So they scammed me out of $25.

The products are overpriced crap and the customer service is atrocious. Their pillows are just bags of torn pieces of foam with a pillow cover

Received a 2.0 pillow as gag gift. I was making fun of the MyPilliw ads to a friend, said I don't buy from places that annoy me. She bought me one for my birthday. Somehow that's funny. Anyway, the fill looks like shredded scrap foam. And I don't think there's enough of it. Nothing about it feels worth half the asking price. Hard pass.

The 2.0 pillow is crap. It flattened out and it isn't cooling. The slippers are crap too. When trying to exchange for a small size they said no returns. They must be made in China. Sizes are not accurate. So much for the crap Mike Lindell spews out of tv. Stop the commercials.

I've used my pillows original pillow for years. I purchased my first set at The Minnesota Great Get Together. I love the product so I decided to get the new my pillow 2.0. I was extremely disappointed. 1) the pillow itself is cool too touch, how many customers do not use a pillow case 2) because it's not cool with a pillow case, it would need to be washed on a regular basis, except from what I understand you're not supposed to wash them, not what I consider a good option. I've supported Mike and his products for years, this one unfortunately failed for me. I would've treated a 0 but the review doesn't allow

Are NOT made in America, they are made in Cambodia. They run large, and they are not fluff filled as the pictures show. The customer service is awful and they defend the product ad nauseam!.
There are no exchanges or returns according to the representative, but then relented to an exchange. She was overridden when I complained to Paypal and nothing could be done. YOU the consumer are responsible for the cost of shipping!
Not a product I would recommend to anyone. You can get slippers without the hype and the lies
Threw out the bill and will donate the slippers!

Half the pillow is air, it's flat. I had to take a hair tie and rig it to make it a firm enough to sleep on. It was just thrown together and for 49.99 it's a crappy buy!
