My wife bought sheets from this company as we had heard great comments about quality. I sadly cannot say the sheets are quality sheets. We have 1000 count bed sheets that are 20 years old and look less worn than the set she purchased, approximately 6 months ago. They are frayed and 'tired' looking. There is No Way I will have guests sleep on these sheets. We could have gone to target and paid ~$60 and have gotten the same quality or lack there of, and she paid much more. Another, slip in what people perceive as good quality. We expected MORE.

Bought two of these pillows! One for me and my Lady! Didn't make it through one night with them! The worst night's sleep we have ever had! I would not recommend this pillow to anyone else!

I placed an order on Father's Day. I paid extra for express shipping. It got shipped to the wrong address. Then I emailed customer service and they told me to wait to confirm that I haven't received the order. Then the following day. I called customer service and was told that I would get a call back. However I didn't. Then my husband proceeded to call and actually got a hold of someone. He was told that they would ship the item right away and that I would receive a new email confirmation. I didn't receive it so I had to get ahold of them again. Then it's been 4 days since they said they would ship the new order and yet I haven't received an email or anything saying that they shipped the order. I paid for express shipping but it's like I might as well not have because it's going to get here if I just paid for regular shipping. The workers from the customer service people to the supervisors are just completely lazy and useless! Never will I ever order something from my pillow again. I am completely disgusted with the service that I have received

Absolutely nothing special, very disappointing. Over priced, do not buy. Had to throw it away started to smell.

I'm a right wing Christian so this is not a political review but this pillow is really bad. I bought the firmest pillow they had and it's not just firm but incredibly lumpy and terrible. Extremely uncomfortable and hardly fits in a pillow case. It really is just shredded foam thrown into a cotton covering. The external cotton covering looks high quality but the pillow itself really is uncomfortable. I slept on this pillow for 6 months or so and I really wanted to like this. It was the first pillow I spent more than $10 on in my entire life and I felt that I had to get used to it before I really appreciated how great it was. I got it on sale for like $30+shipping so I had a bit of a sunken cost fallacy going on in my head but ultimately I replaced it with a firm memory foam pillow from amazon and my sleep has improved quite a bit objectively. I use a samsung galaxy watch 3 to track my sleep score. With the Mypillow I score about a 36 most nights, with a regular 10 dollar pillow from bed bath I score in the 60's. With a decent memory foam pillow I score in the 80's or so. I'd include brand names but I wouldn't want to give the impression that I'm some sort of shill. I'm telling you objectively as I can; AVOID Mypillow they are really really really poor quality.

I received my order yesterday, had the worst night's sleep & my neck is killing me today! I won't be using again & will never buy a pillow online again! I hate the hassle of returns so will be giving these to my cats to sleep on-thankfully I got them on sale but still, they were high priced & not nearly as good as a $3 pillow from a discount store.

I purchased two pillows. I'm elderly, so I splurged with my income. I am extremely pleased with my pillow. It ws running late on shipment and I actually received an email stating it was late and apology. I was delighted to get am update. Thats a first when ordering anythijng. Makes for happy customers. These pillows are so overrated. We received the pillows and followed all of the directions. The fill kept separating on one of them, I had to adjust my pillow all night and felt like I was sleeping in a hole. I honestly do not think they are worth the money. I think you could buy better pillows at a department store. We really wanted to support this company but the quality of these pillows just isn't there. We were pleased with the sheets.

But it's close. It's lumpy and needs to be beaten back into shape 2 or 3 times every night. My wife is so fed up with hers that she only uses it under her legs. She bought 2 of them at Bed Bath & Beyond because they were on sale really cheap. They weren't worth it even then. Junk!

My husband has purchased a number of the My Pillow pillows and he loves them. The commercials for their sheets and towels make them look absolutely amazing so we thought we would try them out. We purchased 2 sets of king size sheets, 2 sets of extra pillow cases and 4 towel sets to the tune of $511.28. Unfortunately, when they arrived we found the sheets to be not as high quality as others we bought from Belk that were less expensive. The My Pillow sheets have a thread count of only 450 which is not mentioned in the commercial. For the price we paid we expected a much higher thread count. The towels were ok but again we have purchased thicker, better quality towels at Costco for much less.
Disappointed, but understanding we could return the products, I called to get the return merchandise number. The operator while nice attempted to get me to exchange the products rather than return them. She informed me that if I return the product we would be charged postage both ways. Buyer be ware that if you are not satisfied you will be charged $9.98 each way to return the products. Therefore it cost our family $19.96 for the pleasure of understanding what great marketing team My Pillow has employed. The products are just ok and very overpriced. We are paying and returning them today!

I paid $140.00 for two king size pillows. I felt like I just got my wallet stolen. The guy marketed this $10.00 pillow in a way that people bought into it hook, line, and sinker. Purchasers must have been returning these things buy the truck load.
This guy reminds me of Ronco from years ago. Remember the spray on hair, and all the trinkets.
The big box stores probably didn't want to waste there time with them anymore.
Now that all the retailers dropped his products he's cut the price's in half and aggressively advertising with mini infomercials.
I have to give him credit with his marketing strategy.
He got me to pay $140.00 for $20.00 dollars worth of pillows.
Now the latest is the sheets made from cotton imported from the other side of the planet.
Its all a bunch of hype and not worth 20% of his list pricing.
I wonder whats next? A magical flying carpet made from ancient rare material found under the pyramids.

Received the pillows in good time and sleep well with them. I'd recommend them to everybody! Even ordered more for our guest room and have had no complaints!

DO NOT BUY THIS PILLOW! IT THREW MY HIP OUT AND MY NECK AND MY BACK! IT TRULY IS THE WORST PILLOW ON THE MARKET!

I bought the sheets, don't buy there they are poorly made from bad quality material. Very over priced. Very bad customer support.

I would have left a zero star rating if I could have. The pillow was swell, the problem was with customer service and actually receiving my pillow. Delivery was delayed, which is understandable because of the covid, but it kept getting delayed. When i reached out to my pillow the customer service was as horendous as the January 6th imsurrection this d hole supports. I was essentially treated like a pest when calling in regards to my order. I hope mike lindell gets aids and dies. He is a $#*! hole and can go snowball Trump.

Horrid product by a corrupt litte dictator. Wouldn't spend my money on this product if my life depended on it.
