Great Value and Product

Bought two sets of the towels and despite the terrible delivery by FedEx (no fault of MyPillow) the towels are large, absorbent and a great value for the money.

Best Pillow I Ever Had

I bought the premium queen My Pillow in a medium filling about 7 or 8 years ago and this pillow is as comfortable now as when it was brand new. I used to use a memory foam pillow but still woke up with either a headache or neck pain. I am a side sleeper but with My Pillow it gives me perfect support and DOES NOT collapse during the night even now years later. I have washed and dried it and it still holds it shape. When I first opened the package I was a little sceptical about the filling because it feels like it is stuffed with foam chunks but I noticed the best sleep I ever had the very first night. Don't know exactly how the filling works but it does. I am so glad I purchased this pillow and will buy another if this one ever wears out. Curious now to buy the sheets.

Make your own My Pillow

Absolutely a rip off! Save your money and go buy cheap white foam, tear it into pieces, doesn't matter if the pieces are the same size, dump the foam pieces into a pillow case, sew up the end and you will have a My Pillow at about a fraction of the price! That is exactly what you will get if you buy from Mr. Lindell.

After paying top dollars and express shipping, never got my items. Stayed on the ohone to resolve waiting for 4 hours. No one cares in custimer service about buyers. Submitting to BBB. Have to cancel credit card. Worse business ever. I ordered pilliws and in pictures atrache this is what I got.

My husband ordered me slippers. They were expensive and run small so I went on line to find out how to return. You can only do a return by phone. I called. Hold time was estimated to be 2 hours and 47 minutes. Very unhappy. And also, they don't have free shipping nor free return shipping. So if I ever do get through to them to return, they will still end up costing me $20 Beware!

Crappy Towels - impossible to return

Their "amazing" towels from the TV are thin and expensive. I did a blind test with my wife and the towels that felt "way better" were from Costco.

I am trying to return them but they make it very hard so you will give up. You can't return an item online like you can for every other good ecommerce business. If you call support they say it is a two hour wait because they won't hire the necessary people and they want you to give up.

My Pillow is HORRIBLE!

Do not buy a my pillow! They are horrible pillows and customer service is even worse! I have been on hold for an hour and 40 minutes and I'm not getting an email response as well. The chat is off-line. You need a code to return or they will reject the return. I am unable to get the code because no one will respond! This is a scam!

Slippers were great quality but ordered the wrong size. Have already spent a couple of hours listening to Elvis sing Amazing Grace while on hold. I give up. I recommend you purchas e through Amazon instead of their website. At least Amazon handles returns. Hire some folks Mike!

Awful company

I prefer to my American made product. Bought a pair of MySlippers. Too small. Called customer service. I waiting 3 hours... finally gave up. Website contains no information on returning an item. Emailed, no response. MyPillow is a predatory company. They take your money and make it impossible to get a refund. Quality of the slippers is poor. For a "Made in America" company, shameful.

I needed to exchange a pair of the men's moccasins for a difference size. To do that I had to call them to get a Return Merchandise Authorization number. When I called there was a 3 1/2 hour wait. When they answered and I said why I had called, the person claimed she couldn't hear me and asked if she could call me right back. She never called back so now I have to call again.

Horrible customer service

There is NO customer service. Hold times over 2 hours and zero help. Chat is a bot says call but you can't get anyone. Made a mistake and ordered another pillow 8 DAYs ago. Still hasn't shipped.

Horrible pillow! Tried to explain to a customer service rep that my new king pillow would wrap around my head like earmuffs and cause headaches but all I got was snobby back talk! Never again! Don't waste your money on this garbage.

I called Mypillow Customer Service (CS) to return a pair of slippers. The automated answering machine said I would be on hold for 2 hours and 15 minutes. Who in their right mind would stay on hold for that length of time to return an $89.00 item? There is most likely no CS. FOX News should stop accepting this company advertising.

Very poor return policy

There is no information about returning a product when you receive it. You must initiate a telephone call in order to get details and the return shipping address. And to top it off they charge a return fee. So for my order of $99.85 which included shipping and sales tax,, i received a credit of $79.

From the first night I used My Pillow, I woke up with a stiff neck. On his ads, Mr. Lindell claims that his pillows don't flatten out - they retain their fluffy shape. This is a lie. His pillows are flat and uncomfortable.

Sheets and Pillows!

I bought mypillow pillows and sheets years ago and can say these sheets and pillows are amazing. The sheets feel like your staying at a 4 star hotel and stay nice and cool! I recommend following the guide on how you sleep to get the right fill for your pillows. My step dad swore by them so I ordered exactly what he got the first time. I am a large guy so I needed the more fill so now those are in the guest room and the new ones are just right.

The company is amazing also hires ex-drug addicts giving them a second chance. Company service is great as well. I have since ordered their dog bed and slippers for this Christmas. Shop USA!

2 hr. Wait time on returns. This company does not have their $#*! together at all. You can't get a QVC code or return UPS with purchase like normal companies. You have to call them directly to get a number from them over the phone. This is stupid ridiculous!
