From the first pillow we bought to the 5th pillow we bought, my pillow has always been perfect and does exactly what Mr. Lindell says. Recently purchased the towels next the slippers! We can't wait! 5 stars to MY PILLOW

My wife and I received 2 pillows 1 week ago. They are excellent by far the best pillow on the market. We don't have headaches or back aches these pillows remind me how pillows we're made in the old days. Before companies started making cheap pillows. Well worth the price.

I love this pillow

I have always had difficulty finding a pillow I liked. Prior to retirement I averaged 200 nights a year in motels. One had a "mypillow" in my room. I loved it!
I bought a Queen size for home and have never regretted my purchase. I bought a regular size to use in our Airstream. Every month I'll place it in the dryer on high for 20 minutes, keeps it fresh and full.
Pillows are subjective. There is no "one size fits all" when it comes to comfort and satisfaction. They work for me and I will not go back to a another brand pillow. I don't care what his or the company's political, religious, or personal views are. I noticed many reviews on here posted negative reviews because they don't agree with the owner's opinion. I did discover that the company has given away thousands of pillows to worthy causes. Hey, you buy the pillow and don't like it, throw it on a guest bed or give it to your kid. I know I sleep better because of this pillow. Period.

Complete waste of money.

Some time ago, my wife bought 2 mypillows. We attempted to sleep on them... but failed to get to sleep AT ALL the entire night! They found their way to the trash the next AM! Mr Mike is so annoying my tv remote's mute button has worn out. Total waste of money, don't waste your's!

The guy selling these and the product are a joke. Not a whole lot you can do with a pillow, but this goober has figured out a way to sell 'em. Let's re-invent socks!

AMAZING pillows!

The Giza Elegance is like laying on a cloud! This pillow is like no other! My neck pain is gone, thanks to this pillow. They ask for your shirt size, what type of sleeper you are, and other important questions to get the pillow just right for YOU! THANK YOU, Mike Lindell! THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

I purchased 2 of these, after 2 nights of the most uncomfortable sleep for both my husband & myself I returned them. I truly DO NOT see how they are even on the market. I do not have proof of purchase, why would I save it!? I suggest not to purchase.

I have STRUGGLED to find decent pillows over the last 20+ years. They all end up hurting my neck, keeping me awake, and giving me a restless night's sleep. I am so thankful to have found MyPillow. I've been using the same one for about 3 years now. When it starts to get a little flat, I wash and dry it, and it's perfect again. Last year, I threw out all the pillows in my house and replaced them with MyPillows. Everyone is sleeping better. I bought the large dog bed for my Airedale puppy, and she loves it too. Look at her smile in the picture! I like that the whole bed can go straight into the wash. The inside is full of the same material as the pillows.

No refund, no service

My pillow refuses refund. I called, emailed with no response. I contacted the BBB and my pillow response was "We do not recognize the BBB as a legitimate company. Therefore, we will not be responding to any further communications." Nice people ha? Crack heads.

My pillow- faught over!

I bought my pillow for myself, cuz of neck injury's. I loved it. Best pillow i ever had. My family member took a nap with it and boom!
Everyone wanted my " my pillow"!
Its everyones favorite now.
Well worth the money!
It helped my kneck troubles to, more then all the other pillows ive tried.
I to spent alot of money and time trying other pillows. This one is the best pillow i have found. It works, and no one in my family will part with their my pillow!

GREAT PRODUCTS!

I can't understand why the low rating on this company. We received MY PILLOW on time and are extremely happy with our purchase! My husband and I really are sleeping better with this pillow plus the sheets are of excellent quality. Can't wait to order our flannels!
I think some people have bombarded this site with fake negative reviews. Don't believe them... these products are wonderful!

These are the most uncomfortable pillows I've ever owned. Sure, they might feel great after you plump them up—for about 15 minutes. Then they go right back to lumpy pieces of crap. I've had some of the worst neck pain of my life after using these. I just bought a Nectar foam pillow: it's heaven in pillow form! MyPillows are garbage. And that's where mine are now.

The pillow I was sent was ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. It was all but empty of foam and the pillow case was cheap crap quality, stiff, polyester, TOTAL JUNK. I called MyPillow customer service department to get an RA for the return of the junky pillow I received and WAS NEVER told about their supposed "terms and conditions" (but found out about the T&C after I reported them to the BBB in their response to my complaint). At that time I was told they would deduct $10 from the total I paid ($42.81) leaving me with a total refund of $30.91. When I got my refund back they had deducted over $20 and only gave me a partial refund. I want the rest of the money owed from my refund. This company is nickel and diming customers, ripping them off- DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Even if you return the pillow, their going to keep HALF of the purchase price which the pillow STILL isnt worth.

Disappointing

We have 6 pillows and I am so disappointed. We ordered firm and they do not have enough stuffing in them. They go flat or bend in the middle. Not all is bad they wash and dry very nice just wish they were firm.

I had to return the pillows I purchased twice to finally get a pillow that I thought would work for me. During each interaction with customer service they were nasty. They treated me as if they were doing me a favor, rather than doing their job. I was finally sent the yellow-level pillow and it seemed ok for a while, but now after 1 1/2 years it just feels lumpy. It seems to be getting lumpier too. I will not reach out to customer service again because it's not worth it. I will cut my losses and get a different brand after checking out the reviews.

Its not 29,95.00 its 41.00 they lie. If this pillow dont work for me Its my responsibility to return it. It should be the companies responsibility... After all the advertisement is a lie.

MyPillow makes popping noise at night

MyPillow makes popping noise inside of the pillow in the middle of the night, as if it tries to get air to pop itself up again. It seems to be getting worse lately, more frequent occurrence and more rapid popping. The popping sound actually wakes me up. If I puff the pillow, the sound goes away but the need to puff in itself is obviously a problem in the middle of the night. Chatting with Customer Service was not helpful, I got more disappointed after chatting with them. I am a supporter, truly want to recommend to friends if it is a good product. But at this point, I would not recommend it

Best pillow ever

We have had our pillows for years and love them. You can wash them as much as you want and they are like new every time. We purchased all 6 of our children and their spouses pillows for Christmas and they love them. Customer service was great and I even forgot to get two pillows and they arrived in such good time no one missed out on their Christmas present! Thank you my pillow for great customer service and top notch quality!

Mypillow is crooked when it comes to shipping. I paid $20 for expedited shipping, the product was supposed to arrive on Saturday after the Thursday I bought it & never showed up, Fedex showed a Delay, I called My Pillow, and waited 15 minutes on the phone only for them to start counting business calendar days. I told them, if Id realized they were going to play games with charging expedite and shipping standard, I would not have paid for it. I will not support this company again and I'll be returning their product.
