My husband ordered a pair of My Slippers from MyPillow. Unfortunately, they are too big and I am trying to return them. There is not even a mention about how to return items when I log into our MyPillow account. I checked the packing slip to learn that I must call customer service to get an RMA before returning the slippers. The automated message I received said to anticipate a hold time of 1 hour and 40 minutes. As of now, I have been on hold for 2 hours and 1 minute, all the while listening to the Elvis version of "Amazing Grace." Amazing Grace is a fine hymn. Listening to it on a repeating loop for over 2 hours, however, is maddening. Spare yourself the grief and don't order from MyPillow if there is any chance you'll need to return it. Worst customer service I've EVER experienced.

BLOWN AWAY. FALSE Advertising about I Guarantee. There is ZERO people answering the phone and 3 hour hold times to get customer service on a return or exchange. HOWEVER, there is only a 1 minute hold time for new sales. And get this... If you try the new sales contact, they do not know or can help with a return or exchange. Be Very Careful as you will be disappointed in this company.

My pillow is amazing. I have loved everything I have ordered. The sheets, the pillows are all great.

I have purchased different types of pillows,(firm, soft, memory foam, poly fill) and would constantly wake up with stiff neck. I have purchased a my pillow and finally no more stiff neck. All i have to is to fluff up the pillow and it conforms to my neck and head. I have washed the pillow and it washes and dries beautifully. I have purchased pillows as gifts. It is a wonderful pillow.

I received a pillow from My Pillow as a gift. I thought it was a gag gift. The pillow is lumpy and extremely hard to get comfortable on. It feels like it is full of foam pieces. Just pure garbage.

I have had 2 king-size My Pillow pillows now for over 3 years. I have lived with a chronic bad back since I was a kid, and have endured 5 back surgeries and 1 neck surgery. In the past, I have always preferred goose-down pillows. The problem with goose-down is that it loses support and you are forever adjusting them while trying to find that sweet spot of comfort. This is truly the reason I decided to try MyPillow. I will tell you that it took about a week to adjust to the change to MyPillow, but after those few days, I have never looked back. I LOVE my MyPillow and after 3 years (To use an old Cliche') I'd rather fight than switch.
One other thing... I, like Mr. Lindel, am an American of Traditional Patriotic Values. I truly believe that the Socialist Left is out to get him. I truly believe that most of the negative reviews on MyPillow are false reviews by people out to get him. Mr. Lindell is a self-made multimillionaire and a devout Christian. This man picked himself up to get out of the gutter and worked his butt off to obtain the success he enjoys today!

I love the My Pillows, towels, and pillowcases that I have purchased. They ROCK. However, I ordered a pair of slippers that are not appropriate for my feet and have spent literally days trying to get through to the customer service line for a return authorization, I have been on hold for 30+ minutes three times. As much as I adore the song Amazing Grace if you have heard it 60 times or more you get a little bummed. The "online chat" is defective because no matter what you type in it says "I don't get that, start over". Holy Moley this is frustrating.

Love my pillow plus it's USA made! A lot of your new products are not USA made I will NOT buy them no matter how good they are made!

I have chronic neck o do shoulder pain due to a traffic accident. My daughter sent me two My Pillows and they were like a miracle.

I ordered two My Pillows and upon using the first night, I woke up with a stiff neck and a horrible occipital headache. I tried using it several nights after, and I even experienced sleep apnea from hypextension of my neck. I went to see my Doctor and he explained that for me, it hyperextended my neck and that I should instead buy a feather pillow. My Pillows are not what they profess to be... just a gimmick and no different from any other cheap pillow. I won't buy them and I encourage others not to buy them as well.

Horrible, worst pillow I ever slept on or should I say not sleep. Save your money and also when I returned my order, I had to pay for the shipping :(

We received MyPillow products as a gift. Very dissatisfied. Low quality. Our friend wanted to do something nice for us, instead they got scammed by MyPillow. For what they paid this is a rip-off. We suspect the good reviews are fake reviews. After looking into the company it appears MyPillow is a front for a radical far right political agenda. Facists are another reason to avoid this company and not buy the crap they're selling.

The items that I have purchased from My Pillow are AMAZINGLY constructed. I am about to order another mattress pad. These items are way to good to carry in big box stores. Mike Lindell is a man of God's ARMY and I will continue to support him. I can't wait to just keep ordering more! My dog absolutely loves her bed that I ordered her also. He has poured his passion into his products. I would be honored to sell his products in my retail store

Was having trouble and though it was cancer on top of ear. My Dr. asked if I slept on my side and when found out I did he said get a better pillow. Bought one and a few months later my ear is all good
