I got the pink and gray pajamas and they are super comfy. No problems with the mattress pad. Six piece set of towels are so fluffy. Two bath sheets look like the best. I should have gotten more. They are the first to go.

Unable to get in touch with anyone, except order line, Need an
RMA number to return 2pr of shoes that do not fit. I paid 200.00 for them. Now I am stuck with shoes I cant wear and have probably lost my $200.00. So so irritating. I"m elderly and cannot afford to just give away money. Why do I need to send proof of purchase except order number? Order #*******910.

I bought my pillow about 2 months back. Now I see the the big price drop. Overpriced at $2. I imagine the profit made in the beginning. This product boarders on fraud. Lousy compared to $4 Walmart pillow. If you buy it you better love because there is no returns. The reviews are supposedly political, what a lie as it is really lousy.

I tried it out at JC Penney years ago. It immediately hurt my neck. Worthless!

I paid a lot of money for this pillow. Thinking it would be a quality product. Not only was it very uncomfortable. I discovered that it was filled with cheap low grade foam cubes. Nothing but a con job pillow. Like the corrupt Lindell
I wasted my money. So I am trying to figure how to destroy this worthless pillow. Maybe take it out and use it for shooting practice. Or throw it into a pig trough

Every since I been using My Pillow I got bad body aches and back ache. Never had this problem till I started using it! I stopped using it and my aches went away! Not a good product. If you want to ache and hurt buy one but I wouldn't if I were you! Too lumpy. I don't use them any longer and feel great! Don't purchase.

Hey Mike, I can appreciate your patriotism, your pillows are okay nothing to brag about. You're my pillow mattress topper completely sucked. Sorry man just got to be honest I've never slept a good night on that mattress copper. I thought one from your competitor and it cost less and I sleep better every night. As a matter of fact it's on top of yours. Good luck man

On expedited order. I ordered pillows, towels and pillow cases which was a 2 to 3 shipping. I hadn't received any of my order and we were leaving for Florida for the winter in our Motorhome. They said that it would be there Friday the 24th but we were leaving that morning. They overnighted me my order and it was greatly appreciated! Thank you Rachel M

I was given sheets as a gift. Wanted to exchange for a different color. Customer service won't take calls. Won't return calls and is basically nonexistent. If you purchase from them( which I won't) know all sales final because they operate that way.

Tried to email/call about my return. My pillow would not answer why i have not got my refund or the sheets I returned.

I had terrible neck pain but after using My Pillow it has gone. Definitely will buy more. Easy to keep clean, just put in the washer.

I gave in and bought 2 "Giza Premium" Pillows. What a rip off. Ordered exactly what the "Color" guide recommended and one is so fat and full that it is impossible to sleep on (Mine) and the other is flat as a pancake. (Wife) Save your money. Yes they promise a return guarantee but with return shipping it is not worth it, and this company banks on that. Mr. Lindell-be ashamed.

Someone gave me one for a gag gift and when I opened it to use in a friendly insurrection-like pilllow fight, it stank like piss. Awful.

This is a bad co. To deal with ordered pillow... promised by Christmas did not happen. Called 4 days before and was told it did not ship yet. Told perso to cancel order credit back money they said ok... two weeks later pillow shows up... now the won't answer phone this is a bad co. To deal with keep clear of them...

I was given a "classic" my pillow at christmas. It not only smells but is uncomfortable. Even my dog didn't like it. Stay away form their products.
