Ordered my pillow Dec 10 2021 as of today Jan 4 still no pillow. I did get a tracking number which said it will be here Dec 20. When I went back to check tracking it was blank? Called customer service but because of Covid they cant answer phones? Didn't know know Covid went through phone lines. Left message which will take 72 hours to answer? Got a call that they would check with delivery company. Got an email said it would be here Jan 3rd or 4th? You would have thought an American company could get a pillow delivered from the to Las Vegas much fast then almost a month. You can order stuff from over seas and get it faster what a SHAME.
We ordered Pillows and loved them. We ordered Giza cotton sheets, waffle blankets and travel pillows and loved them. We ordered flannel sheets and they are Horrible! They are scratchy and extreme dog hair/fuzz magnets. Our pooches even look at these sheets and they are covered! We washed them nearly every day for a month and they are still scratchy and not comfortable to sleep on. The ONLY thing I liked about these flannel sheets was the color. I tried to contact customer service to return them and waited nearly an hour on hold when I lost the call. I tried email to no avail. It is like they dissapeared off the face of the earth. To recap: Customer service is non existent and the flannel sheets are terrible.
If you sleep on your stomach, DO NOT even think of buying this pillow. Cheap cuts of rubber or foam that makes for a lumpy pillow. They charge $11 for returns. Once they receive your returned item, you have to wait a month for your account to be credited.
I've had a mypillow over a year now, got them last year for a bday gift after I fell in love with my moms. They have different "thickness " or levels I guess. I had bought one eagerly at the store and it wasn't as good as my moms. And my mom had 2 different levels. Apparently I'm a Yellow. Besides the people with issues with a defect that's different every company is going to have some issues with manufacturing especially at a time like this... but really I've tried 3 different levels now and yes if you have the one that isn't meant for the way you sleep and your body type... its not comfortable. I literally CANT sleep with out my mypillow! I have a bad back and since the day I got this pillow I sleep a lot better!
Ordered slippers size 111 1/2 got 11 tried to get info on returning and put on hold for over an hour each time then cut off. After 5 times I tried e mailing No response tried online chat no one there I'm on hold now for the 6 th time it's been over an hour no response. Pillows we bought are a worthless our guest won't even use them The slippers were not only too small it felt like my ankles we going to turn over. Support is very poor. I wanted to help this guy out because he was going to get a complaint to the surprem court but nothing is happening I'm done with jerk!
Absolutely the worst customer service... EVER. Emailed for their mandatory return authorization number and 8 emails later still don't have a number. Do not recommend this company for anything!
Held for over 10 hours over 2 days to get a return merchandise authorization. Also sent an email. Crickets from the company. Decided my last resort was to call the orders line. Someone (Amber) picked up immediately. So happy to take an order, but when I told her my ordeal and what was happening, she asked me to hold and put me back in the 10 hour queue.
We bought 2 pillows but only 1 received. Fedex would nor help as we were not the shipper on record. Tried to contact my Pillow on their 800 number for 1 hour. As I waited I went to their chat room and after 10 automated answers to different questions it told me that no one was available and to call the 800 number - THAT I WAS HOLDING ON. Have tried to email them without response. The pillow we did receive is lumby and hard. When I disputed thre charge with Amex, MyPillows's response was a copy of a 10 page contract that we must have ticked when buying on the web and is insisting on payment. This company is a complete sham and now understand why Bed, Bath & Beyond among others have cancelled their products. This is not a cancel culture story but a QUALITY issue.
I bought slippers for my wife. $100 for slippers is outrageous but she wanted them. They fall off her feet while she walks. They are her correct size. I tried calling customer service and was told the wait time to speak to someone was 2 Hours, 49 minutes. Now I have to send them back and it will cost me another $10 to send back (non-refundable) I looked for a link for "returns ' on the website... no where to be found! I asked the " chat bot" for help it was useless. I'm not buying this guy's hype on TV. Avoid at all costs putting your hard earned money in his pockets.
My item was to arrive by Christmas. It took 3 weeks to ship 1 pillow and never made it. Customer service was rude and would not apologize for the delay of shipment. Despite using the by Christmas option, they decided to send it out 3 days before Christmas. It will be 2022 before I ever receive it.
It was comfortable for the first night, but after that I wish I had spent my money on a bamboo pillow!
Ordered slippers. Slippers were the wrong size. Tried chat bot for return info. That didn't work. Couldn't return without calling customer service. Customer service took several hours to answer. Overall terrible experience. Seems like the designed their customer service department so that you will give up on returning things. Absolutely sucks.
I had expected much more from this pillow. Even after following the instructions to plump the pillow after shipping I still had a loosely filled pillow. It's so thin there is nothing but the casing in some spots and the shredded filling is very lumpy. After many attempts to work through a return with the customer service department I gave up. I'll be donating this to the homeless. There are many better pillows at a fraction of the cost available!
I ordered my pillow on Dec 4th. Its now Dec 18th and still no pillow for Christmas! I waited 2.5 hours on the phone for them to tell me to wait 4 more days to see if the shipping updates! I called USPS and they said they havent received it yet and that My Pillow used the slowest shipping method. Terrible customer service!
I purchased 3 of the queen sized firm fills from Bed Bath and Beyond 3 years ago in BOXES. They lasted a long time. The new one I purchased from their site a few weeks ago came all shrunk up. After following their directions, the pillow puffed up with ZERO support. Mike has done a horrible job of quality control. The whole pillow shrunk to the size of a regular, not the queen I ordered. I sent them a complaint, no response. Don't waste your money.
The Pillows are a dream fit with persons who have had neck injury's, not as medical advise, but pure comfort that has lead to faster healing personally. I have also enjoyed the pubby pillows as well, super awesome affordable solutions with durability.
I ordered a Topper and they sent the wrong size and hey never answer the phone so I can get it exchanged. I've spent hrs on the phone waiting for them to answer. Emails dint work either. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
I bought my husband a MY Pillow for Christmas last year and I stole it from him. So for his birthday my mom got him his own MY Pillow. Oh and the bath towels, forget synthetics, this is the real MCCOY, COTTON, and they are the perfect bath towels your body could ever wish for. Also, Mike Lindell is such a wonderful Christian and his company is phenomenal, and his customer service team is beyond the moon. What a blessing it was to be told GOD BLESS YOU after I concluded my business. This is the type of company i want to do business with, and mom and pop local stores. You can hang up the Walmarts and Targets, and shop local or with companies like this one who was given a completely false rating out of morons who are followers and not leaders. Praise God for the MY PILLOW COMPANY and each of their employees, I wish you all God's Continued Blessings and a Happy, Healthy and Prosperous New Year, because guess what? We already know that GOD has WON!
Answer: Instructions are on the tag. Wash in automatic washer with half the usual detergent. Dry on high heat. They come out nice and fluffy.
Answer: I called immed after I opened the slippers & tried them on, they were too big. The cust service rep sent a label to my email to return, I got the label before we got off the phone & told her my size & recvd my slippers exchange within 5 days.
Answer: My pillows have never turned yellow, I have zipper pillow covers on all pillows under the pillow cases. I've had mine for 5.5 yrs & never yellow. I wash & dry them. No issues.
Answer: You can go online, or call to place an order, there are two lines one is for new orders and the other says customer service, if you call customer service a robot ask if your over 50 cause they want to send out some sort of monitoring device with your order, i hung up and called the ordering line much easier. Hope this helps i bought two queen size for 74.84 with discount, regularly 139.96 so its a good time to buy now while this is going on, and I believe Mike Lindell is extending his sale till 03/2021
